“We Are This Far From A Turnkey Totalitarian State" - Big Brother Goes Live September 2013

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/%E2%80%9Cwe-are-far-turnkey-totalitarian-state-big-brother-goes-live-september-2013

"George Orwell was right. He was just 30 years early.

In its April cover story, Wired has an exclusive report on the NSA's Utah Data Center, which is a must read for anyone who believes any privacy is still a possibility in the United States: "A project of immense secrecy, it is the final piece in a complex puzzle assembled over the past decade. Its purpose: to intercept, decipher, analyze, and store vast swaths of the world’s communications as they zap down from satellites and zip through the underground and undersea cables of international, foreign, and domestic networks.... Flowing through its servers and routers and stored in near-bottomless databases will be all forms of communication, including the complete contents of private emails, cell phone calls, and Google searches, as well as all sorts of personal data trails—parking receipts, travel itineraries, bookstore purchases, and other digital “pocket litter.”... The heavily fortified $2 billion center should be up and running in September 2013." In other words, in just over 1 year, virtually anything one communicates through any traceable medium, or any record of one's existence in the electronic medium, which these days is everything, will unofficially be property of the US government to deal with as it sees fit.

The codename of the project: Stellar Wind"... Read more on Stellar Wind Here

An interesting look at Derek Smith; he was the CEO of Choicepoint (as shown in the video). Guess what this globalist is up to these days... global pre-science...

"Derek Smith is Chairman and CEO of the Institute of Global Prescience, an interdisciplinary non-profit research, education and service organization dedicated to the pursuit of prescience – foreknowledge that anticipates global events and trends that are yet unseen. "At the institute, students are using computer models to study such topics as whether bandwidth will be able to keep up with the growth of data flow and when the United States might elect its first atheist president.

Other topics include the future of cell phones, obesity, how attitudes will affect climate change and when the world will run out of oil"...

Take a look at the Institute of Global Prescience Board of Directors HERE. (http://www.prescienceintl.com/cti_ab.html) Notice the Federal and state government connections:

à Anthony Eggert, Senior Policy Advisor, Office of the Chair California Air Resources Board

à Jeffrey Byron, Commissioner, CEC

à Paul Douglas, Supervisor, Renewable Procurement and Resource Planning, California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC)

à Trina Martynowicz, Clean Air Emerging Technologies and West Coast Collaborative, Clean Energy and Climate Change Office, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)

Google and PG&E (think ‘SMART Meters’) are also represented.

The Institute of Global Prescience is but one of many, many non-profits, NGO’s and individuals seeking to destroy our country from within.

Is it the intention of American tax-payers to have their hard earned dollars spent on the development of a turnkey Totalitarian State? Do we support massive government spending on programs that are in direct violation of our right to privacy under the 4th Amendment? Do Americans understand that current elected officials are facilitating and funding these endeavors with our tax dollars? Will enough Americans wake up, organize and vote the career politicians out of office in November?

The real revolution must take place at the ballot box. Until enough of us can vote against the career politicians who are aiding and abetting the overthrow of our Constitutional Republic, we will have no place to hide once they turn that key. What you do for the 2012 election will determine our fate and that of future generations.

To Google, Facebook, Twitter…. Or Not? - Perhaps Time to Assess Your Use and Membership? - Updated

Google

Many of you may have received the email below…

Dear Google user,

We're getting rid of over 60 different privacy policies across Google and replacing them with one that's a lot shorter and easier to read. Our new policy covers multiple products and features, reflecting our desire to create one beautifully simple and intuitive experience across Google.

We believe this stuff matters, so please take a few minutes to read our updated Privacy Policy and Terms of Service at http://www.google.com/policies. These changes will take effect on March 1, 2012.

One policy, one Google experience

Easy to work across Google

Our new policy reflects a single product experience that does what you need, when you want it to. Whether reading an email that reminds you to schedule a family get-together or finding a favorite video that you want to share, we want to ensure you can move across Gmail, Calendar, Search, YouTube, or whatever your life calls for with ease.

Tailored for you

If you're signed into Google, we can do things like suggest search queries – or tailor your search results – based on the interests you've expressed in Google+, Gmail, and YouTube. We'll better understand which version of Pink or Jaguar you're searching for and get you those results faster.

Easy to share and collaborate

When you post or create a document online, you often want others to see and contribute. By remembering the contact information of the people you want to share with, we make it easy for you to share in any Google product or service with minimal clicks and errors.

