Friday I spoke with WBYZ 94.5 Radio’s Wild Bill McKubby about my recent article, “Romney extends lead among Independents to 14 percent.”

During the interview we blow up mainstream media’s meme that the presidential race tied. We also take Obama to task for his $trillion deficits, his 50% increase in the national debt and his incessant Pinocchio campaign falsehoods.

As of July 6, 2012, the national debt was $15,879,528,608,975.11 ($15.9 trillion). It was $10,626,877,048,913.08 ($10.6 trillion) when Obama became president. That’s a $5.3 trillion, or 50 percent, increase in less than four years. On July 3, 2008, Presidential candidate Obama said that adding $4 trillion in debt was “irresponsible” and “unpatriotic.” President-elect Obama warned us when he predicted “trillion-dollar deficits for years to come.” And President Obama promised to cut the deficit in half by the end of his term not once but at least five times.

An American delegation will participate in a controversial United Nations small-arms conference criticized by Second Amendment advocates as a threat to U.S. gun ownership.

The U.N. Small Arms Review Conference will meet in New York City June 26 to July 7 to discuss illegal trafficking in arms, “ineffective national controls” and related issues.

The U.N.’s disarmament effort features a program in which it buys back weapons in nations torn by civil strife. But National Rifle Association Vice President Wayne LaPierre insists the U.N. is concerned about more than illicit arms in African hot spots. He says the global body wants the firearms of American citizens – and much more.

“So, after we are disarmed, the U.N. wants us demobilized and reintegrated,” says the NRA’s executive vice president, Wayne LaPierre, according to the Economist magazine. “I can hear it now: ‘Step right this way for your reprogramming, sir. Once we confiscate your guns, we can demobilize your aggressive instincts and reintegrate you into civil society.’ No thanks.”

LaPierre sees the U.N. as a club of governments, some of which want to “strip opposition forces of the means to challenge their authority.”

Noting that during the 20th century, governments murdered 169 million people in various parts of the world, the NRA leader says individual gun ownership is the “ultimate protection against tyranny.”

Although an effort by the U.N. to control Americans’ guns seems far-fetched and improbable to some, as WorldNetDaily has reported in a major investigation, that plan has its roots in the early 1960s with a 20-page State Department pamphlet titled “Freedom From War: The United States Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World.”

LaPierre, in his book “The Global War on Your Guns: Inside the UN Plan to Destroy the Bill of Rights,” claims a 1997 land-mine treaty molded the U.N.’s new anti-gun strategy; that the U.N. funnels Americans’ tax dollars to anti-gun member nations; that U.S. gun-control advocates are investing in the U.N.’s activities; and that even the most extreme U.N. gun laws can be enforced on Americans, without the benefit of a new treaty.

As WorldNetDaily reported, actor Michael Douglas – who for many years has been designated by the United Nations as a “U.N. peace messenger” – is backing the conference.

The U.S. has provided more than $27 million to help various nations destroy surplus stockpiles of small arms and light weapons and offers regular technical assistance, according to the State Department.

A June 9 State Department fact sheet says, “Given the close links between terrorism, organized crime and drug trafficking, the illicit trade in small arms and light weapons has the potential to affect any country in the world at any time.”

The State Department urges “focused efforts to identify and curb the sources and methods of the illicit trade via robust export controls, law enforcement measures, and efforts to expeditiously destroy excess stocks and safeguard legitimate stocks from theft or illegal transfer.”

A United Nations conference is set for July 2-27 to hammer out details of a global treaty to control conventional firearms, the UN said Wednesday.

Called the UN Conference on the Arms Trade Treaty, delegates in New York will try to reach agreement on what the UN calls "the most important initiative ever regarding conventional arms regulation within the United Nations. A robust arms trade treaty can make a difference for millions of people confronted with insecurity, deprivation and fear."

A 2011 UN General Assembly resolution marked for limited distribution described the goal of the conference to be "General and complete disarmament: towards an arms trade treaty: establishing common international standards for the import, export and transfer of conventional arms."

A 2010 resolution said the UN said it supports:

• the right of all States to manufacture, import, export, transfer and retain conventional arms for self-defense and security needs and in order to participate in peace support operations; and
• the right of States to regulate internal transfers of arms and national ownership, including through national constitutional protections on private ownership, exclusively within their territory.

UN officials deny they are targeting private ownership of firearms.

"The UN is not pursuing a global treaty to ban gun ownership by civilians," the UN said. "Member States are committed to tightening controls over the international import, export and transfers of conventional arms, because without such controls it is easier for weapons to be diverted from the legal trade into the illegal market, and into the hands of terrorists, drug traffickers and criminal cartels."

2012 Election Game On: Class vs. Crass… Hope vs. Nope

Mac Lewis: The logic of the ad in one line: “If voters think on election day that Obama is the cool one, but Romney is the competent one, Obama will lose.”

Matt Lewis wrote Wednesday morning that Obama vs. Romney is starting to look a bit like a “Mac vs. PC” commercial. Here’s the RNC kinda sorta embracing that framework to make the point that what America has with The One is the policy equivalent of a Sad Mac.

Lewis:

Republicans, of course, will claim the contrast favors them — that Tuesday night demonstrated a serious candidate talking about serious issues — versus someone “slow-jamming” with a comedian (while the economy crumbles).

But it also reminds me that the Obama vs. Romney clash creates a PR/optics problem for Republicans: Policy aside, Obama seems cool — while Romney seems more like The Man. (This might not matter, however. Voters might decide they personally like Obama, but that they want a technocrat to fix the economy. Sometimes we need The Man!)

Brand images, though, often outlast political campaigns. And from a purely superficial standpoint, the GOP — especially if Romney makes a milquetoast running mate pick — risks reinforcing its image as your father’s party.  So the GOP V.P. pick could be a factor this election and if not for this election, it might reinforce a brand for the next time?!?

With a couple of events and a couple of speeches the 2012 Election focus was set and the race is on, all in one day.

While President Obama appeared on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon for some slow ‘jammon’ that ended up looking and sounding anything but presidential except to the (MSM) media Obamabots, Mitt Romney took the stage in New Hampshire and claimed his position as the presumptive GOP nominee after winning 5-primaries on Tuesday. That one move showed leadership and has changed the conversation.  Within 24-hours Gingrich announced that he was leaving the race, former GOP primary candidate endorsed Romney and the RNC announced that Mitt Romney was now their presumptive nominee unveiling their support and the support of many behind the scenes already working together to defeat Barack Obama, including with the Ron Paul Campaign though Paul has no plans of dropping out of the race..

Romney looked and sounded presidential creating an echo over the blogosphere and even among some mainstream media outlets that a presidential Romney made slow jammom Obama look anything but presidential.

Mitt Romney Kicked-Off His Presidential Campaign with the words “A better America begins tonight”.  Romney hit all right notes, said all the right things and sounded believably concerned.

"Thank you Pennsylvania, Delaware, Rhode Island, Connecticut and New York! And tonight I can say thank you, America. After 43 primaries and caucuses, many long days and more than a few long nights, I can say with confidence – and gratitude – that you have given me a great honor and solemn responsibility. And, together, we will win on November 6th!

