Flashback: Obama Urged Prisoners To Vote For Him

n archive of a 2008 New York for Obama website urges those in jail and prison who have not been convicted of felonies to vote for Obama via absentee ballot. This is perfectly legal. However, given that Obama was accused of massive voter fraud in the 2008 Democratic Primary, in which many delegates voted illegally, the question becomes: how many people in jail and prison who were convicted of felonies voted for Obama? As Florida is currently doing with their voter rolls, going name by name to see who is eligible and who is not, each vote that Obama received in 2008—both the Primary and General Election—should be gone over with a fine-toothed comb to determine whether Obama actually won the election.

**We now know that there was enough voter fraud on the left in Minnesota alone to falsely elect and seat Al Franken. He was put over the top by the slimmest of margins after a recount based on voter fraud… by felons voting with several since admitting they voted more than once.  Franken’s one vote might have kept ObamaCare from passing and kept us from going through all the related fights and issues since and in the future if ObamaCare is not overturned.  My question is why wasn’t he unseated, why wasn’t there an interim election held… and why was ObamaCare allowed to stand with his illegal vote making the difference. Why?

Wake up America before they do it again. AM~**

SNL Democrat Comic Unloads…

On the “ABC’s of SNL” podcast, Jon Lovitz called Obama a “jackass” for claiming that the rich don’t pay enough taxes. When lamenting a practical 50% tax on the wealthy he said “isn’t that enough?”

Watch the video here (CONTENT WARNING): SNL’s Lovitz Slams Obama, Taxes, Fake 99 Percent-ers.

Now… Same Democrat Comic Unloads: Obama's 'a f---ing a—hole'

'Saturday Night Live' legend goes ballistic on president – by Joe Kovacs

Jon Lovitz

A comedic legend from NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” is now going ballistic on Barack Obama, calling the president “a f—ing a–hole” despite the fact he voted for him in 2008.

Actor and comic Jon Lovitz, perhaps best known for his catchphrase of “Yeah, that’s the ticket” by his character, the pathological liar Tommy Flanagan, dropped the F-bomb on Obama in a January podcast that’s just becoming widely known today.

The podcast, titled “The ABC’s of SNL,” was co-hosted by filmmaker Kevin Smith, and billed as being recorded “live from the Jon Lovitz Podcast Theatre.”

Lovitz said: “This whole thing with Obama saying the rich don’t pay their taxes is f—ing bullsh–. And I voted for the guy, and I’m a Democrat. What a f—ing a–hole. The rich don’t pay their taxes? Let me tell you something, right. First they say to you, you’re dead broke, ‘the United States of America, you can do anything you want, go for it.’ So then you go for it and then you make it, and everyone’s like ‘f— you.’”

Lovitz went on to say Obama “is the perfect example. He’s amazing. He had nothing. He had no father. He was, you know, of mixed race which is a burden in the United, don’t kid yourself, you know, growing up like that, and no money, and the guy ends up being at Harvard. He’s the President of the United States. And now he’s like, f— me!”

He continued, “If I make a dollar and out of every dollar I’m taxed at 50, half, at 50 cents, I have to give, isn’t that like enough? It’s half. HALF!”

Lovitz’s co-host clowned that the government would be offended, and therefore shut down his podcast theatre.

“We heard that [in] the fourth f—kin’ episode, you won’t leave Obama alone,” said Smith. “This is an election year! They’re gonna come in and make an example of you, man. The government can come in and take your sh– away. Even your good memories.”

One WND reader, Brad Bowen, says he agrees with Lovitz’s sentiment, but “the problem for me is twofold: [First,] he voted for the man. I do not care that he is a Democrat. The second is I could [not] care less what any celebrity said. Unless they are like Ted Nugent or Chuck Norris with a definite record, they are just another dumbsh– late to the party.”

Lovitz isn’t the only comic from “SNL” who has problems with the president.

His fellow cast member, Victoria Jackson, who’s now a WND columnist, made national headlines in March 2010 when she released a song on YouTube titled, “There’s a Communist in the White House,” which has collected more than a half-million views.

Her song begins:

It seems these days I’m in a haze
And I can’t concentrate on things.
Can’t eat or sleep, feel incomplete
Feel kind of scared and creepy.
I look over my shoulder lots
And shudder when I watch TV.
I bite my nails and cuticles
And watch my words very carefully.
I bite my lip a lot and fidget with the buttons on my blouse
Why? Because there’s a communist living in the White House

Jackson cited the socialist leanings of Obama’s grandparents, communist leanings of his mother, the Marxist professors he had in college and his own links to the teachings of Saul Alinsky while related news clips – some from WND – flash on the screen.

“He told Joe the Plumber, ‘Spread the wealth,’ which is a direct quote from the Communist Manifesto,” she continues. Then in office, Obama appointed Van Jones and took over the banking and car industries.

“How much more proof do you want?”

Jackson, a native of Miami, Fla., has been an outspoken opponent of Obama, and has participated in tea parties, including one in Pasadena, Calif., in July 2009 where she flayed the president’s policies.

