Thursday, as many Americans prepared for a three day Easter weekend, Obama signed an Executive Order that can alter the course of all future elections.

In it, he established the Presidential Commission of Election Administration.  The 9 members are appointed by the President.  Their mission includes:

• establishing the number, location, management, operation and design of polling places
• the training and recruitment of poll workers
• accessibility for overseas and uniformed voters
• voting machine technology
• management of Provisional ballots
• management of Absentee ballots

Consider this:  Most of Obama's power-grabs were initiated via Federal Agencies.  A strong incoming president could unravel much of his work.  If BHO controls the election process, there is little left for the future but totalitarianism.

Most Americans do not know about the order or what it means.  Please:

1. Contact everyone you know and let them see what the WH is up to.  You don't have to talk about politics, just that this is a bad overreach of authority for any president, regardless of political party.

YES, EXECUTIVE ORDERS CAN BE STOPPED!!!

We were able to force  Bill Clinton to suspend, then replace EO 13083, an order that  attempted to grab states' rights by re-defining Federalism.

Here is how it was done.

The House and Senate can pass a bill overriding the EO and then have a 2/3 majority to override the president's veto. Obviously, this is not likely today, But, it can work if public opinion is also overwhelmingly against the president.

We can garner public opinion by pointing out that once the Executive branch assumes control of the election process, any incoming president can then use his powers to alter any election.  The public does not want presidents with that kind of power.

Stopping the EO:

Like Obama's pre-holiday release, Clinton signed his EO while  in Birmingham, England.  The low profile attempt worked since most Americans and even congress knew little of his move.  But, representatives Ron Paul (TX) and Bob Barr (GA) sponsored counter legislation bringing the EO to the public's attention.

At the same time, Big Seven” organizations of state and local governments: the National Governors Association, National Conference of State Legislatures, the Council of State Governments, the U.S. Conference of Mayors, the National League of Cities, the National Association of Counties and the International City/County Management Association joined forces and sent a letter to Clinton demanding he rescind EO 13083. (We must notify these groups!!!)

Several media picked up on Pauls' bill and the state actions and the story began to spread.

In 1998-99, there were marches across the country over 13083.  We need to notify every media outlet and every neighbor of Obama's order. Clinton eventually backed off of his EO.

Another avenue to repeal is for Congress to deny the funds necessary to fund the EO.  My guess is Obama has ample money he can shuffle from other agencies to fund whatever this without Congress.

They slid another in ... Executive Order that is.  This one establishes a "Presidential Commission of Election Administration" of not more than 9 members,
appointed by "the President" of course. Under the guise of improving the voting process, what better way to take complete control of the process.
Note the words that I've italicized and emboldened to see the obvious tools necessary to control the outcome and to cover up past corruption of elections. 
So how does Barack Hussein remain in power ?  Perhaps one path will be more clear as you read below.

ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION ON ELECTION ADMINISTRATION

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, and in order to promote the efficient administration of Federal elections and to improve the experience of all voters, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1. Establishment. There is established the Presidential Commission on Election Administration (Commission).

Sec. 2. Membership. (a) The Commission shall be composed of not more than nine members appointed by the President. The members shall be drawn from among distinguished individuals with knowledge about or experience in the administration of State or local elections, as well as representatives of successful customer service-oriented businesses, and any other individuals with knowledge or experience determined by the President to be of value to the Commission.

(b) The President shall designate two members of the Commission to serve as Co-Chairs.

Sec. 3. Mission. (a) The Commission shall identify best practices and otherwise make recommendations to promote the efficient administration of elections in order to ensure that all eligible voters have the opportunity to cast their ballots without undue delay, and to improve the experience of voters facing other obstacles in casting their ballots, such as members of the military, overseas voters, voters with disabilities, and voters with limited English proficiency.

In doing so, the Commission shall consider as appropriate:

(i) the number, location, management, operation, and design of polling places;

(ii) the training, recruitment, and number of poll workers;

(iii) voting accessibility for uniformed and overseas voters;

(iv) the efficient management of voter rolls and poll books;

(v) voting machine capacity and technology;

(vi) ballot simplicity and voter education;

(vii) voting accessibility for individuals with disabilities, limited English proficiency, and other special needs;

(viii) management of issuing and processing provisional ballots in the polling place on Election Day;

(ix) the issues presented by the administration of absentee ballot programs;

(x) the adequacy of contingency plans for natural disasters and other emergencies that may disrupt elections; and

(xi) other issues related to the efficient administration of elections that the Co-Chairs agree are necessary and appropriate to the Commission's work.

(b) The Commission shall be advisory in nature and shall submit a final report to the President within 6 months of the date of the Commission's first public meeting.

Sec. 4. Administration. (a) The Commission shall hold public meetings and engage with Federal, State, and local officials, technical advisors, and nongovernmental organizations, as necessary to carry out its mission.