We launched this campaign not far from here on a beautiful June day. It has been an extraordinarily journey.

Americans have always been eternal optimists. But over the last three and a half years, we have seen hopes and dreams diminished by false promises and weak leadership. Everywhere I go, Americans are tired of being tired, and many of those who are fortunate enough to have a job are working harder for less.

For every single mom who feels heartbroken when she has to explain to her kids that she needs to take a second job … for grandparents who can’t afford the gas to visit their grandchildren … for the mom and dad who never thought they’d be on food stamps … for the small business owner desperately cutting back just to keep the doors open one more month – to all of the thousands of good and decent Americans I’ve met who want nothing more than a better chance, a fighting chance, to all of you, I have a simple message: Hold on a little longer. Tonight is the start of a new campaign to unite every American who knows in their heart that we can do better! The last few years have been the best that Barack Obama can do, but it’s not the best America can do!

Tonight is the beginning of the end of the disappointments of the Obama years and the start of a new and better chapter that we will write together.

This has already been a long campaign, but many Americans are just now beginning to focus on the choice before the country. In the days ahead, I look forward to spending time with many of you personally. I want to hear what’s on your mind, hear about your concerns, and learn about your families. But you might not have heard that I became successful by helping start a business that grew from 10 people to hundreds of people. You might not have heard that our business helped start other businesses, like Staples and Sports Authority and a new steel mill and a learning center called Bright Horizons. And I’d tell you that not every business made it and there were good days and bad days, but every day was a lesson. And after 25 years, I know how to lead us out of this stagnant Obama economy and into a job-creating recovery!

Four years ago Barack Obama dazzled us in front of Greek columns with sweeping promises of hope and change. But after we came down to earth, after the celebration and parades, what do we have to show for three and a half years of President Obama?

Is it easier to make ends meet? Is it easier to sell your home or buy a new one? Have you saved what you needed for retirement? Are you making more in your job? Do you have a better chance to get a better job? Do you pay less at the pump?

If the answer were “yes” to those questions, then President Obama would be running for re-election based on his achievements…and rightly so. But because he has failed, he will run a campaign of diversions, distractions, and distortions. That kind of campaign may have worked at another place and in a different time. But not here and not now. It’s still about the economy …and we’re not stupid.

People are hurting in America. And we know that something is wrong, terribly wrong with the direction of the country.

We know that this election is about the kind of America we will live in and the kind of America we will leave to future generations. When it comes to the character of America, President Obama and I have very different visions.

Government is at the center of his vision. It dispenses the benefits, borrows what it cannot take, and consumes a greater and greater share of the economy. With Obamacare fully installed, government will come to control half the economy, and we will have effectively ceased to be a free enterprise society.

This President is putting us on a path where our lives will be ruled by bureaucrats and boards, commissions and czars. He’s asking us to accept that Washington knows best – and can provide all.

We’ve already seen where this path leads. It erodes freedom. It deadens the entrepreneurial spirit. And it hurts the very people it’s supposed to help. Those who promise to spread the wealth around only ever succeed in spreading poverty. Other nations have chosen that path. It leads to chronic high unemployment, crushing debt, and stagnant wages.

I have a very different vision for America, and of our future. It is an America driven by freedom, where free people, pursuing happiness in their own unique ways, create free enterprises that employ more and more Americans. Because there are so many enterprises that are succeeding, the competition for hard-working, educated and skilled employees is intense, and so wages and salaries rise.

I see an America with a growing middle class, with rising standards of living. I see children even more successful than their parents - some successful even beyond their wildest dreams – and others congratulating them for their achievement, not attacking them for it.

This America is fundamentally fair. We will stop the unfairness of urban children being denied access to the good schools of their choice; we will stop the unfairness of politicians giving taxpayer money to their friends’ businesses; we will stop the unfairness of requiring union workers to contribute to politicians not of their choosing; we will stop the unfairness of government workers getting better pay and benefits than the taxpayers they serve; and we will stop the unfairness of one generation passing larger and larger debts on to the next.

In the America I see, character and choices matter. And education, hard work, and living within our means are valued and rewarded. And poverty will be defeated, not with a government check, but with respect and achievement that is taught by parents, learned in school, and practiced in the workplace.

This is the America that was won for us by the nation’s Founders, and earned for us by the Greatest Generation. It is the America that has produced the most innovative, most productive, and the most powerful economy in the world.

As I look around at the millions of Americans without work, the graduates who can't get a job, the soldiers who return home to an unemployment line, it breaks my heart. This does not have to be. It is the result of failed leadership and of a faulty vision. We will restore the promise of America only if we restore the principles of freedom and opportunity that made America the greatest nation on earth.

Today, the hill before us is a little steep but we have always been a nation of big steppers. Many Americans have given up on this President but they haven’t ever thought about giving up. Not on themselves. Not on each other. And not on America.

In the days ahead, join me in the next step toward that destination of November 6th, when across America we can give a sigh of relief and know that the Promise of America has been kept. The dreamers can dream a little bigger, the help wanted signs can be dusted off, and we can start again.

And this time we’ll get it right. We’ll stop the days of apologizing for success at home and never again apologize for America abroad.

There was a time – not so long ago – when each of us could walk a little taller and stand a little straighter because we had a gift that no one else in the world shared. We were Americans. That meant something different to each of us but it meant something special to all of us. We knew it without question. And so did the world.

Those days are coming back. That’s our destiny.

We believe in America. We believe in ourselves. Our greatest days are still ahead. We are, after all, Americans!

Meanwhile Obama looked foolish and inept appearing in one of the worst skits ever, demeaning his position and the office of presidency after having spent taxpayer money to campaign and to promote his new student loan program into an election issue.  But the problem with that is Obama’s record and that Romney agrees with Obama on helping students with their loan debt while the economy keeps them from getting jobs, making it a non-issue.

Under Obama:

• 1 in 2 recent college grads are jobless or underemployed
• 85% of recent college grads are moving back with their parents
• Student loan debt exceeds 1 Trillion Dollars

And now it seems that Obama’s Fallon appearance violated campaign law

Last night, President Obama appeared on Jimmy Fallon’s unwatchable show to “slow-jam the news.” By this, Fallon meant that Obama would read a campaign speech about student loans, Fallon would utter a few lines to back him up every so often, and his lead band singer would warble in support of Obama’s propaganda.

Only one problem, aside from the fact that this was possibly the worst “comedy” segment in the history of mankind: it violated campaign finance law.

The equal time rule states that if a licensee permits a person “who is a legally qualified candidate for any public office to use a broadcasting station, he shall afford equal opportunities to all other such candidates for that office in the use of such broadcasting station.”

There are exceptions to the rule: appearances on (1) a bona fide newscast, (2) a bona fide news interview, (3) a bona fide news documentary, or (4) on-the-spot coverage of bona fide news events.

Only the second provision could be construed as saving NBC from giving Mitt Romney equal time. But this was not a bona fide news interview. In fact, it wasn’t an interview at all – no questions were asked, no answers were given. It was literally Obama reading a campaign speech over a guitar, a horn, a keyboard, and some drums.

