Arpaio Obama Probe Finds 'National Security Threat' - Sheriff Joe's long-awaited press conference!

Since 1955, Hawaii's been giving US citizenship to children born in other countries.  I saw it on Sheriff Joe's press conference today.

Under Hawaii's Revised Statute 338-17.8, a person only has to be an established resident of Hawaii, ... not necessarily a U.S. citizen, but any out-of-state, or foreign-born person, ... and then pay taxes there for One Year ... to be able to register and receive an official Hawaii birth certificate.

The concern is also relevant given the recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling concerning Arizona’s proposed state immigration law, SB 1070, in which the federal court ruled state laws cannot be in contradiction or in conflict with federal law.

If AZ can’t contradict law, neither should Hawaii.  Plus there are probably thousands or more of those people who have received a “birth certificate” from Hawaii that should have gone through the naturalization process, making them illegals…

Certainly sounds like something Congress needs to address, but then they are too busy making laws to control us or laws about football or honorary days for celebrities.

However, Exposing Obama would reveal the depth of US Government corruption.

Hawaii found to be bogus birth-certificate factory

PHOENIX – After determining earlier this year there is probable cause to suspect the document released by the White House as Barack Obama’s birth certificate is a forgery, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said today he believes his Cold Case Posse’s investigation should be advanced to the federal government, based on further information released at a press conference in Phoenix that was live-streamed by WND.

Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo said the new information confirms the document presented to the American public in April 2011 is undoubtedly fraudulent.

Arpaio told WND he intends to move the investigation and the new information to a higher authority within the federal government because of what he calls an imminent threat to national security and U.S. immigration laws. The threat is posed by a flaw in Hawaii’s law discovered by his investigators that allows a foreigner to obtain a Hawaii birth certificate.

“Although I am having a difficult time deciding who to forward this information to given the fact that the obvious choices report directly to the president, I cannot stand by and hold on to information that threatens to weaken national security,” Arpaio said.

Arpaio said he intends on keeping a case file open if more information surfaces or if federal authorities decide to ignore the case.

Zullo explained that along with new information discovered regarding the birth certificate since the posse’s March 1 press conference, his team has discovered Hawaii provides easy access to a birth certificate, even if the child wasn’t born in the state.

Under Hawaii Revised Statute 338-17.8, a person only has to be an established resident of Hawaii, not necessarily a U.S. citizen, and pay taxes there for one year to be able to register an out-of-state or foreign-born person with an official Hawaii birth certificate.

“If a nation’s security is only as strong as its weakest link, then America may be in serious trouble,” Arpaio said in a statement. “Hawaii may be our weakest link and could have a serious impact on our nation’s immigration policy.”

Among the new findings presented by lead Cold Case Posse investigator Mike Zullo:

• The sheriff’s investigators have learned of a birth certificate coding system that indicates the White House document has been altered.

• An interview with the Hawaii official who allegedly signed the Obama document in 1961, Verna K.L. Lee, provided further confirmation of the coding anomalies.

• Investigators were troubled to find key information missing on the verification document Hawaii provided to Arizona’s secretary of state in May.

• Hawaii’s deputy attorney general, Jill T. Nagamine, confirm the state has a birth document on file for Obama. But she would not confirm on the record that the White House document matched what was on file with the Hawaii Department of Health.

• The sheriff’s investigators interviewed three persons of interest who have provided additional information in the case.

In prepared opening remarks, Arpaio chastised the media for the way it has handled the investigation.

“You have demeaned this investigation at every turn as silly and wasteful,” he said. “Your contempt about the subject and me for pursuing it has been duly noted.”

He urged media members to listen to Zullo’s presentation of the new evidence.

“Keep an open mind if you can,” he said. “Put away all you pre conceived ideas. Keep your eye on the ball.”

Arpaio’s investigation was initiated last October when 250 Maricopa County citizens approached him for help because they believed the electronic document presented by the White House to the American public was a forgery. Arpaio said he went ahead with the probe with the intent of being able to clear the president and put the matter to rest. But he explained the investigation found too many inconsistencies on the birth certificate.