Protecting your privacy hasn't changed

Our goal is to provide you with as much transparency and choice as possible, through products like Google Dashboard and Ads Preferences Manager, alongside other tools. Our privacy principles remain unchanged. And we'll never sell your personal information or share it without your permission (other than rare circumstances like valid legal requests).

Understand how Google uses your data

If you want to learn more about your data on Google and across the web, including tips and advice for staying safe online, check out http://www.google.com/goodtoknow

Got questions?
We got answers.

Visit our FAQ at http://www.google.com/policies/faq to read more about the changes. (We figured our users might have a question or twenty-two.)

Notice of Change

March 1, 2012 is when the new Privacy Policy and Terms will come into effect. If you choose to keep using Google once the change occurs, you will be doing so under the new Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Please do not reply to this email. Mail sent to this address cannot be answered. Also, never enter your Google Account password after following a link in an email or chat to an untrusted site. Instead, go directly to the site, such as mail.google.com or www.google.com/accounts. Google will never email you to ask for your password or other sensitive information.

Many people are thinking of leaving Google and its tentacle services because this is just another consolidated grouping of information for Big Brother to monitor us and Google, like facebook, and others turn all their (your) information to the government.

Remaining with them or changing is something everyone should consider!

Here some really helpful links.  If you want to close your account, from what I read, they will delete everything… at least that is what they claim… guess we will see if they really do or if if you information ends up in digital space forever:

Not sure if this has been mentioned or not...

But I work in a web agency and EVERY single one of the sites we produce uses google hosted code. Its mainly for analytic data for our customers. If you've ever seen google analytic data and understand that 100% of our sites (and I'm sure its almost 100% of any other agency's sites) use this code... that means the scope of this is so huge I can't think straight! Google can very easily track people's web usage through this analytic code.

It doesn't matter if you are on a google made site or not, if the use google hosted code then they know!

Heck even GLP uses it. If you know how to view source look at the bottom of this site.

Google announces privacy changes across products; users can’t opt out
http://www.washingtonpost.com/business/technology/google-tracks-consumers-across-products-users-cant-opt-out/2012/01/24/gIQArgJHOQ_story.html

Google will soon know far more about who you are and what you do on the Web.

The Web giant announced Tuesday it is planning to follow the activities of users across nearly all of its ubiquitous sites, including YouTube, Gmail and its leading search engine.

Google has already been collecting some of this information. But for the first time, it is combining data across its Web sites to stitch together a fuller portrait of users.

Consumers won’t be able to opt out of the changes, which take effect March 1. And experts say the policy shift will invite greater scrutiny from federal regulators of the company’s privacy and competitive practices.

The move will help Google better tailor its ads to people’s tastes. If someone watches an NBA clip online and lives in Washington, the firm could advertise Washington Wizards tickets in that person’s Gmail account.

Consumers could also benefit, the company said. When someone is searching for the word “jaguar,” Google would have a better idea of whether the person was interested in the animal or the car. Or the firm might suggest e-mailing contacts in New York when it learns you are planning a trip there.

But, say consumer advocates, the new policy might upset people who never expected their information would be shared across so many different Web sites.

A user, for instance, may not want Google to use your social network to alert estranged friends — or your boss — that you are around the corner at a bar.

“Google’s new privacy announcement is frustrating and a little frightening,” said Common Sense Media chief executive James Steyer. “Even if the company believes that tracking users across all platforms improves their services, consumers should still have the option to opt out — especially the kids and teens who are avid users of YouTube, Gmail and Google Search.”

Google can collect information about users when they activate an Android mobile phone, sign into their accounts online or enter search terms. It can also store cookies on people’s computers to see which Web sites they visit or use its popular maps program to estimate their location.

The change to its privacy policies come as Google is facing stiff competition for the fickle attention of Web surfers. It recently disappointed investors for the first time in several quarters, failing last week to meet earnings predictions. Apple, in contrast, reported record earnings Tuesday that blew past even the most optimistic expectations.

Some analysts said Google’s move is aimed squarely at Apple and Facebook — which have been successful in building unified ecosystems of products that capture people’s attention. Google, in contrast, has adopted a more scattered approach, but an executive said in interviews that the company wants to create a much more seamless environment across its various offerings.

“If you’re signed in, we may combine information you’ve provided from one service with information from other services,” Alma Whitten, Google’s director of privacy for product and engineering wrote in a blog post.