Not only was this appearance in violation of equal time law, it was clearly an in-kind contribution by NBC to the Obama campaign. As the Federal Elections Commission states, “A donation of services is … considered an in-kind contribution.” Under applicable law, contribution of broadcast time is considered such a service. This was a campaign commercial for Obama, and the Obama campaign was not charged for it. A minute of network time can cost up to a couple million dollars; this segment ran a full five minutes. There is no doubt that Obama was given millions of dollars of free advertising time, and the Romney campaign should invoke all available law to make that clear.

NBC should be punished to the fullest extent of the law (because they are a repeating offender). Mitt Romney should be given equal time, and an equally sycophantic propaganda piece by Fallon. Obama should be ashamed of himself (though, of course, he has no capacity for shame).   Video HERE

Speaker of the House John Boehner also weighed in this week on Obama campaigning on the public dime.  Boehner said Obama misuses Air Force One for political trips and that he is now trying to make a political issue out of student loans, hitting swing states to make speeches without having to cover the cost for campaigning.  Using taxpayer dollars to fly to battleground states to make political points is 'pathetic, said Boehner.  Read more Here.

Of course violating campaign laws, ethics or tradition doesn’t seem to matter to Team Obama.  He has been campaigning and appearing at fundraisers on the taxpayer dime for months.  Yet, they had the audacity to announce this week that President Obama would be beginning his official campaign in about a month.  At some point the American people are going to get tired of being played for fools on top of watching their country being spent into bankruptcy.  As Mitt Romney said the other night, “It is still about the economy and we’re not stupid”

Earlier today, Buzzfeed’s Ben Smith announced on Twitter that video researcher Andrew Kaczynski had released “the mysterious Harvard/Obama/race video that the Breitbart folks have been talking about.”

The video, which Kaczynski says was “licensed from a Boston television station,” shows a young Barack Obama leading a protest at Harvard Law School on behalf of Prof. Derrick Bell, a radical academic tied to Jeremiah Wright--about whom we will be releasing significant information in the coming hours.

However, the video has been selectively edited--either by the Boston television station or by Buzzfeed itself. Over the course of the day, Breitbart.com will be releasing additional footage that has been hidden by Obama's allies in the mainstream media and academia.

Bernie Madoff is in jail for life for using other people’s money under false pretenses in a Ponzi scheme that fooled some of America’s most sophisticated investors. This is an example of fraud, not capitalism.

Raj Rajaratnam is in jail for 11 years for insider trading of securities of Galleon Group, the hedge fund he founded. This is an example of violating a law passed by Congress restricting capitalism. If Raj had been a member of Congress, which exempted itself from that insider trading law, he would not be in jail today.

Steve Jobs will be remembered forever as the American who envisioned products that didn’t exist and the world later found indispensable. His was American capitalism in the Edison, Bell, and Ford tradition. American innovative capitalism has changed the world. Jobs made Apple Inc., which he famously started at home, into a worldwide giant with a net worth greater than the country of Greece.

Mitt Romney and the investors in his private equity firm made a boatload of money buying risky failing companies and turning them around to profitability. Many companies failed anyway. Others became household names. Many employees lost jobs they were going to lose anyway; many more Americans found jobs in Staples, Domino’s Pizza, Brookstone, Sports Authority, etc.

What Mitt did goes by many fancy names today in MBA courses and in the business media, but it is still old-fashioned capitalism. Private investors risking their own money to make a profit.

To critics, it’s called “vulture capitalism.” This losing leftist rant has been validated by its adoption by Romney’s rival Republican, Newt Gingrich. (Perhaps something that the party as well as the country based on free market economics should seriously think about.)

If you are one of those critics (Republican or Democrat), what do you call what Barack Hussein Obama is doing?

Obama took money from Americans by force (did you think the IRS was voluntary?) and borrowed money from the Chinese when taxation did not yield enough money. Obama then applied the money to create/subsidize companies to make products he knew people didn’t want at prices they could not afford.

Bought a Volt yet? Not only more expensive (at $42,000) to the consumer than comparable hybrid cars from both domestic and foreign companies, the Volt’s real cost is estimated at $250,000 each when all the costs/subsidies are counted. Do you think the $56 billion “invested” by Obama in the Volt’s maker, General Motors, was really worth it?

Unless you are the United Auto Workers union, which received 17 percent of GM for nothing, the answer is no.

The irony here is that the total CO2 emissions from the manufacturing of the Volt, including the fire prone battery setup, are about the same as any other vehicle. Mother Gaia is not amused.

Then there were the green energy start-up companies.

Obama has been on a spending spree with you as the forced partner. Solyndra, Beacon Power, Evergreen Solar, Spectrawatt and Eastern Energy are just a few of the dozens of companies that have received more than $6.5 billion in grants and loans to create the green energy of Obama’s fantasy future. Every one of these companies has either failed or is on the verge of failing, taking your money with it. Thousands of “good-paying, middle-class jobs” promised by Obama are evaporating.

Obama was hell bent on creating a brave, new, green world. By choking off the use of America’s natural bounty of coal, oil and natural gas, and by promising an even greater bounty from a world of “alternative energy” supposedly more pleasing to the planet, Obama embarked on the same government-knows-best program that has impoverished countries from Zimbabwe to Cuba to North Korea.

Afraid that Americans are catching on to his “vulture socialism,” Obama is already running TV ads for his re-election touting the creation of “2.7 million jobs” from “America’s clean energy industry.” Many of those jobs were already in place before Obama took office, and many more are now endangered by the fact that the market is not buying what Obama is selling. As happened in Spain, for every green job created, 2.5 jobs in existing manufacturing have been lost.

In a final irony, the same TV ad also brags that America’s foreign oil dependence has declined to below 50 percent of our daily need. That is true and has nothing to do with Obama’s force-fed green-energy program. The recession made worse by Obama’s policies has reduced consumer gasoline demand. The U.S. still uses twice the oil it produces and still tolerates a federal government that spends nearly twice what it takes in.

Using government force, Obama spends $10 billion per day (and borrows more than $4 billion of that per day) to keep the federal Leviathan on course to “utterly transform” our economy and erode American freedoms.

And Mitt Romney, the guy who specializes in turning around failing enterprises and would apply that expertise to the failing federal government, is the bad guy?

I have not been able to verify 100% that this is real, but on the site where the video originated there were also the videos of him locking himself out of the white house as well as the one of the guy walking behind him during a speech and of Michelle with her Hula Hoop: all real; plus there are some composites that people put together like one of him licking ice cream that was obviously photo-shopped. I couldn’t find anything saying it wasn’t real and it looked pretty authentic?!? Who knows for sure, so you be the judge… M~

Office of Independent Counsel

If you want the Fast & Furious wrong-doers brought to justice, here is what you should do.