(b) In carrying out its mission, the Commission shall be informed by, and shall strive to avoid duplicating, the efforts of other governmental entities.

(c) The Commission shall have a staff, which shall provide support for the functions of the Commission.

Sec. 5. Termination. The Commission shall terminate 30 days after it presents its final report to the President.

Sec. 6. General Provisions. (a) To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the availability of appropriations, the General Services Administration shall provide the Commission with such administrative services, funds, facilities, staff, equipment, and other support services as may be necessary to carry out its mission on a reimbursable basis.

(b) Insofar as the Federal Advisory Committee Act, as amended (5 U.S.C. App.) (the "Act"), may apply to the Commission, any functions of the President under that Act, except for those in section 6 of the Act, shall be performed by the Administrator of General Services.

(c) Members of the Commission shall serve without any additional compensation for their work on the Commission, but shall be allowed travel expenses, including per diem in lieu of subsistence, to the extent permitted by law for persons serving intermittently in the Government service (5 U.S.C. 5701-5707).

(d) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:

(i) the authority granted by law to a department, agency, or the head thereof; or

(ii) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.

(e) This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

I read an eerie piece the other day on American Gulag entitled The Time for Taking a Stand is Coming and I wrote a piece entitled AMERICA’S FUTURE… WHERE DO WE GO NOW… HOW TO WIN THE BATTLE… AND WHAT WE ARE FIGHTING. The thought that the time for taking a stand is coming is the wrong perspective. The time to start taking that stand is now.  The average American is peace loving and easy going and the average conservative/Republican is not naturally confrontational or trained to resort to the Alinsky type methods, outlined in Rules for Radicals  that the left lives by and uses to win.  But we have allowed the Progressive left to steal our country, alter the meaning and intentions of our Constitution, as well as our beliefs and traditions and most recently to steal the 2012 Election because we believe in playing by the rules and allow ourselves to be teetering off the edge before we really take a stand.  The rest of the world is laughing at us or crying for us because they know our fall affects them.  But the average person in Canada, Europe and down under, and probably most of the rest of the world, is shaking their heads at our complacent attitude as we are being lead like sheep to the slaughter… or is that ‘sheeple’ as Russia's news paper Pravda (Previously the Official Press of the USSR) dubbed us after Obama’s first election? “The proud American will go down into his slavery with out a fight, beating his chest and proclaiming to the world, how free he really is. The world will only snicker”, they wrote in 2009.

It is becoming so evident that the election fraud perpetrated by the left, Team Obama, may have been enough to steal the election and that is just not acceptable.  We send people like former President Jimmy Carter and many others to monitor elections all over the world.  We made the Iraqis dip their fingers in ink to spot people from voting multiple times, yet we have allowed Eric Holder and Team Obama to fight voter ID Laws all over the United States.

This plan below might not have been exactly what our Founding Fathers envisioned for the provision of the Electoral College, sending an election to the House to be settled if needed.  Or perhaps it is exactly what they envisioned… a loophole if we were smart enough to figure it out and stand up if we needed it?!?  And the time to stand up is now. If election 2012 was stolen due to voter fraud, which seems more and more evident, there should be a new one or it should go to the House to be settled.

I have been sent several interesting articles and pieces of information lately including: The Marxist Plan to Bankrupt the United States: Is History Repeating Itself? and SOROS REMAKES AMERICA INTO NARCO NATION.  The Plans and the people involved in what is going on behind the scenes in American politics are much bigger than Barack Obama and the Election of 2012, but winning that election at any cost was a lynch pin for them!  But stealing an election is not winning and allowing it to stand is not what our Founding Fathers would have envisioned.

The fact is that the media manipulation of the facts and coverage of both candidates as well as events like Benghazigate and the jobless numbers was extensive and far-reaching in our dumbed down culture and voter fraud in 2012 was massive, rampant and intentional. So thinking we can fix things in 4 more years could very well be a pipe dream.  It is time for Americans to stand up and use the methods of the left to fight back… Alinsky style creativity!

It is time that conservatives and patriots of all stripes understand this, read Rules for Radicals and study both Saul Alinsky’s methods and the Cloward and Piven Method and then fight back using the same strategies or counter measures that work, like: Rules for Radicals Defeated, Countering Rules for Radicals, Rules for Conservatives and Rules for Radical Conservatives: Beating the Left at Its Own Game to Take Back America.  And it is time we make the stands whether we win or not and whether the method is a bit blurred, after all we have been allowing from the left for a long time.