“In short, we’ll treat you as a single user across all our products which will mean a simpler, more intuitive Google experience,” she said.

Google said it would notify its hundreds of millions of users of the change through an e-mail and a message on its Web sites. It will apply to all of its services except for Google Wallet, Chrome browser and Google Books.

The company said the change would simplify the company’s privacy policy — a move that was encouraged by regulators.

Still, some consumer advocates and lawmakers remained skeptical.

“There is no way anyone expected this,” said Jeffrey Chester, executive director of privacy advocacy group the Center for Digital Democracy. “There is no way a user can comprehend the implication of Google collecting across platforms for information about your health, political opinions and financial concerns.”

Added Rep. Edward J. Markey (D-Mass): “It is imperative that users will be able to decide whether they want their information shared across the spectrum of Google’s offerings.”

Google has increasingly been a focus of Washington regulators.

The company recently settled a privacy complaint by the Federal Trade Commission after it allowed users of its now defunct social network Google Buzz to see contacts lists from its e-mail program.

And a previous decision to use its social network data in search results has been included in a broad Federal Trade Commission investigation, according to a person familiar with the matter who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the investigation is private.

Federal officials are also looking at whether Google is running afoul of antitrust rules by using its dominance in online search to favor its other business lines.

Claudia Farrell, a spokeswoman at the FTC, declined to comment on any interaction between Google and regulators on its new privacy changes.

Google has been doing this all along as does Apple, MS and so on. Limit or don't use their services in your first line of defense. If not possible then learn all you can about your device and take FULL control of it, flash it, root it, kernel secure it and spank those apps and daemons who are like little children leaking sensitive info about you to these data collectors without your knowledge.

Don't forget to learn to really disable gps, mic and your cam when necessary cause they are bugged. At this point you will be half way secure and well on your way to freedom. However there is a whole another world of hidden service, exploit and leak potentials within your device that are publically unspoken of and that you will need to discover over time.

Last piece of advice, learn to game the algorithm that is at all times trying to predict who you are and what your next move is.

Facebook

Look at timing with Google’s announcement—perhaps time to flee them both!

Facebook Timeline Mandatory For All Users - With Just 7 Days To 'Clean Up'

Facebook's Timeline - a new look for people's Profile pages which exposes their entire history on the site - will become mandatory for all users.

The 'new look' has been voluntary up until now.

From now, users will simply be notified that they are being 'updated' via an announcement at the top of their home page, which users click on to activate Timeline.

As with voluntary switches to Timeline, those who are 'updated' will have just seven days to select which photos, posts and life events they want to advertise to the world.

Via the official Facebook blog, the site announced, 'Last year we introduced timeline, a new kind of profile that lets you highlight the photos, posts and life events that help you tell your story.'

'Over the next few weeks, everyone will get timeline. When you get timeline, you'll have 7 days to preview what's there now.

'This gives you a chance to add or hide whatever you want before anyone else sees it.'

Timeline has been criticized for showing off pictures and posts that people might have wanted to forget.

The new look also pairs with 'timeline apps', such as Spotify, which post every time people listen to a song, or eat a recipe or visit somewhere.

'You can learn more about these new features by taking the quick tour available at the top of your timeline,' says Facebook.

'If you want to get timeline now, go to the Introducing Timeline page and click 'Get Timeline.'Or you can wait until you see an announcement at the top of your home page.'

Mark Zuckerberg described timeline as letting you 'tell the whole story of your life on a single page'.

The redesigned pages have a more magazine-like photo-heavy feel, with a large 'cover photo' at the top of the page.

On the right of the page there will be a timeline that breaks down all posts from a person's time on Facebook and allows viewers to jump back to people's earliest posts with a break down month-by-month.

Some were puzzled by the abrupt roll-out of the change, which is one of the biggest changes to Facebook - all the more so when paired with the new Timeline apps, such as Spotify, which posts a continuous stream of all songs listened to to your Timeline.

A user listening to Spotify on a smartphone, for instance, will default to posting every song to their Timeline for all to see. As with all Timeline features, there are various opt-outs, but they can be fiddly to find and use.

Likewise, e-book readers such as Kobo and video services such as Netflix can post every book and film people consume to Timeline.

Many sites published guides to how to 'hide' controversial content. Twitter users had mixed reactions.

Reactions included, 'I don’t want a timeline on my facebook - why do you force me to have one?' and 'I hate Facebook timeline design with a vengeance. More frippery and less function. Why are they forcing it on us?'