First write a letter to your Federal Representative, somewhat like this:

“Dear Representative:

I am a Citizen in your District and thank you for all the good work you are doing. But I remain very concerned about our beloved country. Representative Issa is doing the right thing by holding hearings into the Fast and Furious Scandal and when you get the opportunity, please thank them for their service to the citizens. There is no doubt that wrong-doing was going on in this matter and the wrong-doers need to be discovered and brought to justice – it is obvious a serious matter when weapons are provided to our enemies. Issa’s committee can discover the wrong-doing and the wrong-doers, but it cannot bring them to justice. Bringing them to justice is the job of an Independent Counsel. But the problem is that the Office of Independent Counsel was terminated in 1999 and is no longer in existence. The Office of Special Counsel is in existence and often it is confused with an Independent Counsel. A special counsel serves to defend federal employees who have been accused of wrong-doing, whereas an independent counsel serves to prosecute federal employees for wrong-doing. So a special counsel is exactly the opposite of what we patriots need in this matter – what we need is an independent counsel. So I respectfully request that you and your patriotic colleagues pass legislation that will reestablish the Office of Independent Counsel, so that it can bring Federal Fast & Furious wrong-doers to justice immediately after the House Oversight Committee hearing discovers who they are and what they did and when they did it.”

Next write a letter to each of your two Federal Senators along the same line and send them to the Governor with a note asking that she review and approve content (remember senators are supposed to represent the state and so are in the governor’s chain of command).

Next write a letter to your state senator and ask that he/she move the senate to approve a resolution to ask the federal government to reinstate the federal Office of Independent Counsel; and tell him that yes this is federal business, but in this case federal business is also Arizona and your State’s business.

Next write a letter to your state representative and ask the same thing you asked of your state senator in the previous paragraph.

Next write a letter to your county supervisor and ask the same thing.

Next write a letter to your city council person and ask the same thing

If you a member of the Republican Party, then write a letter to the Arizona and or your State’s Party Chairman, and your local Tea Party Chairman plus your 9/12 Organization Head and ask him to do the same thing.

If you live in a community that has a homeowners association, then write the president and ask him/her to do the same.

The more influence we can bring to bear on our Federal Congressmen to reinstate the Office of Independent Counsel the better.

Effective execution of Agenda 21 will require a profound reorientation of all human society, unlike anything the world has ever experienced a major shift in the priorities of both governments and individuals and an unprecedented redeployment of human and financial resources. Agenda 21 isn’t coming. It is here. Most don’t know about it. They’ve never heard of it, but it is creeping in the back door right now. So, look behind you. It may already be in your backyard.

What is Agenda 21? It is a United Nation’s program presented and approved in Rio in 1992. At that time American conservatives laughed it off. “This is too crazy,” they said. “Impossible. It will never happen. Not here!” Well, it is happening. It is happening here and it is happening now. Agenda 21 is a totalitarian comprehensive environmental program that, when fully implemented, will direct where you live, how much water you can use, and how and where you can travel.

Agenda 21 is being marketed as a worldwide effort to ensure that all human beings will have access to adequate housing, health care, water and food. Of course this will require a massive redistribution of wealth from prosperous countries to poorer countries. Predictably, capitalistic countries, like the United States, will suffer lower standards of living.

It’s noteworthy that Presidents George H. Bush, Bill Clinton, and Barack Obama, through Executive Orders, have signed onto Agenda 21. Hundreds more governors, mayors, and county commissioners have also signed on.

Agenda 21 and related programs will eliminate many things we hold dear. These have been declared “unsustainable” and will be abolished. Here are some of them:

1. All private property rights (property ownership)
2. All forms of irrigation, pesticides & commercial fertilizer
3. Livestock production and most meat consumption
4. Privately owned vehicles and personal travel
5. Use of fossil fuels for power generation or mechanized travel
6. Single family homes
7. Most forms of mineral extraction and timber harvesting
8. Human population must be reduced to fewer than 1 billion people

It’s not coming from Washington D.C. or state legislatures for the most part. It is seeping in through local city and county governments. Agenda 21 brings with it stealthy code words, comforting words such as “smart growth,” “social justice,” “bio-diversity,” and “sustained development.” You will hear them often. Translated these terms effectively mean total environmental dictatorship and the elevation of the pagan practice of the worship of Mother Earth. Not a joke.

179 countries, including the United States, initially signed on to the Agenda in 1992. Many more have joined since then. It is already in progress in 600 U.S. cities. Agenda 21 is designed to control every aspect of human life on every square inch of planet earth. As a biblical worldview dims in the world man falls to the bottom of the food chain.

If Agenda 21 succeeds animals will become more important than man as will plants and trees. We can already see ample evidence of this process in motion today. Agenda 21’s real message is: “Man is the problem. Nature must be preserved and take precedence. Mother Earth must not be scratched.“

Agenda 21 is just another attempt by man to recreate heaven on earth. David Chilton, in his insightful book Paradise Restored, presents an important historical dynamic. Chilton submits that man, ever since he was expelled from Eden, has tried to get back in. Each time he tries, he creates another hell on earth. Agenda 21 will be no different.

Many socialistic, communistic, and liberal organizations and international leaders are behind Agenda 21 and its related programs. It will take dedication of time and effort on our part to truly understand all the implications of this pervasive program. The investment of time will be worth it.

I encourage you, no, beg you, to learn of this Agenda. Take the time. Father Spoke of Having Obama Adopted… And Deception Evidence Reaches WH

US immigration files from '61 reveal Kenyan student's plan

In the spring of 1961, President Obama's father revealed a plan for his unborn son that might have changed the course of American political history.

The elder Barack H. Obama, a sophomore at the University of Hawaii, had come under scrutiny by federal immigration officials who were concerned that he had more than one wife. When he was questioned by the school's foreign student adviser, the 24-year-old Obama insisted that he had divorced his wife in his native Kenya. Although his new wife, Ann Dunham, was five months pregnant with their child - who would be called Barack Obama II - Obama declared that they intended to put their child up for adoption.

"Subject got his USC wife 'Hapai' [Hawaiian for pregnant] and although they were married they do not live together and Miss Dunham is making arrangements with the Salvation Army to give the baby away," according to a memo describing the conversation with Obama written by Lyle H. Dahling, an administrator in the Honolulu office of what was then called the US Immigration and Naturalization Service.

Obama, the Subject, and his USC, or United States citizen, wife, obviously, did not put their baby up for adoption. Whether the young couple actually considered such a step, or the elder Obama made the story up in order to appease immigration officials who at the time were considering his request for an extension of his stay in the United States, is unclear. Family members on both sides of the marriage now say they never heard any mention of adoption.

But his statement provides a unique glimpse into the relationship between the president’s parents and the fragility of his connection to the father whom he would little know.

Dahling’s memo, dated April 12, 1961, is one of dozens of documents in the elder Obama’s “alien’’ file released by the Department of Homeland Security in response to a Freedom of Information Act request made in the course of research on a biography of Obama’s father. Obama was visiting the United States on a foreign student visa which required him to apply for an annual extension of his stay during the five years he was attending US colleges.

The memo advised that officials should continue to monitor the senior Obama’s personal life, and raised concerns about his behavior, noting that the previous summer he had been warned about his “playboy ways.’’

Robert L. Gibbs, the former White House press secretary, said at the time the document was released that President Obama had never been told that his mother had considered putting him up for adoption. Nor, Gibbs said, was Obama previously aware of the INS memo. Gibbs said that the White House had made no effort to determine if Dunham had ever had a conversation with the Salvation Army. The president, he added, “is absolutely convinced that she did not.’