“We also looked into the president’s selective service registration card and found that it, too, appeared to be fraudulent,” Arpaio said.

Investigators since then have traveled to Hawaii and have interviewed more witnesses, the sheriff said.

Addressing the coding issue, Zullo explained that the Hawaii Department of Health, which categorized vital information issued at the time of the president’s birth, used specific number codes that were written in pencil to transfer information from a paper birth certificate to a database file.

The codes seen on the document issued by the White House are not consistent with the information entered into the various fields, indicating the document has been altered or amended.

In the coding system, the number 9 indicates the information is not stated, meaning there should not be any information in the box in which the number is written.

However, the number 9 can be seen written in pencil next to the fields for “Usual Occupation,” “Kind of Business or Industry” and “Race of Father” on Obama’s document. Each of those fields are filled with information.

“This proves the document has been tampered with and information has been placed on it,” Zullo said.

Sheriff’s investigators tracked down the registrar who allegedly signed the White House’s birth document, U.K. Lee, who is now 95. She provided information that posed further inconsistencies with the story of Obama’s birth at the Kapiolani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital in 1961.

The investigators also analyzed the Hawaii Department of Health’s response to Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett’s request that Obama’s birth information be verified.

They interviewed in person the Hawaii assistant attorney general to verify that the document presented by the White House was the same document on file with the Department of Health.

Investigators said they were troubled to find key information missing on the verification document, including the president’s date of birth.

They said they were equally troubled that the deputy attorney general would not confirm on record that the White House document matched what was on file with the health department.

The national security concerns raised by the investigation are based on Hawaii Revised Statute 338.17.8. which states:

338-17.8 Certificates for children born out of state.

Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.

Arpaio and his investigators said they have deep concerns that the Hawaii Revised Statute is a loophole that makes it possible for foreign born children to illegally establish U.S. citizenship.

They said the concern is also relevant given the recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling concerning Arizona’s proposed state immigration law, SB 1070, in which the federal court ruled state laws cannot be in contradiction or in conflict with federal law.

Zullo noted that, normally, when it’s necessary to prove a person is a U.S. Citizen, the main form of documentation is a state certificate of birth.

“It appears that in the case of Hawaii law, any person can obtain a birth certificate if any adult or their parents can prove that they resided in Hawaii for one year and paid taxes,” he said. “There is no requirement to show that the child itself was actually born in Hawaii or on U.S. soil.”

The faculty of a Michigan college is up in arms over the choice of singer, actor and author Pat Boone as commencement speaker for the institution’s 2012 graduation ceremony.

According to a report in the Toledo Blade, petitions protesting Boone’s selection and honorary degree have been circulating among students and faculty at Adrian College in Adrian, Mich., since the school announced the decision on April 2. The school’s faculty association even approved a resolution last week condemning the choice and demanding the school withdraw its invitation.

Janet Salzwedel, an officer with the faculty association, told the newspaper professors were upset with what she called Boone’s “inflammatory kinds of rhetoric.”

The Blade also cited objections over Boone’s willingness to question Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president and the legitimacy of the document the White House presented as Obama’s purported, long-form birth certificate.

“He is free to speak at other places,” Salzwedel said, “but this is about the students and their day, and [Boone] is not what Adrian College represents.”

According to the Blade, it’s Boone’s commentaries in WND that have “riled some people on the United Methodist Church-affiliated college campus.”

A Facebook page set up to “keep Pat Boone off of Adrian College’s campus” contends that Boone spends his time as a “political pundit, promoting his views of racism, sexism, homophobia and religious intolerance” and then links to a press release put out by the Human Rights Campaign, a leading homosexual activism group.

The Facebook page, under the name of Adrian College junior Chelsea Blankinship, cites a 2008 Boone column in WND that she says “stepped outside the bounds of decency and morality” for “comparing LGBT activism with the terrorist attacks in Mumbai.”