Hollywood types from both sides of the aisle are beginning to stand-up and speak out more and more.  Obamaland is beginning to crumble, but as that happens and Team Obama becomes more and more desperate… the manipulation and cheating (voter fraud, vote count fraud… the biggie, anti-voter fraud law fights and voter intimidation) and the Alinsky-style mud-slinging (where truth will have no place or effect) will get worse and worse.  So America we have 6-months to get engaged and join those in Hollywood who have found their common sense and voice and must stand together in November and demand a fair election with as many re-counts and new elections as it takes to prevent another Al Franken fiasco.  If Al Franken, who cheated and was cheated for and lost the 2008 election, had not been seated… or been removed after having been wrongly seated, we night not have ObamaCare!

And if you agree with those speaking out, or just believe in the 1st Amendment for all Americans, please support the work of those entertainers brave enough to stand-up and speak out, because for many it ends up being the end of their careers or at least a definite slow down if we don’t support them!

FCC VOTES 3-2 TO REGULATE INTERNET VIA NET NEUTRALITY

FCC Net Neutrality

The FCC has voted 3-2 along political lines to extend the government’s reach and regulate the internet via net neutrality.

The vote to institute net neutrality rules marks the first time the government has stepped into the world of internet regulation. Proponent’s of the net neutrality rules say that the move allows the government to stop companies from controlling too much of the internet, while opponents view it as a scary example of government control and an impediment of private business.

“As we stand here now, the freedom and openness of the Internet are unprotected… . That will change once we vote to approve this strong and balanced order,” FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski said at a commission meeting on Tuesday, according to The Hill.

The paper says the new rules “create new transparency standards for wired and wireless carriers,“ while also preventing ”wired carriers from blocking lawful applications and services.” For example, “wireless carriers are prohibited from blocking websites as well as applications that compete with their services.”

The rules have drawn criticism from both sides of the aisle, with Republicans arguing that it marks too much government oversight, and Democrats saying that rules don’t go far enough. Instead, Democrat commissioners wanted stronger rules for wireless companies, but said they would settle for today’s new rules.

But the move enraged the commission’s Republican members.

“The FCC is not Congress. We cannot make laws,” said Republican Commission Robert McDowell, describing Tuesday as “one of the darkest days in FCC history.” He also suggested that new rules may be in for a court battle.

“The era of Internet regulatory arbitrage has dawned,” he said.

Fellow Republican Commissioner Meredith Baker accused the chairman of smarmy political and manipulative tactics to pass the order, saying she only received her a copy of the proposal in the late hours of last night.

“I think we can all do better and let’s do so in the New Year,” she said.

This is a breaking story. Updates will be added.

The FCC has no jurisdiction over the Internet.  What needs to be done:

How to Stop Net Neutrality

Video:  Net Neutrality

The FCC ruling is a violation of a court order and you know there has to be a lot wrong with this when both Senators Al Franken and Mitch McConnell are against it.  As Judge Andrew Napolitano says, “the Internet is near perfect as it is” and government only makes everything worse!!

Air America Progressive Talk Radio Signs Off For the Last Time Today…

Air America – The “Progressive talk radio” network (that nobody listens to but the Obama Administration has been trying to promote) closed its doors today. Air America foster such liberal progressive voices as Al Franken and Rachel Maddow.

From Air America’s Site:

It is with the greatest regret, on behalf of our Board, that we must announce that Air America Media is ceasing its live programming operations as of this afternoon, and that the Company will file soon under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code to carry out an orderly winding-down of the business.

The very difficult economic environment has had a significant impact on Air America's business. This past year has seen a "perfect storm" in the media industry generally. National and local advertising revenues have fallen drastically, causing many media companies nationwide to fold or seek bankruptcy protection. From large to small, recent bankruptcies like Citadel Broadcasting and closures like that of the industry's long-time trade publication Radio and Records have signaled that these are very difficult and rapidly changing times.

Those companies that remain are facing audience fragmentation as a result of new media technologies, are often saddled with crushing debt, and have generally found it difficult to obtain operating or investment capital from traditional sources of funding. In this climate, our painstaking search for new investors has come close several times right up into this week, but ultimately fell short of success.

With radio industry ad revenues down for 10 consecutive quarters, and reportedly off 21% in 2009, signs of improvement have consisted of hoping things will be less bad. And though Internet/new media revenues are projected to grow, our expanding online efforts face the same monetization and profitability challenges in the short term confronting the Web operations of most media companies

When Air America Radio launched in April, 2004 with already-known personalities like Al Franken and then-unknown future stars like Rachel Maddow, it was the only full-time progressive voice in the mainstream broadcast media world. At a critical time in our nation's history — when dissent on issues such as the Iraq war were often denounced as "un-American" — Air America and its talented team helped millions of Americans remember the importance of compelling discussion about the most pivotal events and decisions of our generation.

Through some 100 radio outlets nationwide, Air America helped build a new sense of purpose and determination among American progressives. With this revival, the progressive movement made major gains in the 2006 mid-term elections and, more recently, in the election of President Barack Obama and a strongly Democratic Congress.