From the early 20th century through the 1970s the Salvation Army operated nearly a dozen residential maternity homes throughout the United States, one of which was located in Honolulu. Residents who chose not to keep their babies were able to make arrangements to put them up for adoption through local agencies. The agency maintains records of its maternity homes but provides them only to birth mothers or children who request them, according to Kathy Lovin, public affairs manager for The Salvation Army’s western territory in Long Beach, Calif. Lovin declined to say whether Ann Dunham, who died in 1995, spoke with Salvation Army officials at all about the possibility of putting her child up for adoption.

Neither President Obama nor the White House has since asked the Salvation Army if there is any record that his parents talked with the organization regarding his possible adoption, according to a White House press person who declined to be identified.

The INS memo can be regarded from several perspectives. On the one hand, Ann Dunham had good reason to consider surrendering her child. At the time that she gave birth in 1961, Dunham was just 18 years old, and mixed-race marriage - while legal in Hawaii - was a felony in many of the 22 states in which it was banned. Even in Hawaii, the only state at the time with a nonwhite majority, blacks accounted for less than 1 percent of the population, and a black face drew curious stares on the streets of Honolulu.

In his memoir, “Dreams from My Father,’’ President Obama mused that his mother might have considered putting her child up for adoption given the cultural hostility to mixed race marriages that existed at the time. Even in sophisticated urban centers, he wrote, “. . . the hostile stares, the whispers, might have driven a woman in my mother’s predicament into a back-alley abortion - or at the very least to a distant convent that could arrange for adoption.’’

While it is possible that the elder Obama’s statement to the student adviser was true, family and friends say they do not believe she ever considered such a thing. Dunham, they maintain, was a bold iconoclast even as a young woman and regarded her unborn child as very much her responsibility, one that she would never have surrendered.

“I never heard any talk of adoption whatsoever,’’ said Charles Payne, Dunham’s maternal uncle, who is now in his 80s and living in Chicago. “Ann decided she had done this and this was her child and she was going to take care of him. From day one, as far as I could tell, she and Madelyn [Dunham] and Stanley [Dunham] were all completely committed to Barack.’’

Nor do several of Ann Dunham’s friends at the time recall her mentioning giving up her baby. On the contrary, Susan Botkin Blake, a high school friend of Dunham’s, describes how entranced her friend was with her small son during a visit to Seattle just weeks after he was born.

“She was wildly in love with Barack Obama, her husband, and very excited about her future with him,’’ recalled Blake. “From my perspective, she had no equivocation about her baby in the slightest. She was thrilled with him.’’

Barack Obama Sr., on the other hand, would have had reason to worry that having a child in the United States could have significant consequences. For starters, Obama, who had two children in Kenya, was having severe financial problems. Although he told Dunham that he had gotten divorced from his Kenyan wife, he apparently did not tell her about his other children.

Obama was a member of the Luo ethnic group, the third largest of Kenya’s tribes, among whose members polygamy was common. His own father had at least four wives. In fact, Obama was still married to his Kenyan wife, Grace Kezia Obama, and apparently worried about the financial burden of another child.

Of greater concern was his immigration status. At the time that he made his statement about adoption in spring 1961, Obama was in the midst of applying to the INS for an extension of his stay in the United States. Although it was a routine process that was required of foreign students periodically, the application entailed an examination of the student’s academic record and general behavior.

Obama would have wanted to present a case that would impress immigration authorities. A bigamist with a mixed-race baby, if that is how authorities chose to see him, was not likely to be the strongest of candidates. As Gibbs assessed the elder Obama’s possible motive: “He was trying to convince immigration to let him stay. So, part of his effort was to convince immigration that some of the responsibilities that he had he would not continue to have.’’

University of Hawaii and federal immigration authorities were already alarmed about Obama’s relationships with women and perplexed as to his marital status. Since his arrival at the university in 1959, Obama had repeatedly failed to complete routine paperwork at UH’s foreign students office regarding his domestic status that would have clarified whether he had a wife in Kenya, according to an employee in the office who declined to be identified. Even the exact year of his own birth was unclear. Obama alternately reported to immigration and academic officials that he was born in both 1934 and 1936. Although the INS memo records the year of his birth as 1934, Obama’s family members and other records indicate that he was probably born in 1936.

When he married Dunham in February 1961, school administrators began to probe his status in earnest. Sumi McCabe, then UH’s foreign student adviser, first brought attention to the matter during a phone call to Dahling, the INS administrator, the following April. According to Dahling’s memo, “Mrs. McCabe further states that [Obama] has been running around with several girls since he first arrived here and last summer she cautioned him about his playboy ways. [Obama] replied that he would ‘try’ to stay away from the girls.’’ But he didn’t try very hard. Instead, he began dating the dark-eyed Ann Dunham.

Now that he was married to a US citizen and was soon to become the father of an American child, immigration officials would not have been reassured by his official records. On some of the forms in his alien file, Obama reported that he had a Kenyan wife. After he married Dunham, he sometimes reported her as his wife. More often than not, he left the section blank.

All the while, he wrote letters to his family and friends back home in Kenya, inquiring about his wife and children there.

Noting that Obama appeared to have a wife in Kenya and another in Hawaii, Dahling raised the possibility in his memo of charging Obama with polygamy or bigamy in order to get a deportation order against him. In the end, he suggested they keep an eye on him.

“Recommend that Subject be closely questioned before another extension is granted - and denial be considered,’’ Dahling concluded. “If his USC wife tries to petition for him, make sure an investigation is conducted as to the bona fide of the marriage.’’

As it turned out, the matter soon moved out of Honolulu administrators’ purview. The following year, Obama left his small family in Honolulu and headed to Harvard University to pursue a doctorate in economics. While in Cambridge, Obama would not only meet his third wife, but the question of how many wives he had would spiral into a confrontation with devastating consequences.

The  reality is that Obama is ineligible to be president because he does not meet the “natural born” qualification, and that is without addressing the whole question of whether he really was really born in Hawaii, the Kenya question and the questionable, missing or falsified documents floating around.  Furthermore he was adopted by non-citizen to the U.S., Lolo Soetoro and we have members of our government and their counterpart The Shadow Party , not to mention the press, who are in the bag to help create and crown this Manchurian President.  We don’t even have to go to the stories of family CIA connections, and Barry Soetoro attending school here on a foreign student scholarship. Wake America, we’ve been had!  Why is he still in office?  And why would the Dems (Congress and the media) let him run again in 2012?

Deception evidence reaches Oval Office?

Analysis says everything president, lawyers said 'was carefully orchestrated and scripted'

In an allegation that pushes the dispute over Barack Obama's presidential eligibility to a new level, an affidavit prepared to accompany a criminal complaint over the "Certificate of Live Birth" released April 27 suggests there was a plan to mislead the American public, and it went as high as the Oval Office.

"What I believe you are looking at is a classic example of an attempt at plausible deniability," wrote Doug Vogt, who has filed a criminal complaint that charges Obama's birth record is forged.