Boone’s column specifically states that homosexual activists haven’t grown as violent as jihadi terrorists, but does point to “the anger, the vehemence, the total disregard for law and order … the hate seething in the words, faces and actions” of some of California’s Proposition 8 protesters, who took to the streets demanding the state’s voter-approved ballot initiative preserving marriage between one man and one woman be struck down.

“Hate is hate, no matter where it erupts,” Boone writes in the column’s pivotal paragraph. “And hate, unbridled, will eventually and inevitably boil into violence. How crazily ironic that the homosexual activists and sympathizers cry for ‘tolerance’ and ‘equal rights’ and understanding – while they spew vitriol and threats and hate at those who disagree with them on moral and societal grounds.”

Blankinship contends of Boone, “When someone makes their living declaring hate and intolerance, [he] has no place on a college campus that was founded as a campus that accepts diversity.”

College President Jeffrey Docking told the Blade that Boone was selected from a list of speakers forwarded by a committee, which included faculty, and that Boone has no intention of politicizing his commencement address.

But Docking also insists that colleges should not be in the business of screening out politically incorrect viewpoints.

“The original concept of a university was to create a venue in society where people with different points of view could come together to share and discuss them without fear of persecution,” Docking writes in a statement on the college’s website. “While Mr. Boone’s political views and social positions have raised healthy debate over the years, to suspend his commencement address based on arguments against his beliefs, opinions and ideology would be a form of intolerance that cannot be condoned.

“In truth,” Docking continues, “even while people can debate his position on controversial issues, his success as a musician, actor and businessman is undeniable. Mr. Boone’s professional success story is one worthy of the recognition he will receive on Commencement Day.”

Furthermore, Docking explains, Boone has graciously offered a representative of those opposing his speech an opportunity at the commencement itself to explain why he should be denied the opportunity to speak and to share his experiences with the class of 2012.

Senior Zachary Ritchie, president of the student group Adrian College Conservatives, has also come to Boone’s defense. Ritchie wondered whether the school’s faculty would be so active if politically conservative students objected to a more liberal speaker.

“Would the faculty react the same way?” Ritchie asked. “I don’t think they would.”

The Blade reports the college’s Institute of Ethics will hold a forum on April 24 from 6 to 7:15 p.m. at Downs Hall Theatre on Adrian College’s campus to discuss Mr. Boone’s selection, at the request of Docking.

Boone’s entertainment heyday was during the 1950s and early 1960s. In his long career, he has sold more than 45 million albums, had 38 Top 40 hits and appeared in more than 12 Hollywood movies.

A presentation by WND’s Jerome Corsi to a standing-room-only crowd has convinced a New Jersey lawmaker and a local sheriff that the issue of President Obama’s eligibility for office “will have to be addressed.”

“The easiest way to put this to rest is to have the records unsealed,” Morris County Sheriff Ed Rochford told the Huffington Post in an email following the April 4 event in Morristown. “Mr. Corsi made a very convincing argument that President Obama may not be a natural born citizen of the United States.”

Likewise, New Jersey Assemblyman Anthony Bucco, R-Boonton, said Corsi’s speech leaves doubts about Obama’s citizenship status. He told the website it is not his place to determine whether Obama is a citizen, and he believes “a higher authority” must resolve the issue.

“I am not in a position to say what he put up on screen is demonstrative of evidence; that is for the court of law,” Bucco said. “This issue has not resolved itself. It won’t until some higher authority is involved.”

The evening was organized by Billy Baer and Dan Haggerty, who cohost the radio program “The Baer Haggerty Offensive” on Repatriot Radio broadcast on WNJC 1360 AM in Philadelphia. Corsi told a crowd of 250 people: “The mainstream media has not given this fair treatment. But this is not going away. We really don’t know who our president is.”

Presenting research from “Where's the Birth Certificate?” and utilizing a MacBook to show documents on a screen, Corsi used Abode Illustrator software to separate the layers of the document released by the White House and zoomed in on irregularities that show the document is a “bad forgery.” In his presentation, he provided evidence of inconsistencies between Hawaii health officials’ statements that there was no long-form birth certificate and Obama’s release of the purported certificate, and discrepancies concerning the name of the hospital where Obama was said to have been born. Corsi reported that Obama may be using a fraudulent Social Security number. He explained the evidence suggests Obama’s Selective Service documentation is not genuine, and he also discussed the topic of Obama’s school transcripts – which have yet to be released.