Laws have changed for the better thanks to this revival.....but all the same our company cannot escape the laws of economics. So we intend a rapid, orderly closure over the next few days. All current employees will be paid through today, January 21. A severance package will be offered tomorrow to full-time current employees with more than six months of tenure.

We will strive to assist affiliates and partners in achieving a smooth transition. Starting at 6 pm EST today, we will provide our affiliates, listeners and users a selection of encore programming until 9 pm EST on Monday, January 25, at which time Air America programming will end.

We are proud that Air America's mission lives on through the words and actions of so many former radio hosts who are active today in progressive causes and media nationwide. In the years ahead, as we look back, we should all be proud of our passionate determination to assure that our nation's progressive voice would be heard loud and clear. Through the hard work and dedication of current staff, and those who preceded you, a lasting legacy was forged which will now continue through other voices and venues.

Thank you.

This death of Progressive talk radio is just another blow to the present administration and the deadly trio… Obama, Pelosi and Reid and a rebuke of Progressive Politics in America…

Al Franken's Funny Business Exposed

Dick Morris Political Insider

We must not allow the Minnesota Democrats to get away with this election heist. The Republican National Lawyers Association is litigating the issue and needs all the support they can get to fund their court case.

You can help stop Al Franken by supporting the Republican National Lawyers Association fight — Go Here Now.

Those who want the recount actually want to count ballots in 25 precincts — that would bring the total number of votes cast higher than the actual number of people who voted!

In Ramsey County, 177 more votes have been counted than people who voted on Election Day. The canvassing board, in effect, is admitting that it is counting fraudulent, duplicate ballots!

In some cases, absentee ballots, particularly from troops serving overseas, have been counted. In other cases not. One ballot, on which Franken was crossed out and replaced by "Frankenstein" was counted as a Democratic vote.

Apparently, when a ballot was challenged, a copy was made to facilitate examination. But, in many cases, the canvasser failed to label the ballot as a duplicate. Then, in the recount, all the ballots were counted, ensuring that the challenged vote was not only counted, but counted twice.

What makes all of this even more suspicious is that each of these errors inured to Franken's advantage and eroded Coleman's election night lead until the Democrat could claim victory.

At the same time that the Democrats are getting away with their chicanery in Minnesota, Gov. Rod Blagojevich is succeeding at appointing the successor to Barack Obama in Illinois.

The success of his appointment was inevitable once the Illinois Legislature, again with a heavy Democratic majority, refused to order a special election for the vacant Senate seat. They were so afraid that the Republicans might win the special balloting that they would rather let Blagojevich make the possibly corrupt appointment than give the voters the chance to make the decision.

We now will likely never know if the new Sen. Burris complied with Blagojevich's fantasies and actually paid for his seat in the Senate. But the very fact that we have the governor of the state on tape preparing to make such a demand of whomever he appointed should give us pause.

That Illinois' Democrats would rather have us speculate than give their voters the franchise is as revolting, in its own way, as the great Minnesota Senate seat robbery.

Mark Twain said that people should never have to see sausage being made or a law being passed. Add to that a recount in progress.

Wall Street Journal: Franken Stealing Election

Democrats won the White House and increased their majorities in the Senate and House, but “some in their party wouldn’t mind adding to their jackpot by stealing a Senate seat for left-wing joker Al Franken.”

That’s the thrust of an editorial in Wednesday’s Wall Street Journal about the still unresolved race between Franken and incumbent Sen. Norm Coleman in Minnesota.

On the morning after Election Day, Republican Coleman led Franken by 725 votes. By that evening, his lead had shrunk to 477, and as of Tuesday, the margin was just 206 votes.

“This lopsided bleeding of Republican votes is passing strange considering that the official recount hasn’t even begun,” the Journal observed.

It’s not unusual that state officials, in double-checking the initial election results, would find and fix errors. What is unusual is that nearly every “fix” has gone in favor of Franken.

In one case, Minnesota’s director of elections announced on Friday, three days after the election, that she had forgotten to count 32 absentee ballots in her car.

In Two Harbors, a liberal outpost near Duluth, Franken picked up an additional 246 votes, while none of the other contests in that precinct recorded any changes in their vote total.

“According to conservative statistician John Lott, Mr. Franken’s gains so far are 2.5 times the corrections made for Barack Obama in the state, and nearly three times the gains for Democrats across Minnesota Congressional races,” The Journal reported.

The newspaper notes that the post-election process is being overseen by Democratic Secretary of State Mark Ritchie, an ally of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN), “of fraudulent voter-registration fame.”

Franken and fellow Democrats are now pushing to turn what should be a straightforward recount of existing legal ballots into a “complete do-over,” pressuring election officials into accepting tossed ballots, according to The Journal, which concludes:

“With their party only three Senate seats from the 60 needed to break a filibuster (and two still not decided), Democrats have a political incentive to cut corners to steal a seat if they can get away with it…

“If Minnesota wants to retain its reputation as a state with clean elections, it needs to run an honest recount.”