Vogt, who describes himself as an expert in documents, typesetting, imaging, scanners and document imaging programs and has owned Archive Index Systems since 1993, referenced the widely broadcast White House event when officials, including then-White House Counsel Robert Bauer and Obama's communications director Daniel Pfeiffer, released the purported Hawaiian "Certificate of Live Birth."

"Everything that came out of the mouths of both these men and the president's was carefully orchestrated and scripted. It also implies that the president's contingency plan was that in case the forgery was detected, that one or both of them would take the blame," Vogt concluded.

He said in the affidavit, a copy of which was obtained by WND, "The preponderance of evidence leads me to conclude that the Certificate of Live Birth the White House presented at the 8:48 a.m. news conference (on April 27) and not mentioned on television an hour later is a forgery."

He continued, "A strong legal argument can be made that per U.S. Code Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 47, Sec.1028(a)(2 and 4) Mr. Pfeiffer and Mr. Robert Bauer could have made themselves principles in the forgery. There is also the possibility that the director of the Department of Health in Hawaii knows much more about this forgery than she is telling. If it is later proven in federal court that this Certificate of Live Birth issued by the Department of Health is a forgery, then any and all personnel involved with the forgery, would also be principles in the forgery.

"I am sure that there is someone at the Department of Health who searched their document imaging system to find the certificates that became the elements used to assemble the final Obama fraudulent Certificate. An FBI investigation in Hawaii will be necessary to get to the whole truth of this scandal," he said.

Obama is tied in to the plot, Vogt contends, through his speech shortly after the Hawaii document was released, in which he referenced "the old history of the Short Form certification" and then said, "We've posted the Certification that is given by the State of Hawaii on the Internet for everybody to see."

The president didn't reference the newly released "Certificate of Live Birth" unveiled at the news conference,  Vogt writes, in his address that day.

What the White House released:

"Let me ask you a simple question," Vogt writes, "let's say you live in New York, and you were born in California and you want two copies of your Certificate of Live Birth, not because you need it for a passport application or any other legal reason, but just because you want to show it to some friends. So you pay your high priced lawyer to fly on a moment's notice to California and back again with your Certificate. This whole process has cost you thousands. Are you going to want to see it and take possession of at least one of the Certificates? The obvious answer is YES. Next, read the answer given by Mr. Pfeiffer and Robert Bauer from the 8:48 a.m. news conference":

Question: And this is going to sound …. I mean, you can just anticipate what people are going to …. remain unconvinced. They're going to say that this is just a photocopy of a piece of paper, you could have typed anything in there. Will the actual certificate be on display or viewable at any …. (laughter.)

Will the president be holding it?
MR. PFEIFFER: He will not, and I will not leave it here for him to do so. But it will …. the State Department of Health in Hawaii will obviously attest that that is a …. what they have on file. As Bob said, it's in a book in Hawaii.
MR. BAUER: And you'll see the letter from the director of the Health Department that states that she oversaw the copy and is attesting to ….

"Plausible deniability refers to the denial of blame in loose and informal chains of command where upper leadership quarantine the blame to the lower management, and the lower management are often inaccessible, meaning confirming responsibility for the action is nearly impossible," Vogt said. "In the case that illegal or otherwise disreputable and unpopular activities become public, high-ranking officials may deny any awareness of such act or any connection to the agents used to carry out such acts. This method was used in the Nixon administration during the Watergate scandal to protect the president – it did not work then."

Case of fraud advances

Jerome Corsi, Ph.D., the author of "Where's the Birth Certificate?" as well as the Obama Nation said Vogt "continues to advance the case that the Obama birth certificate was fraudulently contrived in an attempt to deflect the news cycle from the issues I raised in 'Where's the Birth Certificate?' – a book that was set to crush Obama on the eligibility issue, unless Obama responded."

Plans to make the Obama document public were being made just as Corsi's book reached No. 1 on Amazon, weeks ahead of the book's release.

"Unfortunately, rather than tell the truth, the White House rushed to get a forged document into the waiting hands of a compliant and loving mainstream media," Corsi said. "Rather than establish a chain of evidence that would establish the PDF file released on the White House website as legitimate, the Obama administration and the Hawaii DOH continued their dance, pretending it was impossible to release a long-form birth certificate."

Corsi said Vogt's analysis "shows not only that the Hawaii DOH remains complicit with the Obama White House in advancing the fraud that Obama was born in Hawaii, but also shows the cover-up is continuing."

"The public must now demand to see the 'best evidence' of the Obama birth certificate – namely, the document itself," he said.

Vogt's affidavit describes several specific concerns, including alleged anomalies in the image released to the public, Obama's dispatching of an attorney to travel to Hawaii for such a document and the careful language that was used to describe its acquistion.

What 'waiver'?

Vogt cited Bauer's statement that, "Early last week the decision was made to review the legal basis for seeking a waiver from the long-standing prohibition in the state Department of Health on releasing the long-form birth certificate. And so we undertook a legal analysis and determined a waiver request could be made, that we had the grounds upon which to make that request."

The affidavit describes how Obama's private attorney, Judy Corley of the law firm of Perkins Coie, was dispatched to travel to Hawaii to retrieve the document.

Continued Bauer, "The department, as I understood it, after reviewing the law and reviewing the grounds asserted in the request, came to the conclusion that a waiver could be appropriately granted. We were advised that the long-form birth certificate could be copied and made available to us as early as Monday, April 25th – the day before yesterday. And we made arrangements for counsel to travel to Honolulu to pick it up and it was returned to the White House yesterday afternoon."

But Vogt notes Hawaii law requires, "Subject to the requirements of sections 338-16, 338-17, and 338-18, the Department of Health shall, upon request, furnish to any applicant a certified copy of any certificate."

"The law clearly states 'shall,' that does not mean maybe or 'out of the goodness of their hearts.' It means the Health Department must issue a copy of the Certificate of Live Birth not the Certification if requested. The Hawaiian law has a list of who can receive the Certificate and they include over 20 individuals, as well as government agencies."

He wrote that Loretta Fuddy, the chief of the health department, had announced an "exception" to departmental policy, even though other long-form certificates had been made available to others only weeks before Obama's request.

Which document?

Several forms of the birth document were distributed, including copied images handed out to reporters, the online image and an image taken by a selected reporter who was allowed to see the White House copy.

Vogt says the evidence indicates the "original" copy at the White House may have been a descendant of the online image, not the other way around.

He says the image distributed to media has the previously reported  registrar's rubber stamp anomaly, with "TXE" instead of "THE." The reporter's image is from Savannah Guthrie of NBC, who was allowed to see one of the White House copies that arrived from Hawaii.

"She claims she touched it and felt the raised seal, or what looks like a seal. This was important to Robert Bauer and company because the copy they showed the news people did not show any embossed seal. So the White House handlers felt it necessary to have at leas[t] one reporter, they could trust, see and feel the Certificate. She also was permitted to take a photo of the Certificate, which we will assume was done by her camera phone, because the quality was not very good," Vogt explained.

The top image is from the Guthrie image, the bottom of from what was given to reporters. Both appear to have the "TXE" error.

Bottom image is from another document just a few weeks earlier that does not have the "TXE" error embedded.