Let us remember that the patriots who fought the British and gave us this one of a kind country and the opportunity to be part of the great American Experiment(Can man rule himself?) did so by not following the rules. The Brits fought in formation, using their rules of war under which they the had the ability, weaponry and experience to beat , us and should have won.  We, the colonists, had a rag tag army and far too few resources or men.  But we won because we broke the rules and were creative; we fought as a militia, doing what was needed to win from the Boston Tea Party to the small bands of men without uniforms and sometimes evens shoes who hid in and jumped out of trees, because everything was on the line.  That is where we are today, but we are not fighting as if everything was on the line.  Most Americans are still not even paying attention?!?

How We Can (Still) Stop Obama and Change the Outcome of the Election!!

The vast majority of the public and the press have proclaimed the 2012 Presidential election over and Barack Obama the President-elect. However, as Lee Corso, the college football analyst on ESPN’s Game Day broadcasts is so fond of saying:

“Not so fast my friend!!”

We have only taken the first step in the actual election process constitutionally mandated to select our next President. The two steps that follow, I believe, will determine the future course of this nation and, perhaps, the very survival of the Constitutional principles on which it was founded.

On November 6^th,we voted to establish the actual slates of Electors that are to be entrusted with the responsibility of electing

the next President. The next step is for those Electors to gather in the various state capitals on December 17^th to cast their ballots. Those ballots are then tallied in the states and forwarded to the President of the Senate and to the National Archivist for confirmation of the final tally by both Houses of the Congress on January 7^th.

There are three classes of Electors so charged. Of the total of 538, the breakdown is as follows:

1. Those designated by popular vote on Democrat slates (332)
2. Those designated by popular vote on “dedicated” Republican slates (72)
3. Those designated by popular vote on “unfettered” Republican slates (134)

Each of these Electors assumes a sacred trust to cast his or her ballot only for a candidate constitutionally eligible to actually hold the office of President and Commander in Chief under Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution.

The key to correcting the current process will be the success of our call to action to the 134 Electors in the third group coming from the 13 states listed below. As of the year 2000, Electors from those states were deemed “unfettered” (meaning that, by law, they are allowed to cast their ballots for whomever they choose.) There is precedent for this in that nine times previously, Electors have cast their ballots independently of the popular vote. Theoretically and practically then, each of these 134 hold the potential to cast their ballots for Mr. Obama and

are therefore entitled to be assured of the constitutional eligibility of his candidacy.

Why is this important? Because through that process, all 134 Republican Electors must be deemed to have “Standing” to demand certifiable evidence of Mr. Obama’s qualifications, as specified under Article 2 of the Constitution, to be deemed a “Natural Born Citizen.“

As we know, Mr. Obama fails to attain to that standard by virtue of his own admission that his birth father was a British Subject.

We the People need now to produce a flood of mail to alert each of these 134 Republican Electors that they have the “Standing” and the responsibility to demand that this question be resolved so that they can make an informed decision before they cast their ballots.

These Electors need to immediately notify their respective Governor and Secretary of State that they require this information prior to December 17^th or that they will not be able to properly discharge their Constitutional responsibility.

The following are the “unfettered” states carried by Republican Electors who are not required by law or by pledge to cast ballots for the Republican candidate:

Arizona, North Dakota

Arkansas, South Dakota

Georgia, Tennessee

Indiana, Texas

Kansas, Utah

Louisiana, West Virginia

Missouri

To accomplish this goal of personally notifying all of them, it is suggested that each of us contact the Electors in our home state and at least one other state. The individual Electors’ mail addresses are available through their respective Secretaries of States’ offices.

Once the Electoral College process is impacted by these requirements, it is likely that the courts will be required to hear the full evidence (or, more realistically, the lack thereof) concerning Mr. Obama’s eligibility. The likely outcome of his failing to qualify will throw the election into the House of Representatives, where each state delegation is given one vote.

At the present time, majorities in those delegations are held by Republicans in 32 states and by Democrats in 17 states. Minnesota is a toss-up. Therefore, the likely result of such a vote in the House will be that a Republican will be declared President.

Finally, as a backstop against the possibility that Mr. Obama’s candidacy somehow survives an Electoral College challenge, there are two more critical steps for us to take at this time:

1. Concurrently with our mail campaign to the Electoral College, it is important that we also contact all Republican Representatives and Senators to inform them that we are counting on them to “object” if and/or when the President of the Senate calls for confirmation of an Electoral College “tally” designating Barack Obama as President-elect. If as few as one Representative and one Senator stand to request certification of the candidate’s eligibility, the whole process must stop until a full and final determination is made.

2. Also, the 332 Electors representing the states carried by Democrats need to be put on notice that they will be failing to uphold their Constitutional responsibility if they vote for an ineligible and therefore unqualified candidate. There has already been a case filed in New York State (Strunk) asserting that possibility.

The only way for us not to win this fight is for good people to lose courage. Let’s lock arms, pray, and go to work to revive the Constitutional standards for which so many of our forefathers have fought and died. The wisdom of the founding document that has prospered and strengthened this nation will once again sustain us if we will take action and hold fast to its terms.