“There were many other talking points that I can say raised ‘a red flag,’” Sheriff Rochford said after the event.

According to the report, Bucco said he wouldn’t oppose a requirement that presidential candidates provide evidence of citizenship before getting on the New Jersey ballot.

“I think everyone should be able to provide something that shows citizenship,” Bucco added.

Meanwhile, Bucco warned that the eligibility issue will not simply disappear.

“He’s sitting in the Oval Office and he’s running again,” he said. “Based on the information that this gentleman put out, it’s not going away. This will have to be answered at some time. It will have to be addressed.”

However, the video has been selectively edited--either by the Boston television station or by Buzzfeed itself. Over the course of the day, Breitbart.com will be releasing additional footage that has been hidden by Obama's allies in the mainstream media and academia.

Barack Obama's constitutional qualifications for the presidency have never been investigated by any law-enforcement agency. Until now. But that investigation by Sheriff Joe Arpaio's "Cold Case Posse" could easily be derailed for lack of financial support coupled with attacks being launched against his office by Obama's Justice Department. That's why it is imperative for every American who questions the very legality of Obama's reign and his efforts at re-election to support Arpaio's probe in a tangible way – no matter how small. Let me tell you why I think it's important and why I am personally making a donation to this cause. On the very face of it, Obama is not eligible to be president. Every action he has taken under the color of authority as president should be repealed, negated and voided. If we take him at his word and accept at face value the evidence he has provided about his birth, he is simply not a "natural born citizen," as documented in Jerome Corsi's authoritative and best-selling book, "Where's the Birth Certificate?" The man he claims as his father was a Kenyan national visiting student who would have conferred foreign citizenship upon his son. The very purpose and intent of the "natural born citizen" clause of the Constitution's requirements for the presidency was to avoid any such perceptions of divided loyalty. Worse yet, there are very grave doubts about whether his biological father was who he claims. All of Obama's biographical tales about this relationship have been called into question by the actual evidence. Then we have the problem of Obama's apparent adoption by his mother's second husband, Lolo Soetoro, an Indonesian foreign national. Obama's name was changed to Soetoro and he moved to Indonesia with his stepfather, registering for school as an Indonesian citizen. Such an adoption would have required the destruction of the original birth certificate and the issuance of a new one showing Soetoro as Obama's actual birth father. That's the way adoption law works in Hawaii and most other states. So why didn't that take place? Why was his adoption not recorded? Arpaio running again for Maricopa County sheriff

He has toyed with running for governor, publicly speculated about running for U.S. Senate and even mulled whether he had a shot at being president, but Joe Arpaio's campaign says he'll instead once again run for Maricopa County sheriff in the 2012 election.

Arpaio, 79, has come under fierce criticism this past year from state, federal and local officials who have seized on an internal report that again reminded the public of hundreds of sex-crime cases that Arpaio's detectives botched and on U.S. Justice Department findings released last month that accuse Arpaio of running an agency that encourages deputies to discriminate against Latino residents.

Those findings have led some local politicians to call for Arpaio's resignation or consider staging a recall election targeting the sheriff.

But those calls for Arpaio to step down have not translated into opponents willing to tussle with the state's most publicized politician. Only Scottsdale police Lt. Mike Staufer has stepped forward as a candidate willing to take on the five-term sheriff. Stauffer's spokesman said last week that none of the politicians making public calls for Arpaio's resignation has offered to support Stauffer.

Arpaio's campaign manager expects the sheriff to have more than $6 million in campaign funds for the race, but Arpaio will be without the help of former Chief Deputy David Hendershott. Hendershott was the architect of many of Arpaio's prior campaigns but was fired from the Sheriff's Office last year.