Vogt notes several discrepancies, including an "italicized E" under the "A" in Alvin in the image given to reporters that appears not to be present in Guthrie's image. He concedes, however, it could be explained by the low-resolution of the latter image.

He notes that the PDF image that was uploaded from the White House, which reportedly was scanned from a hard copy, reveals it was created April 27 on a Mac computer.

"On the PDF file the italics "E" under the "A" in Alvin also shows up clearly. … That would mean that [the image given reporters and the PDF file] have a common origin.

"The most logical conclusion is that [the image given to reporters and the image from Guthrie] were produced from the same file, namely the PDF file. … The only way to know for sure would be to have the White House place both certificates next to each other and photograph or scan them."

Further, he said, "What is interesting about these three images of the registrar's seal and the date stamp just to the left of it, is that all are in the exact same position to the hundredths of an inch and I mean both horizontally and vertically to the above form. So you have two certificates [the copies the White House says came from Hawaii] with two hand applied rubber stamps on the bottom and a hand placed embossed seal applied by a machine and all three are in the exact same position. It is impossible to put two forms next to each other and hand stamp them as shown and get all in exactly the same position, along with being placed almost perfectly straight on the two forms. This could only be done with a graphics program like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. Keep in mind the clerk or registrar has no reason or preference requirement to place these stamps in exactly the same position."

Vogt said, "The preponderance of evidence leads me to conclude that the Certificate of Live Birth, the White House presented at the 8:48 a.m. news conference and not mentioned on television an hour later, is a forgery."

Corsi said it's mostly likely that "there is no long-form birth certificate in the Hawaii DOH vault, or if there is one, it is a mere print-out of the PDF file."

"Very likely the PDF file is the 'best evidence' of the document, especially if all the paper documents of the Obama long-form birth certificate derive from that electronic file," Corsi said.

"Soon the American public will have compelling expert testimony that the Obama birth certificate was electronically manufactured and electronically modified – using as templates various authentic birth certificates, including the Nordyke twins' birth certificates," he said. "This crude forgery will not survive genuine forensic expert examination – but the White House will continue lying – and showing the one copy with the 'seal' only to a trusted press photographer that the White House knew would not ask any critical questions."

Custody

Vogt also pointed to the chain of custody for the physical documents that the White House said it got from the state of Hawaii, brought to Washington Obama's attorney and then handed over to the White House. But unknown is who created the online image that many experts believe shows evidence of manipulation.

Corsi points out that the government's own guidelines for accepting the authenticity of an electronic document features a long list of conditions.

The Government Printing Office "will inform users about a publication's integrity and chain of custody through the designation of at least 2 different levels of authentication, 'authentic' and 'official.' GPO defines 'authentic' as content that is verified by GPO to be complete and unaltered when compared to the version received by GPO. 'Official' content is content that is approved by, contributed by, or harvested from an official source in accordance with accepted program specifications," the government outlines.

Such provenance has yet to be offered regarding the White House document, he explains.

When the White House released Obama's document in April, officials with the Hawaii Department of Health and the office of Gov. Neal Abercrombie declined to respond to WND requests for a simple confirmation that the image released in Washington was an accurate representation of the information in the state's files.

Calling all critically-thinking American Patriots! Our once-great Republic and bastion of freedom for the world is being forced over the edge of the precipice!

America has been completely infiltrated by evil marxist/communist/islamist destroyers, from the office of POTUS, the DOJ, the SCOTUS and all the way down through the state governments and courts, to some county sheriffs. Apparently corruption does run downhill. And let’s not forget that they own and control all of the main-sleaze-media. Most American citizens were raised on television and are completely programmed to accept whatever propaganda that spews forth from the pieholes of the traitorous media/talking heads. The coup is now complete. The US Constitution and Rule of Law are completely disregarded and the ugly reality is that We the People have absolutely nowhere to go for redress of grievances.

So the time for writing letters, faxes and emails or calling our so-called representatives, signing and sending petitions, going to Town Hall meetings, filing endless eligibility or treason lawsuits in corrupt courts, or even voting in elections, the results of which are foregone conclusions due to voter fraud and electronic voting machine manipulation, is OVER!  Ever wonder how Reid and McCain could ever have been reelected?

All they do is laugh at us and send, if anything, insulting responses to our legitimate grievances. Every one of our concerns falls on deaf, corrupted ears. We the People have been completely marginalized and are deemed insignificant by our so-called elected representatives. The Will of the People is simply a joke to these elitist scum. This evil, totally corrupt government MUST be replaced with extreme prejudice if this nation is to survive at all.

We know Barry Soetoro is Constitutionally ineligible. We know he is guilty of treason and fraud. We know all of the COLBS and the most recent so-called LFBC are ALL electronically manipulated forgeries. We know the usurper is using  fraudulent Social Security numbers.  We know he is guilty of committing a long list of felonies.

We know, we know, we know!  The problem is, the coup is complete and the enemy is fully entrenched. It doesn’t matter if we have 100%, ROCK-solid, irrefutable PROOF; none of the lower courts, the DOJ, or the SCOTUS are going to hear it. No elected complicit criminal official is going to listen. The alphabet law enforcement agencies will not listen. The military will not listen. The media certainly will not listen. They have ALL been corrupted, coerced or threatened into submission.

We can NOT vote out the corruption. Let me say that one more time for effect:  We can NOT vote out the corruption. The traitors Scott Brown, Allen West and the 112th Congress are proof enough of that. There is absolutely no difference between Republicans and Democrats. They are all selected, vetted, inserted and ultimately controlled by the same elitist scum. I’ll say it again:  We the People have absolutely nowhere to turn for redress of grievance, nowhere.

Now for the million-dollar questions:  How do We the People remove, arrest and convict Barry Soetoro?  How do we arrest, convict and replace the entire treasonous, complicit government and media? How do we restore the Constitutional Rule of Law and the Republic?  I don’t know yet.  What I do know is that these things must be done NOW!

That is the point of this editorial:  to begin to focus the  indomitable American spirit and intellect on what MUST be done now, figure it out, and get it done NOW, without violence and bloodshed while we still can. After all, the writers and readers of The Post & Email and all the other Constitutional websites, blogs and forums, the “We the People” who are awake, aware, and “get it,” are the Sheepdogs! It’s up to us to figure it out and get it done now before it’s too late!  So what’s a Sheepdog, you ask?

Here is the nasty little secret that Barry Soetoro and his handlers don’t want you to know. We the People have ALL the power; yes, that’s right; we just don’t realize it. We have been deceived into believing that the federal government has all the power, as in the wimpy little wizard behind the curtain in the Wizard of Oz. There are over 300 million Sovereigns in America vs. 535 corrupt officials in the District of Criminals. Even if you added in all of their evil minions and their numbers rose to 535,000 it would still be an easy rout for an enlightened We the People.

So therein I suggest lies the answer to restoring the Republic. Big numbers, huge numbers, galactic-sized numbers. We the People/Sheepdogs en masse with at least six zeros. Million(S) of serious, dedicated, fearless Patriots who will gain great strength and conviction from each other’s presence. Combine these huge numbers of the great American spirit with something called an “Orange Revolution” and we may have the key to regaining our Republic and destiny.