It’s Official: Obama Voter Fraud Reason for “Reelection”/growing Totalitarian Gove… Why the GOP Will Not Challenge Vote Fraud… Can This Be?

CFP: The truth about the Obama syndicate’s “victory” in November due to the most massive voter fraud in American history has become increasingly dire and overwhelming. It is also merely the latest treasonous act perpetrated upon We-the-People by our slave masters.

And—with the exception of the still-sycophantic Obama-media who enthusiastically embrace totalitarianism—said “win” by Obama shows how quickly he and the Marxist Democrat Party (with the help of willing RINO Senators and incorrectly named “representatives” of the people) affected the complete overthrow of the United States government…and We-the-People. If you are uncomfortable with these truths and believe that the telling of them constitutes defeatism, I suggest you stop reading now. My message will not get any rosier.

For those of you still reading, let’s jump in without further ado—or adieu as it were—shall we?

Facts already in Place-

• First and foremost, Obama lost in each and every US State where voter ID laws were in place (Georgia, Indiana, Kansas and Tennessee)
• Massive Obama voter fraud occurred in multiple States—especially the “swing states”
• In 59 Philadelphia precincts, Mitt Romney received no votes and Obama received 100% of the votes. This fact, alone, should have raised red flags and set off all manner of bells, whistles and sirens. But, the Republican Establishment (aka Marxist-lite) has remained silent
• In Florida, St. Lucie County and other counties experienced unprecedented voter fraud, with St. Lucie reporting in at a141% turnout—which is impossible
• In Ohio, Obama “won” a county by 108% of registered voters—another impossibility, of course, except with well-planned and implemented election fraud
• The military vote was almost totally suppressed in the November elections
• People were openly reported to have voted twice—or more
• Republican poll watchers in multiple states were either turned away and not allowed to enter the precincts or thrown out once they had done so
• Voters in multiple voting booths across the country reported their votes for Romney were automatically changed to Obama (video below)
• Votes for Romney/Ryan were either changed to Obama./Biden by poll workers or thrown out entirely
• Democrats bussed non-US citizen voters, many of whom could not speak English, from state to state to vote for Obama
• The RNLA reported “election fraud occurred in Flushing [NY] when a Korean-American translator helping voters at PS 20 was caught directing them to vote for Democratic candidates. A volunteer poll watcher confirmed the incident” and in North Carolina

“The father of a mentally handicapped woman claims his daughter and others were “carted off” to a North Carolina polling site last week and “coaxed” into voting for President Obama by workers of the group home where she stays Judson Berger, Group home accused of taking patients to vote for Obama, Fox News, Nov. 5, 2012” and in Massachusetts “FOX Undercover found out something else about Santiago-Vazquez. He’s been registered to vote from his home address in Lawrence since 2010. Our investigation shows he’s not the only registered voter in Lawrence who is not a citizen. By cross-checking Lawrence voter records with criminal records that included records indicating lack of citizenship, we found three others: * Bruno Paulino is a legal resident detained by immigration authorities earlier this year, has been a registered Lawrence voter since 2009; * Jose Jimenez, a legal resident who faces “potential deportation to the Dominican Republic”, according to federal court records, has been a registered Republican in Lawrence since 2010; * and Marcos Acosta, picked up during a recent immigration sweep, has been a registered voter in Lawrence since 2008.” Non-citizens registered to vote in Lawrence but officials shrug, Fox Boston, Nov. 5, 2012.

There are hundreds and thousands of the above reports on the Net, many of which can be viewed in my source material below. The central and grave problem we now face is that with the “new-normal” massive election fraud either being ignored (accepted) or discounted by the two major political parties we have, indeed, lost our Republic. Bear in mind that without our founding legal document—the US Constitution—being protected, observed and followed to the letter by our political and judicial leaders the Republic is moot. And the majority of our political leaders have not followed the US Constitution for decades. If they had, said “leaders” would not have been able to affect the unconscionable theft of the fruits of our labors which they have unethically and with abject turpitude ‘redistributed’ into their own pockets and they would certainly not have been able to strip us of our liberties one-by-one; so that we are now left with none. However, it was our own lack of attention to what they were actually doing and our own inaction in stopping them that—in great measure—allowed these atrocities to occur.

Before the last stage of our options is forced into implementation, there may be a couple of things we can do to stop the complete destruction and chaotic onslaught by our once-fellow citizen leaders. The first is to file a treason complaint against Obama and see if you can find a grand jury in your state that will agree to pursue it. We only need one, at this juncture. Multiple treason complaints have already been filed by LCDR Walter Fitzpatrick III and have been accepted by the courts as “meritorious.” The second is to get to the electors in each of your/our home states and beg them, in light of the unprecedented November voter fraud, not to cast their vote for Obama until a recount is affected. Military Absentee Ballots Delivered One Day Late, Would Have Swung Election For Romney

WASHINGTON, DC – Sources confirmed today that hundreds of thousands of military absentee ballots were delivered hours after the deadline for them to be counted, with preliminary counts showing that they would have overturned the vote in several states and brought a victory for Governor Mitt Romney.