Many were shocked by how rapidly timeline had become compulsory.

Tech site Mashable said, 'Facebook must know that putting a ticking clock in front of users is bound to make very few of them happy, yet here it is, stop watch in hand. Here’s my theory.'
'Timeline apps aren't very effective without it. Conducting most of your day-to-day activities, like watching movies, sharing content, reading news, eating out, and more — that’s new. None of this has quite the same impact without Timeline.'

So far, Facebook has announced a few dozen Timeline apps.

Many sites recommend vetting apps carefully to see what they will post, and creating lists of friends to 'share' certain updates with, rather than bombarding your whole friends list.
Tech site CNET warns, 'Once you install an app and authorize it to post stories on your profile and News Feed, it'll never ask for your permission again.'

'If you love to cook, you can add the Foodily app to your timeline and share your latest dishes. If your friends have added the Foodily app, you can discover new recipes with each other, as you'll see their updates in the ticker and their timeline, and possibly News Feed.'
Facebook says that more Timeline apps, covering more interests will launch soon.

'Our vision for Timeline and our vision for the application platform is whatever you love and whatever story you want to tell, you can add that to your Timeline,' said Carl Sjogreen, Facebook's product management director.

Facebook Timeline with Apps and Ticker:
'Our message to developers is 'start your engines',' said Sjogreen.

SIDEBAR

PROTECTING YOUR PROFILE FROM PRYING EYES - WHAT TO DO IN THE SEVEN DAYS FACEBOOK ALLOWS YOU

Once timeline is activated on your profile, you have seven days to 'clean up' - and you will probably want to.

Things from your past that may have been previously hidden deep within your photos or timeline can be much more visible.

If there is anything particularly you don’t want shown, such as your relationship status from five years ago - which will be public by default - you’re best to click on the right hand side to the year it occurred, such as 2006, find the post and choose to either delete or hide it.

It all has to be done manually.

You can now choose directly from the right-hand side of nearly every section on profile who sees what for individual sections (such as photos, posts, likes etc). When you click on the item, you can choose whether it is seen publicly, by friends or by a customized list.

If you enable any timeline apps, be sure to read their privacy policies thoroughly - many will not ask again before posting information to your profile. Spotify, for instance, will default to filling your timeline with what you listen to, unless you tell it not to.

Facebook now has the ‘View profile as’ feature on the main page, rather than in privacy settings. This lets you check how different people can see your profile so you can then customize it as you wish.

For those looking to DELETE their facebook accounts permanently not just deactivate remove the spaces and copy paste this into your browser

If your doing it too replace your existing facebook account make sure your change your email address and password to something else first so you can use your original email. Funny how they hide this form.... HAH found youuuu!

BBC News ^ | 01/27/12 | BBC News

Twitter has announced that it now has the technology to selectively block tweets on a country by country basis. In its blog, Twitter said it could "reactively withhold content from users in a specific country". But it said the removed content would be available to the rest of the world. Previously when Twitter deleted a tweet, it would disappear worldwide. --- In its blog post, Twitter explained that its international growth meant entering countries "that have different ideas about the contours of freedom of expression", citing France or Germany which ban pro-Nazi content as examples.

As part of Transparency Campaign : White House to cut access to half of federal websites

clip_image001

As part of the Obama administration’s campaign to promote transparency, the White House announced today it intends to eliminate the public’s access to half of the federal government’s websites within the next year.

The White House said there are nearly 2,000 websites operated by the federal government, which it said confuses people.

“With so many separate sites, Americans often do not know where to turn for information,” the office of Vice President Joseph Biden Jr. said in a statement. “The administration will immediately put a halt to the creation of new websites. The administration will also shut down or consolidate 25% of the 2,000 sites over the next few months and set a goal of cutting the number of separate, standalone sites in half over the next year.”

It called the campaign of winnowing access to government web sites part of the president’s campaign “targeting duplication and waste.” The administration did not give an estimate of how much money it believes could be saved by halving the government’s Internet sites.

A White House official defended the move, saying it will actually improve access.
White House New Media DirectorMacon Phillips has said previously that the government doesn’t need, for example, multiple web sites dedicated to invasive plan.

In a statement, Mr. Obama said, “as we work to tackle the budget deficit, we need to step up our game. No amount of waste is acceptable — not when it’s your money; not at a time when so many families are already cutting back.”