Now serious credit needs to be given to the tens of thousands of hard-working, dedicated, fearless Patriots who have worked non-stop for the last three years to expose the ineligibility of Barry Soetoro and corruption on all levels of government. To all of them we extend our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation.  We would not be winning this war without them.  Thanks to all of you for all you do for America.

Having said that, the observation could be made that this huge, powerful source of intellectual energy has of late been  focused on the seemingly infinite minutiae of the latest fraudulent  birth certificate or Social Security number details. By all appearances, this known-to-be  fraudulent LFBC was intentionally released to confuse and distract the opposition. Meanwhile Barry Soetoro and his evil minions go merrily about their business of destroying America with full protection and immunity by the DOJ. They don’t even care that it’s fraudulent. I’ll possibly catch a lot of heat for that comment, so just hear me out.

We all know that there is by far enough evidence against Barry Soetoro to warrant a Congressional investigation with full subpoena power. However, all “normal” avenues for redress, as stated previously, have been co-opted, corrupted or threatened into complicity. Maybe now is the time to start looking at ways to arrest and convict Barry Soetoro and his criminal cabal who are outside the norm. Think outside the box and get very aggressive with it.

I am by no means suggesting that anyone quit fighting the usurper on all fronts: non-NBC status, fraudulent COLBs and LFBC, fraudulent Social Security numbers, fraud, treason, etc., etc.  What is being suggested is that it may be time to simultaneously start looking at how to use our power (Big Numbers) to achieve the End Game, which is the removal, arrest and conviction of Barry Soetoro and all those complicit in treason and fraud against America. We must always be looking for additional ways to fight smarter and more effectively.

Trump showed us what CAN happen when you have national traction. The original Tea Party march on DC had some big numbers; however,  it was downplayed by the state-controlled media and was ultimately ineffective and dismissed by the DC criminals. Why? Because they left and went home and were soon forgotten (out of sight, out of mind). IF we were to “lock down” DC  repeatedly or permanently, then our voice would be heard very loudly and clearly, and our redress of grievance would be taken seriously. There would be no way we could be ignored. Think about it.

So, as stated previously, the We the People/Sheepdogs have ALL the power. We just have to assert it, use it effectively, focus it intelligently and we can win back the Republic. And I believe in my heart that at this point, it can be done peacefully.  However, if we don’t focus our collective power now, if we wait too much longer, maybe not so much. Time is of the essence, and again, we are being forced over the precipice.

There are tens of thousands of extremely intelligent We the People/Sheepdogs from all walks of life, all seeking the truth on the Internet. There is no denying that there is great strength and wisdom in great numbers. I am only one person and do not presume to have the answers. I am simply putting forth this idea of using our greatest strengths as Americans, which include but are not limited to our indomitable American spirit, our superior intellect, our fearlessness, and our unbounded creativity.

I just want to plant a reminder of what great stock all Americans come from. We are a great and fearless people who have and will again move mountains to remain free and strong. So now all of you honorable Americans, if you deem it to be worthy, take this idea and brainstorm it, run with it and forge it into something so powerful that it can never be denied. Something so righteous and true that evil will scurry away from it like roaches from sunlight.

Here are a few suggestions that may help get the ideas flowing which are certainly dynamic and not at all complete:

OBJECTIVE 1:  Remove, arrest and convict Barry Soetoro and anyone else guilty of treason, fraud, or misprision of treason or fraud against America, and 2) Secure the Republic.

ATTAINMENT OF OBJECTIVE:

1. Organize a committee of citizens to execute a Citizens’ Arrest of Barry Soetoro, backed up by thousands of Military, Law Enforcement, and Citizen Soldier personnel loyal to the US Constitution.
2. Organize a Military coup, backed up by thousands of Military, Law Enforcement, and Citizen Soldier personnel loyal to the US Constitution.
3. Create a formal list of  criminal charges including evidence for Soetoro, Holder, Pelosi, Reid, etc., in order of severity:  1) Treason 2) Fraud 3) Forgery/Document Fraud 4) Various Felonies, etc., etc. Our many fine Patriot legal minds would be invaluable here:  Mario Apuzzo, Leo Donofrio, Philip Berg, Dr. Orly Taitz, etc.  Also Bob Schulz of the We the People Foundation and the Articles of Freedom.
4. We the People/Sheepdogs will need a LEADER who isn’t a politician. We will need a fearless, Constitutionally- committed LEADER! Possibly Ann Barnhardt; she is certainly fearless, intelligent and trustworthy.  Or maybe Dr. Alan Keyes or both. Maybe LTC Lakin or one of our fine retired Military men. Possibly Sheriff Mack or Pastor Chuck Baldwin. I’m just throwing out ideas here; maybe all of the above or a “team of leaders” or a “network of leaders.” Jump in here anytime with anyone you feel has the moral fortitude and grit to lead this movement: Ann Barnhardt; Sheriff Mack; Pastor Chuck Baldwin.
5. We will need to network, utilizing all available communications technology to start and maintain the en masse movement and ongoing operations of We the People/Sheepdogs. Also, contingency plans should be put in place for alternative forms of communication, should Barry Soetoro decide to cut the Internet.
6. We will need active-duty, veteran and retired Military and Law Enforcement personnel and Security professionals to step forward and help train the civilian We the People/Sheepdogs in confrontation avoidance and de-escalation techniques. They will also be charged with the general Security Operations of the movement.
7. We will need to be prepared to implement possible coordinated national strikes, local and national sit-ins, and to lock down DC repeatedly for extended periods or possibly permanently. This will be tough, so maybe we could organize support/relief teams to protest in shifts. We will need to dig deep to find the resolve to pull off an Orange Revolution. So what? Do we want to be free men and women or slaves? Are our children depending on us for their future? Is Western civilization depending on us as the last bastion for individual liberty and freedom? Do we not need to secure America from the threat of islam? Do we not need to secure our northern and southern borders?  These imperative operations and so much more can only be accomplished AFTER the Republic is secured. There will be many who say “I have to work,” or this or that. Fine, just get out of the way and we will carry your load. When the destroyers collapse the country your job won’t be there anyway.
8. One of the biggest hurdles will be to overcome conditioned apathy, soft tyranny and oppression, and to organize the solidarity and BIG numbers necessary to achieve the objective. I truly believe in the spirit, courage, resolve, and ingenuity of the American people. Additionally, any critically-thinking American can no longer deny that we have been completely infiltrated by a vile, cancerous mix of Marxist, Communist, Islamist, America-hating criminal thugs intent on destroying America and We the People.  Denial is no longer an option, nor is failure.

Is it time to stop anti-American influence in American with an Orange Revolution such as occurred in the Ukraine in 2004?

There will be naysayers who will say this could never happen or is not feasible.  However, as recent history has proven, Orange Revolutions are very effective. There is great power in MASSIVE numbers of peaceful protesters demonstrating solidarity for a common cause of righteous good:  as an example, reclaiming our Republic, securing our future, and removing, arresting and convicting known traitors and usurpers.

The final and most important question is:  What are We The People/Sheepdogs going to DO about it, and if not NOW, when?