Officials say the ballots were delivered late due to problems within the military mail system. Tracking invoices show the ballots sat in a warehouse for a month, then they were accidentally labeled as ammunition and shipped to Afghanistan. At Camp Dwyer, Marine Sergeant John Davis signed for them and was surprised at the contents.

“I told Gunny we got a bunch of ballots instead of ammo,” Davis told investigators earlier today. “He told me to file a report of improper delivery and that the chain of command would take care of it. We didn’t hear anything for three weeks. While we were waiting we came under fire so we dumped a bunch of them in the Hescoes. We didn’t dig those ones back out.”

After military officials realized the initial error, the ballots were then sent back to the U.S. but suffered a series of setbacks.

Twelve boxes of ballots were dropped overboard during delivery to the USS Kearsarge (LHD-3) in the Persian Gulf, then while the ship sailed to Bahrain, postal clerks allegedly pocketed whatever ballots they wanted.

The remaining absentee ballots were loaded onto a C-130, but the flight was delayed until November 1st so the crew could get tax free pay for the month. Once the ballots arrived stateside they were promptly mailed to each state’s counting facility, reaching their final destination on November 7th.

“It’s a shame,” Rear Admiral John Dawes said when asked for comment. “I expected a delay so I ordered that everyone cast their votes eight months ago. It’s really unfortunate that our mail system failed us and directly affected the course of history.”

Upon hearing the news, angry Republicans have begun a demand for a recount, but most military absentee voters have shrugged off the news, with many wondering whether the care packages their families sent six months ago were ever going to show up.

Although the Duffel Bag is a satirical site, there have been reports that our military personnel were not able to vote because of lack of voting stations, and there are all to often missing ballots. Often when pieces like this are written, they are based on some truth and suspicions; a subtle way of saying look into this without giving up sources or being marked as a whistleblower. Most jokes and humor hit a nerve because there is at least a hint of underlying truth involved.

The reports of voter fraud within the U.S. through voting machine settings, intimidation at the polls, lack of supervision at the polling stations and as votes were counted, discrepancies between the exit polls and the election totals and double voting as well as the voting of dead people and dogs, cartoon characters etc. where no ID’s were required is growing daily.

Stand-up America, demand that their votes be counted if they haven’t!! And if there are military ballots missing, they should be allowed to vote again! And demand recounts within the U.S. if outcomes are questionable. Remember Al Franken… (missing votes, stolen votes, questionable vote count process. It later turned out that he had not won, but we let him stay in office.) The 2012 Presidential election (or any downline races) should not be certified until all is done to guarantee that all the votes were counted and counted correctly and that all the voting was fair and accurate!

The Reality of 2012 Voter Turnout: The White Voter

Battleground Watch:

The largest divergence among conservative and liberal polling critics this election is the debate over who will actually show up at the voting booth this November. Differences between the amounts of Democrats versus Republicans included in the poll are frequent. But embedded in each of these assumptions are questions on the racial make-up and how that varies from election to election. Democrats consistently talk about the “coalition of the ascendant” where the fastest growing segments of the population are minorities. As such they make up an ever-increasing segment of the voting population but also vote overwhelmingly in favor of Democrats. With a shrinking white population and a growing minority population Democrats argue demography as destiny and count on political majorities for the coming generation. That may be true if everything in life moves in a straight line (it doesn’t) but is that true today?

This is the bone of contention between the competing Presidential campaigns and critics of today’s polls. Democrats want to argue the steep increase in minority percentage of the voting electorate from 2008 election was a fundamental shift in the electorate whereas Republicans want to argue the steep increases were a one-off bounce. Both agree on the general direction of the trend. Neither agree how severe that trend will be in 2012. This disagreement is the basis for Democrat over-confidence and lopsided polling today in an election where the two candidates are most likely within 1-2% of one another.

What’s missing in all this analysis is who did not show up in the 2008 election: White voters. Looking back at those results, every voter turnout rate by race (relative to eligible population) was up versus 2004 except the white vote according to Pew Research (April 30, 2009). Blacks were up +4.9%, Hispanics were up +2.7%, Asians were up +2.4%. But the percentage of White voters who showed up at the polls relative to who was eligible dropped -1.1% (Census Bureau, Current Population Survey, May 2010). This has nothing to do with minorities making up more or less of the electorate. This is simply saying from 2004 to 2008 White voter registration (which actually dropped 104k) and actual turnout of White voters (which increased 500k) did not keep up with voting age White population increases.