Mr. Biden hosted an event at the White House Monday to announce he is taking on a new role holding the Cabinet accountable for cutting waste in their agencies.

White House officials didn’t say how the administration will determine which web sites to cut. But the president is creating an 11-member “government oversight and accountability board,” comprised of current executive branch officials, “to help federal agencies improve their performance.”

Obama Régime Is Coming After YOU AND ME

ALERT: By now, you probably already know that your own government considers you to be a “rightwing extremist.”

As an informed conservative, you probably already know that that same government wants to cut off your ability to respond to its accusations against you; you probably already know that that same government is trying to take over the Internet and shut down conservative talk radio in order to accomplish that goal.

You’ve already heard all this… but now, the Left has kicked into HIGH GEAR against conservatives. Now, because a single late-term abortionist was shot, they want to use it as an excuse to take away ALL of your rights to protest, or even voice your own opinion!

IT’S TRUE!

As everyone has heard by now, the Department of Homeland Security issued a warning to law enforcement officials a few weeks ago about a rise in “rightwing extremist activity,” labeling citizens opposed to new firearms restrictions, returning veterans and conservatives as “rightwing extremists” and associating them with white supremacists and violent anti-government groups.

It was right there in black and white — and it made it obvious that the Obama Administration, and especially the DHS under Janet Napolitano, is trying to demonize political dissent. And it’s no big surprise who is directly in their crosshairs: CONSERVATIVES, including anyone who is “antagonistic toward the new presidential administration and its perceived stance on a range of issues, including immigration and citizenship, the expansion of social programs to minorities, and restrictions on firearms ownership and use.”

Oh, and throw in anyone who rejects “federal authority in favor of state or local authority,” “the expansion of social programs to minorities,” or is “dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration.” And don’t forget the always-to-be-feared “disgruntled military veterans”!

TODAY, thanks to the new “crisis” of the shooting of late-term abortionist George Tiller, pro-lifers are in the crosshairs. TOMORROW, it will be everyone else!

This calls for grassroots action, on a HUGE scale!

TELL CONGRESS TO PROTECT AMERICANS WHO ARE ON BARACK OBAMA’S NEW “ENEMIES LIST”:

Barack Obama’s Chief of Staff, Rahm Emmanuel, said this not long ago: “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste. And what I mean by that, it’s an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before.” Hillary Clinton agreed with him just afterward, saying, “Never waste a good crisis.”

They meant it. According to LifeNews.com, “The apparent shooter of late-term abortion practitioner George Tiller was never involved in a pro-life group and, by his own actions, wasn’t pro-life. But abortion advocates are quickly taking to calling the majority of Americans who are pro-life, ‘terrorists,’ in the first day following his death.”

Kim Gandy, the head of the pro-abortion National Organization for Women, was first: “Bringing the killers to justice is not enough,” said Gandy, “the Justice Department and the Department of Homeland Security must root out and prosecute as domestic terrorists and violent racketeers the criminal enterprise that has organized and funded criminal acts for decades.”

She went on to say the pro-life movement was guilty of “politically-motivated domestic terrorism” and called on the Obama administration to aggressively target pro-life Americans.

Peter Brownlie, president of Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid-Missouri also used the term: “We’re not going to let the terrorists win,” he told the Kansas City Star newspaper.

The Huffington Post wrote, “Tiller was the subject of assassination attempts, violence, and, by definition, terrorism in the past,” and Andrew Sullivan of The Atlantic labeled the death “Christianist terrorism.”

Bonnie Erbe, of U.S. News and World Report, titled her blog response, “Tiller Murder Is Terrorism, and All Pro-Life Extremists Are to Blame.” She said anyone who describes abortion as the killing of babies “ought to be prosecuted as an accessory to murder, as well as for partaking in domestic terrorism.”

Do you get it? If you are opposed to abortion, you are a terrorist, because some whacko who wasn’t connected to ANY pro-life group shot and killed an abortionist who killed 60,000 babies in their eighth month in the womb.

Whatever your stand on the abortion issue… even if you just don’t want your tax dollars to pay for abortion… YOU are a right-wing extremist, and they’re going to do all they can now to “not waste this crisis” and come against YOUR rights to protest and speak out.

This is only the LATEST attack by the Left on conservatives who disagree with them! As if that first DHS report wasn’t bad enough… the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Intelligence and Analysis — the same unit that produced the report on right-wing extremists — then released a NEW report, titled the “Domestic Extremism Lexicon,” meant to define terms used when analyzing dozens of supposedly “extremist ideologies” inside the United States.