Beck’s GOP Ticket Prediction… “That’s the way the machine works”

Herman Cain, Rick Perry, Michele Bachmann … you can all go home now. The Republican "machine" has settled on former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney as the 2012 GOP nominee and Florida Sen. Marco Rubio as the vice-presidential candidate, according to popular commentator Glenn Beck.

Beck yesterday told his GBTV audience that while he's not crazy about the prospect, that's what it is.

"I hate the Republicans just as much as I hate the Democrats," he said on yesterday's program. "I haven't found anybody I can vote for yet. … It's going to be Mitt Romney and Rubio. You watch. It will be. That's the way the machine works."

The comments came in the middle of a program about the nationwide "Occupy" protests and how they're being pushed, promoted and programmed by leftists.

Beck recalled how the movement even has been supported by President Obama, whose left-leaning ideas such as the nationalization of healthcare decision-making and  "spreading the wealth" have been in evidence.

Beck cited Obama's comment on the "Occupy" protesters: "I understand the frustrations that are being expressed in those protests in some ways. They're not that different from some of the protests that we saw coming from the tea party."

However, when the tea party was gaining momentum, Obama said, "I've been a little amused over the last couple of days with people having these rallies about taxes, taxes. You would think they would be saying thank you."

Beck's comments can be viewed by paid subscribers to his GBTV network.

He made similar comments a few weeks earlier at Glennbeck.com.

"Rick Perry may be surging in the polls of Republican primary voters, but his party insiders aren't convinced he'll be the best general election candidate," Beck said. "More than two-thirds of Republican insiders say Mitt Romney has a better chance that Perry of defeating President Obama."

Even last summer, according to Politico, Beck was expressing displeasure with the GOP.

He said assumptions that he is a Republican are not true.

"I hate them. I think they are as much of a problem as the other side," he told Politico "If you speak out in today's world, you're either a Republican or Democrat. How about just being real?"

A year ago, however, Beck gently was directing people to Mitt Romney.

"I have to tell you that Mitt Romney could be the only guy that could win, and I don't know if he could because I think that Americans are going to be, I mean, this country is going to be in deep trouble by 2012, and the next term, if it's not decided this term, the next term will decide our fate. Then I hope that Americans are ready for an adult and are ready for hard news," he was quoted saying.

Rubio has stated he is not willing to accept the VP nomination for 2012 because he's been in the U.S. Senate only a year and believes he has work to finish there.

Many will agree with Beck’s prediction as well as his dislike and unwillingness to support anyone running ‘yet’.  But most of us realize that the biggest goal in this upcoming is replacing Barack Obama and saving our country and no matter who gets the GOP nod in the end; they must be supported and voted for.  In this election a 3^rd party candidate would ensure Obama being re-elected and not voting or write-ins will do the same!!

Then as for Rubio, as much as I like Rubio (and Jindal), Rubio should not be eligible for V.P. or President (and neither is Jindal) because his parents at the time of his birth were not NOT U.S. Citizens.  Rubio is not a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN... He is a native born citizen, but the two are different.  According to Vittal's Law of Nations: The Law of Nations (Natural Law Cloth) on which our Constitution is based, no one can be president unless BOTH of their parents are U.S. Citizens.  That was reiterated in the McCain Eligibility Resolution that Obama voted on but whose provisions he does not meet. One might question the NATURAL BORN CITIZENSHIP provision just like people are questioning the Electoral College system over the popular vote.  Both were put there for very specific reasons to prevent a Manchurian-type of candidate to get into that office and then to keep them from manipulating the system to remain

A U.S. President, from what I have read, must be Natural Born Citizen.  Obama is NOT a Natural Born citizen because his father was not a U.S. Citizen.  And it is believed by many that because the GOP has had their on eyes on Rubio and Jindal, they have chosen to ignore the Obama situation, but this is a huge mistake because it sets precedent. 

Both Rubio and Jindal said in separate interviews this week that the would not accept the V.P. call.  Perhaps they have more sense, knowledge and belief in the law than the leaders of both parties and the beltway politicians.