Within this drop of White voter turnout, over 3x as many men as women comprised those voters staying home in the election. This happened for any number of reasons ranging from a disinterested national party to a disorganized Presidential campaign to a demoralized voting block–all are true. But the bottom line is one of the advantages Barack Obama enjoyed in 2008 was that a meaningful percentage of white voters simply stayed home in 2008. Side note: for anyone who wants to pin the depressed turnout on racism, wouldn’t the opposite have occurred in 2008 if racism really were a motivating factor in the white turnout?

Where this trips up the Obama campaign.

In 2008 Democrats achieved incredible levels of voter registration and turnout of this “coalition of the ascendent” such that Blacks, Hispanics and Asians made up 24% of the voting electorate — all historic highs. Bolstering the appearance of Democrat advantage are countless media stories reporting on Mitt Romney’s struggle appealing to minority groups. Little attention is paid to Barack Obama’s (and Democrat candidates before him) difficulty appealing to White voters who made up 74% of the electorate. Such historic minority levels for the composition of the electorate are predicated on a demoralized and ineligible (meaning unregistered) white population much like in 2008, as demonstrated above.

If John McCain achieved a white voter turnout rate equal to George Bush in 2004, that would have meant 1.7 million more White votes. While all of these votes would not have gone to McCain (nor were they all in battleground states), a super-majority of these voters likely would have voted Republican considering the make-up of the missing voter (white male — Obama’s worst demographic) and the motivated nature of the Obama voter in 2008 (i.e. if they were Obama supporters, only a scant few percent would have stayed home). Those missing votes would have been more than enough to flip the results in any of North Carolina (14k), Indiana (28.5k,), Nevada (121k), Iowa (146k), Colorado (195k), Virginia (234k), Florida (237k) or Ohio (260k) where Obama’s victory margin (in parentheses) is based on a 43% vote share of a decreased turnout.

Today Barack Obama receives approximately 40% of the White vote in polls but often dips below this level especially when polls fail to massively over-sample Democrats. The President is also facing an increasingly enthusiastic bloc of White voters motivated to vote against him (this shows up in every survey) based on his poor record in office. Additionally, Republicans have aggressively targeted the above mentioned states with voter registration efforts reversing or seriously muting the registration advantage Obama enjoyed in 2008. Net gains for Republicans voter registrations in Nevada (53k), Iowa (140k), Colorado (91k) and Florida (240k) all speak to a very different and Republican electorate in those states. On top of registration, voter contacts from the Romney campaign surpassed 26 million eligible voters across the battleground states to date. This is as much as 10-15x as much as the McCain 2008 campaign. This does not dismiss the aggressive and active Obama re-election effort but it simply points out that compared to 2008 he is no longer battling an unarmed opponent.

All of this is to say when David Axelrod or similar Obama campaign talking heads argue aggressively for polls with a racial composition at meaningfully greater minority levels than the 2008 historic turnout, there is another side of that coin and it works heavily against the turnout models of both the Obama campaign and of the vast majority of polls being published today.

An internationally-headquartered company, SCYTL, is now taking over online U.S. voting systems.

The company has previously faced questions about the security of its electronic voting technologies, which are now set to be deployed in 900 U.S. jurisdictions.

The firm already provides balloting for overseas U.S. military and civilian voting in nine states plus elections technologies in several districts.

Concerns have also been raised about SCYTL’s ties to the Spanish government and to international venture capital firms.

The Drudge Report previously ran a feature entitled, “Foreign company buys U.S. election results reporting firm.” The article documented that SCYTL, based in Barcelona, acquired 100% of SOE Software, the leading software provider of election management solutions in the United States.

The official press release announcing the acquisition noted that SCYTL is a portfolio company of leading international venture capital funds Nauta Capital, Balderton Capital and Spinnaker.

National security concerns

With the purchase of SOE Software, meanwhile, SCYTL has increased its involvement in the U.S. elections process. SOE Software boasts a strong U.S. presence, providing results in over 900 jurisdictions.

In 2009, SCYTL formally registered with the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (AEC) as the first Internet voting manufacturer in the U.S. under the EAC Voting System Testing and Certification Program.

Also that year, SCYTL entered into an agreement with another firm, Hart InterCivic, to jointly market a flexible and secure electronic pollbook purportedly to allow U.S. election officials and poll-workers to easily manage the electoral roll on Election Day in an efficient and convenient manner.

SCYTL’s ePollBookTM already replaced the paper precinct roster in Washington, DC.

During the midterm elections in November 2010, SCYTL successfully carried out electoral modernization projects in 14 States. The company boasted that a “great variety” of SCYTL’s technologies were involved in these projects, including an online platform for the delivery of blank ballots to overseas voters, an Internet voting platform and e-pollbook software to manage the electoral roll at the polling stations.