So what did this “dictionary” of extremist groups cover? Well, for starters: Jewish extremists, animal rights extremists, Christian identity extremists, black separatism extremists, anti-abortion extremists, anti-immigration extremists, anti-technology extremists, Cuban independence extremists and tax resistance extremists, to name a few.

That’s right: Whites and blacks, Christians and Jews, Cubans and Mexicans, along with tax-hating Americans, are ALL in DHS’ “Domestic Extremism Lexicon.”

The first DHS report also said that Congressional debates about immigration and gun control make “extremist groups” suspicious and give them a rallying cry:

“It is unclear if either bill will be passed into law; nonetheless, a correlation may exist between the potential passage of gun control legislation and increased hoarding of ammunition, weapons stockpiling, and paramilitary training activities among rightwing extremists,” the report said.

Why are they worried? Because since November, more than 7 million people have applied for criminal background checks in order to buy weapons. And as far as the Obama administration is concerned, buying guns equals “weapons stockpiling,” buying ammo equals “hoarding of ammunition,” and expressing concern about Congress passing gun control legislation qualifies YOU as part of an “extremist group.”

Therefore, you and I are now being viewed as dangerous rightwing extremists that law enforcement officials need to be watching out for!

According to the federal government, characteristics of members of the suspect group of people include those who:

  • Oppose restrictions on firearms
  • Oppose lax immigration
  • Oppose the policies of President Obama regarding immigration, citizenship and the expansion of social programs
  • Oppose continuation of free trade agreements
  • Oppose same-sex marriage
  • Has paranoia of foreign regimes
  • Fear Communist regimes
  • Oppose one world government
  • Bemoan the decline of U.S. stature in the world
  • Is upset with the loss of U.S. manufacturing jobs to China and India
  • Participate in Anti-Tax Tea Party events
  • And the list goes on…

This is OUTRAGEOUS!

This report was released “hot on the heels” of another (state) government agency report in February: the Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) report titled, “MIAC Strategic Report: The Modern Militia Movement.” In this horrific “law enforcement sensitive” secret police report, Governor Jeremiah (Jay) Nixon; John Britt, Director of the Missouri Department of Public Safety; James Keathley, Colonel, Missouri State Highway Patrol; and Van Godsey, Director of MIAC categorize certain citizens as being potential violence-prone “militia members.”

According to the MIAC report, if you oppose any of the following, you could qualify for being profiled as a potential dangerous “militia member”:

• The United Nations
• The New World Order
• Gun Control

Well, there you have it! You see? You ARE a dangerous rightwing extremist!

As ridiculous as that report seems, it was distributed to law enforcement officials across the state of Missouri. And it wasn’t until the state government was FLOODED with protests from patriotic Americans across the country, that they finally came out and denounced and retracted the MIAC document.

Now, it’s happened again — but this time, at the Federal level! Our own government is turning against us, and unless there is a HUGE outpouring of outrage from every part of this nation, it will just keep getting WORSE!

Interestingly enough, no left-leaning political ideologies were identified in the first report. No Islamic extremists. No environmental extremists. Only people holding “conservative” or “right-wing” philosophies were identified in BOTH the MIAC report AND the Homeland Security “assessment.”

This shouldn’t be too surprising: both of these reports are similar to several other reports currently circulating around various State police agencies, courtesy of DHS-sponsored “Fusion Centers.” MIAC is one of those Centers, sponsored by the DHS!

So now, even veterans are targets of our own government: The Homeland Security assessment specifically says that “rightwing extremists will attempt to recruit and radicalize returning veterans in order to exploit their skills and knowledge derived from military training and combat.”

PLEASE, don’t think we’re making a “big deal” out of nothing! Homeland Security spokeswoman Sara Kuban specifically told the press, “This is nothing unusual,” and added that the Homeland Security Department did this “to prevent another Tim McVeigh from ever happening again.”

The authors of the DHS assessment are pushing an “Us against Them” philosophy. You and I are being marginalized — labeled as fringe kooks, “rightwing extremists,” so that it will be easier to violate our liberties and take away our political rights in the future.

Think of it: The Obama administration is quickly developing its own “Enemies List” of who it needs to target, to shut down opposition to its radical socialist agenda.