ACORN Subpoenaed By America's Toughest Sheriff: Federal Funds Allegedly Used For Political Attack as White House Site is Sending People to

Sheriff Joe Phoenix, Arizona -- Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio issued subpoenas against the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) late Thursday in relation to a civil rights lawsuit that Arpaio believes ACORN helped instigate against him.

For months, Arpaio and ACORN have been at odds over immigration enforcement conducted by the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) under 287(g) agreements with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Earlier this year, ACORN CEO Bertha Lewis demanded that Arpaio step down. Then in June, she and Reverand Al Sharpton traveled to Phoenix to protest against Arapio.

Regarding that visit to Phoenix, Arpaio says, "With all the recent revelations about ACORN, it wouldn’t surprise me that they paid for Sharpton’s visit and are funding the protesters outside my office, and I’ll bet they are funding this frivolous lawsuit."

Arpaio believes that ACORN is partly responsible for a federal civil rights lawsuit (Melendres v. Arpaio) filed against him by Somos America and five individuals who allege that Arpaio targeted them because of their ethnicity. The lawsuit also alleges that the Maricopa County Sheriff's Department (MCSO) engages in a pattern of racial profiling when conducting "neighborhood crime suppression sweeps" in Hispanic neighborhoods.

"I believe the organization used state and federal funds meant to help poor people to conduct a campaign against me and my officers,"said Arpaio. "These records will show, I believe, that ACORN is in bed with the anti-immigration enforcement organizations which continue to demonstrate in front of my office trying to thwart my officers from enforcing state and federal law."

When I spoke with Sandschafer late Thursday, ACORN had not yet seen the subpoena even though MCSO said it had been served. We learned why later: The subpoena meant for the Arizona ACORN office has not been served yet, and the subpoena meant for ACORN's headquarters was served on an organization in Washington, DC whose office happens to be located in the same building as ACORN's local Washington, DC office. Indeed, the MCSO press release says the subpoena meant for ACORN's headquarters was served by Arpaio's co-counsel in Washington, DC. The organization who received the subpoena promptly gave it to the ACORN office, but ACORN's headquarters is not in Washington, DC. ACORN is headquartered in Louisiana.

After obtaining a copy of the subpoena, Sandschafer noted, "The subpoena does not seek any of the information Arpaio listed in his press release, which focused on funding."

According to Sandschafer, instead of requesting financial records, the subpoena requests "any and all correspondence" related to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Department and racial profiling that occurred between ACORN and third parties, including the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), and the office of Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon. The subpoena goes as far as naming specific employees of the ACLU.

"This is just another one of Arpaio's quasi-legal 'fishing expeditions'," says Sandschafer

Arpaio told local reporters Thursday evening, "I have a sneaking suspicion that ACORN is using federal taxpayer dollars to pursue their own agenda because they don't like me."

Sandschafer proudly confirmed, "Arizona ACORN has been a leader in the campaign to end the racial profiling, civil rights abuses and harassment and intimidation being perpetrated on our Latino communities every day at the hands of Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his deputies in Maricopa County. In part, as a result of our work, Sheriff Arpaio is now under investigation by the US Justice Department."

Sandschafter said although her group is proud of their opposition to racial profiling policies, they are not affiliated with the civil rights lawsuit against Arpaio.

Arpaio says that after he reviews the records obtained from the subpoenas, he will make a decision regarding who, if anyone, at ACORN should be deposed.

These subpoenas come at the end of a difficult week for ACORN, when secretly filmed videos were released to the press showing ACORN employees advising a couple posing as a pimp and prostitute. Arpaio commented on the controversy, saying, "Apparently, ACORN’s scorn is not only for immigration laws. It seems to have little regard for several other areas of the law given what the video cameras have recorded in the last few weeks. I assume ACORN will have its hands full cleaning up this mess and less time to travel to Maricopa County."

ACORN was founded in 1970 (by the liberal Rathke Brothers) to organize primarily in low-income areas, and the organization currently has nearly half a million members.

It is a major victory for America to have ACORN defunded and investigated. Remember, President Obama promised ACORN and SEIU a seat at the table if he was elected and they have had one.