The states that used SCYTL’s technologies during the Midterms were New York, Texas, Washington, California, Florida, Alabama, Missouri, Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Nebraska, West Virginia and Washington DC.

Just prior to the midterm’s however, the new electronic voting system in Washington, DC was hacked.

As a program security trial, the D.C. Board of Elections & Ethics reportedly encouraged outside parties to hack and find flaws in its new online balloting system. A group of University of Michigan students then hacked into the site and commanded it to play the University of Michigan fight song upon casting a vote.

This is not the first time SCYTL’S systems have been called into question

Voter Action, an advocacy group that seeks elections integrity in the U.S., sent a lengthy complaint to the U.S. Election Assistance Commission in April 2010 charging the integration of SCYTL systems “raises national security concerns.”

“Foreign governments may also seek to undermine the national security interests of the United States, either directly or through other organizations,” Voter Action charged.

The document notes that SCYTL was founded in 2001 as a spin-off from a research group at the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona, which was partially funded by the Spanish government’s Ministry of Science and Technology.

SCYTL’s headquarters are in Barcelona with offices in Washington, D.C., Singapore, Bratislava and Athens.

The company provides voter services worldwide, including in France, Norway, Spain, India, the United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Britain, Mexico, Switzerland, Philippines and Finland.

Project Vote noted that in 2008, the Florida Department of State commissioned a review of SCYTL’s remote voting software and concluded, in part, that:

. The system is vulnerable to attack from insiders.

· In a worst case scenario, the software could lead to (1) voters being unable to cast votes; (2) an election that does not accurately reflect the will of the voters; and (3) possible disclosure of confidential information, such as the votes cast by individual voters.

· The system may be subject to attacks that could compromise the integrity of the votes cast.

Dead People Receive Ballots in New Hampshire Primary

On January 10th, Project Veritas reporters walked into New Hampshire Polling Locations during the Presidential Primaries, saying dead people's names. We stated the name of a dead person we got from the NH obituaries. The names of the deceased were both Registered Republican and Democrats And in almost every case, saying a dead person's name, we were handed a ballot to cast a vote. We used no misrepresentation and no false pretenses. in fact, in almost every case, we insisted we show ID and they insisted that we vote without showing ID.

(Daily Caller) MANCHESTER, N.H. — Video footage provided exclusively to The Daily Caller shows election workers in New Hampshire giving out ballots in the names of dead voters at multiple voting precincts during the state’s primary election on Tuesday.

The bombshell video is the work of conservative filmmaker James O’Keefe and his organization, Project Veritas.

Voters in the Granite State are not required to present identification to vote. O’Keefe’s investigators were able to obtain ballots under the names of dead voters at polling locations Tuesday by simply asking for them, he said.

“Live free or die,” an election worker told one of the investigators in the video. “This is New Hampshire. No ID needed.”

In an interview with TheDC on Wednesday, O’Keefe said the exposé shows how voter fraud can be easier to perpetrate when identification isn’t required.

“There is fraud going on and our goal is to visualize it for people,” he said.

O’Keefe said he eventually plans to post full, unedited videos of the encounters. “It shows the integrity of the elections process is severely comprised,” the filmmaker said.

He said no laws were broken during the investigation and that his team members never claimed to be the dead people whose ballots they were trying to obtain. Instead, they carefully worded the way they asked for ballots, phrasing it like: “Do you have Earnest Chavanelle?” and “Do you have Paul Soucy?”

“We decided to go in there without using any false pretenses,” he said. “There’s no misrepresentation in these videos if you watch them — we didn’t lie about who we were.”

The investigators never actually voted when they were given ballots. Sting artists who received ballots would leave the voting precincts after saying they left their identification in the car.

The investigation worked this way: O’Keefe and his team obtained names of recently deceased New Hampshirites through published obituaries, and used publicly available voter roll information to find dead people still on the voting rolls.

With that information, O’Keefe’s investigators went to the polls on Tuesday and requested ballots in the names of the deceased.

“Some of them died a few months ago, some of them died a few weeks ago,” he said.

In many cases, ballots were handed over by the poll workers without any skepticism. In only one case did a poll worker realize that the investigator wasn’t the person the ballot was meant for — because the woman giving out the ballots knew the dead person in question.

That incident made it into the Boston Herald.

In one instance, the sting artist told a poll worker that he voluntarily wants to show his ID. But the female poll worker responds that “the state says we’re not allowed to ask for identification.”

O’Keefe said the investigation stemmed from discovering that “there are people who have voted who are dead.”

“We found many, many people who are both dead and registered to vote. … How is it that dead people are voting? Someone’s committing fraud.”