So how do Obama’s leftist minions propose to shut us down?

SIMPLE: Cut off our ability to respond to such accusations and official “assessments,” by TAKING OVER THE INTERNET and SHUTTING DOWN CONSERVATIVE TALK RADIO.

For example, according to news reports, two new Senate bills — S. 773 and S. 778 – “would grant the White House sweeping new powers to access private online data, regulate the cyber security industry and even shut down Internet traffic during a declared ‘cyber emergency.’”

These two new bills are both part of what’s being called the “Cyber security Act of 2009.” The Act would create a new bureaucracy, the “Office of the National Cyber security Advisor,” which would be charged with “defending the country from cyber attack”… and would report directly to Barack Obama.

But that’s not all it would do: it would also grant the Secretary of Commerce access to all privately owned information networks deemed to be “critical” to the nation’s infrastructure, “without regard to any provision of law, regulation, rule or policy restricting such access.”

Did you read that? The Secretary of Commerce, reporting directly to Mr. Obama, would be able to snoop through ANYTHING connected to the Internet that a President decides is “critical” to look at. And it doesn’t matter what the law says — they get to do this whenever and wherever a President wants them to.

Talk about UNCONSTITUTIONAL! We MUST NOT let Barack Obama’s cronies in Congress get away with this!

The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution states:

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

It’s clear: giving the U.S. Department of Commerce oversight of the “critical” networks — like banking records — would give the federal government access to confidential, private information obtained without cause or warrant, which is a CLEAR violation of the U.S. Constitution’s prohibition against unlawful search and seizure!

What exactly are these “critical infrastructure networks” that Barack Obama would have the power to “take offline” whenever he wants to? The examples they give are things like “banking, utilities, air/rail/auto traffic control, and telecommunications.”

WHAT??? Exactly HOW do you take the telecommunications networks off of the Internet, when that’s what the Internet is comprised of? And if YOUR bank gets taken offline, don’t you think you might go into your branch and ask for all of your deposits in cash? Don’t you think EVERYONE might do that?

According to one Senate document that attempts to “explain” the bills, this Act “addresses our country’s unacceptable vulnerability to massive cyber crime, global cyber espionage and cyber attacks that could cripple our critical infrastructure.”

In a statement explaining the bill’s introduction, liberal Democratic West Virginia U. S. Senator Jay Rockefeller said, “We must protect our critical infrastructure at all costs – from our water to our electricity, to banking, traffic lights and electronic health records – the list goes on.”

Senator Olympia Snowe, a liberal Republican from Maine who is co-sponsoring the bill, gave us this dire warning: “If we fail to take swift action, we, regrettably, risk a cyber-Katrina.”

In other words, we need to give up our freedoms and liberties in order for the government to give us “security.”

What was it that Benjamin Franklin once said? “Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.”

WE MUST NOT GIVE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT THESE ABSOLUTE POWERS!

Why would anyone push such a bill? Because if Obama controls the Internet, he can cut off our ability to respond to his administration’s attacks on YOU, ME and every other conservative in America!

NO, we’re not paranoid — because you’re not paranoid if they really ARE out to get you!

You see, it doesn’t stop there — also on Obama’s “Enemies List” is one more form of alternative media that he is otherwise powerless to stop: Conservative Talk Radio. And they’re very clear about HOW they’re going to shut it down:

The Fairness Doctrine.

The “Fairness Doctrine” — a federal regulation requiring broadcasters to present both sides of any “controversial” issue — was enforced by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) from 1949 to 1987. The FCC adopted it as a regulation, but it was never a law enacted by Congress.

When the rule was in place, radio and TV stations could face huge fines if their stations aired controversial statements on public affairs without providing “equal time” to opposing viewpoints. The result was self-censorship by broadcasters who avoided politics to escape any potential government retaliation.

When this rule was dropped in 1987, under President Ronald Reagan, it led directly to the rise of conservative talk radio that enabled average citizens to have their voices heard across America. If it weren’t for the Reagan administration dropping the “Fairness Doctrine,” we would never have heard of Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Glen Beck, Michael Savage, Michael Reagan, Martha Zoller, Neal Boortz, Janet Folger, or the hundreds of other conservative talk radio hosts that dot the land and expose the lies and misdeeds of the Left.

And THAT is why Barack Obama and his left-wing friends want to bring back the “Fairness Doctrine” — this time, as a LAW. Because if they can get it passed as a LAW, they can cut off one of our biggest means of responding to their attacks, and disproving their LIES!