It is becoming more and more evident that conservative and independent voters aren’t sure that they have found the winning candidate to beat Barack Obama or that the candidate they are looking for has stepped up yet.  What they can agree on is that the main goal is making Barack Obama a one term president'; that this is the most important election of our lifetime and maybe in the history of the U.S.; and that Election 2012 is going to be a rough, tough and dirty fight! It is also becoming more and more evident that the Presidential  Election process in 2012 is going to be unconventional!

There is speculation everywhere about possible late-entering GOP candidates like Sarah Palin of Jeb Bush.  There are also thoughts that Dr. Chuck Baldwin, Presidential Candidate for the Constitutional Party, might still jump in again, or that Ron Paul could make a 3rd Party run if he doesn’t get the GOP nomination (highly unlikely on both counts in my opinion) and then there is the Trump factor.  There are some other speculations, but these are the ones that matter or could make a difference.

If you’re Sarah Palin, Donald Trump or Jeb Bush, all you have to do is open your mouth and the speculation runs wild and generates news on both sides.  And that is because all any of those three need to do is say, “I’m in” and the entire race changes.

Palin announced in October she wasn’t running for president. Bush has been saying it for two years. But both were  back in the headlines last week with some timely thoughts on American politics and the present GOP field.

Palin might just have been having some fun, but told Fox News it wasn’t too late for someone to get into the Republican contest. Plus the former Alaska governor admitted she wasn’t yet impressed enough with any of the current gang of seven candidates to make her endorsement.

“You know, it’s not too late for folks to jump in. I don’t know, who knows what will happen in the future,” Palin mused. “You know, my endorsement is going to be with sincerity and enthusiasm and I’m just not there yet with the field as it stands.”

Does this mean Palin is reconsidering her decision. There’s no sign one way or the other that she is taking another look. But,  Palin’s comment generated dozens of headlines raising the possibility.  And according to ElectionMeter, she is more popular than Mitt Romney.

ElectionsMeter tracks 90 day popularity trends. In the quarter ending December 23, 2011, Sarah Palin rates higher than Mitt Romney, and the Republican Party as a whole. This is an online poll, so not as scientific as others, but telling none the less.

Sarah Palin 49.4%:

The most popular person in this poll though isn’t a politician at all. Dr Martin Luther King is by far, the most popular in this poll at 57.6%:

And ditto for Jeb Bush, who was out with an op-ed piece in last week’s Wall Street Journal (See link) on the threat leaders in Washington pose to capitalism and economic freedom.

Again, there is nothing – other than the timing of the piece, just ahead of the Iowa caucuses – to suggest Bush might be giving second thought to a late ‘for the sake of the party’ run in 2012.  But it was enough to generate a lot of speculation.

It has long been assumed that Bush, if he was ever to run for president, would wait until 2016, giving some space between his candidacy and his brother George W. Bush’s term in office. And with good reason. If Rick Perry has suffered from the fact that he shares only the title – Texas governor – with George W. Bush, then it’s a safe to say Jeb would suffer from having the same last name. For many Americans, not just Democrats, it’s likely still too soon to even contemplate another Bush in the White House. let along elect one.  But that won’t stop anyone from speculating.

And then there is Donald Trump who just switched parties from Republican to Independent and who has said all along that he was leaving the door open to running as a 3rd party candidate if he was unhappy with the GOP’s nominee.  The fact that each of the present GOP candidates has visited Mecca (Trump Tower) this election season to get Trump’s blessing, advice and perhaps an endorsement and then declined to participate in the NewsMax GOP debate scheduled for December 27th where Trump would have been the host was surely the catalyst for this move.  According to Politico, which first reported Trump's party switch, he will still be able to vote in the New York presidential primary next April. Trump had once also been a registered Democrat.

My thoughts on the Trump are that if his concern is really for the good of the country he should re-register as a Democrat and run against Obama in the Democratic Primary.  There might be enough moderates and Dems just fed –up with Obama that maybe he could beat him and if not he’d weaken him and cause him to have to use up a good chunk of his war chest.  And if he won the Democratic nomination and beat the GOP’s candidate, we’d still be better off.

A straight third party run will guarantee 4 more years of Obama and a move from the United State of America becoming the United Socialist-States of America and a weak contender on the world stage.

As for Palin, I think she is a lot stronger and more popular than we think or than the media has allowed us to think. And I also believe that if she jumped it, it would clear the field.  We’d have Palin and Romney plus Gingrich and Paul for just a short while longer. If she doesn’t run she might be a smart consideration for VP for Mitt Romney who looks like he will be the GOP candidate if Palin doesn’t run.

And as for Jeb, he’d be smart not to jump in now.  The “W” wounds, whether you think fair or not are still too fresh!

2012 will absolutely be the most important election of our lives! Let us make sure that we and everyone we encounter understand what is at stake, why it matters and what is true, as well as to make sure that voter registration, the actual voting process, and the vote count is honest and accurate.