Up until 1987, the Fairness Doctrine mandated that when a broadcast station presented one viewpoint on a “controversial” public issue, it also had to air the opposing viewpoint. Sounds “fair,” right?

WRONG. The so-called “Fairness Doctrine” did nothing but stifle any real public debate on the airwaves. What station manager in his right mind would air a (profitable) conservative talk radio show for two or three hours every day, if it meant he had to also air liberal shows as well — shows that have consistently LOST money whenever they’ve been tried?

Repealed by an FCC vote of 4-0, it was concluded that the “Fairness Doctrine” had begun to inhibit political discourse, rather than enhance it.

The Democrat Congress tried to reinstate the doctrine, but President Reagan vetoed their attempt. Again, in 1991, another attempt to revive the doctrine failed when President George H. W. Bush threatened a veto.

Now, with Barack Obama in the White House, and with liberal Democrats Senator Harry Reid and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi reigning over a Democrat-controlled Congress, they’re already talking about trying to SHUT US DOWN AGAIN — and this time, they might succeed… unless YOU AND I take action to stop them NOW, before they are able to mobilize support for this insidious attempt to SILENCE CONSERVATIVES!

Nothing frightens those who peddle lies more than the cold hard light of TRUTH. They react to exposure of their deceits the way vampires react to a crucifix held up in front of them.

Ever since the birth of conservative talk radio and the Internet ended the liberals’ total monopoly over the news, the left has been simmering with rage — because of the loss of their absolute control over what Americans are allowed to see and hear, and their inability to do anything about it!

Time and time again, liberal attempts to sell the nation their shoddy goods have been frustrated when talk-radio hosts have taken to the airwaves and warned their millions of listeners that they were about to be taken to the cleaners.

It wasn’t until McCain/Kennedy’s fatally flawed “immigration reform” AMNESTY bill — that seemed destined for passage — was derailed by an army of angry voters recruited by talk radio hosts and conservative Internet websites, that the left understood both the incredible power of the new media, and their utter helplessness in the face of it.

Clearly, they felt that something had do be done. And that’s when they came up with the idea to bring back the “Fairness Doctrine” — but this time, as a LAW.

Really, what they’re trying to do shows just how desperate the liberals have become. Without conservative talk radio, and conservative internet websites, to keep an eye on them, the Left’s failure to accomplish their stated goals since winning control of the Congress would have been covered up by the liberal controlled “mainstream media.”

Conservative voices on talk radio and the Internet are the left’s worst nightmare — their monitoring of the liberals’ activities have been shining the light of truth on the Left’s attempts to deceive the nation, so now the Left is trying to do whatever it takes to silence us.

Like all Marxists, the liberals won’t stop trying to LIE their way into power. As a result, they won’t stop trying to destroy conservative talk radio, conservative internet sites, and groups like ours — those of us who are more than willing to ACTIVATE the grassroots to help EXPOSE their lies. You can be certain that they’ll push HARD for a new “Fairness Doctrine” or some other way to silence the voices of common sense and truth in America.

But you can be just as certain that we will NOT let them succeed!

As grassroots conservatives, we MUST take action to stop them NOW, before they are able to mobilize support for this insidious attempt to SILENCE CONSERVATIVES!

Just piece the whole puzzle together: the Obama administration releases reports that label any Conservative as a potential “rightwing extremist”… the Obama administration wants to be able to completely take over the Internet during whatever he proclaims is an “emergency”… the Obama administration wants to shut down talk radio to silence its strongest critics… the Obama administration and their supporters view pro-lifers as “domestic terrorists”…

It’s plain to see: Conservatives like YOU and ME are on Obama’s ENEMIES LIST!

The only thing that will put a STOP to this nonsense is a huge public outcry opposing it. If we do nothing, however, it will soon be too late to do anything. We either stop it NOW, or it will grow into an out-of-control monster that will monitor and control the personal opinions and speech of every man, woman, and child in this country.

And don’t be fooled by phony “apologies” issued by Secretary Napolitano or others for those leaked reports. When American veterans expressed understandable outrage at the report’s targeting of vets as being susceptible recruitment by terrorist groups, her response was, “I apologize for that offense. It was certainly not intended.” In other words, “I’m sorry you were offended — it’s YOUR fault for taking it the wrong way!”

The Executive Branch of the U.S. government is coming after us. As patriotic Americans, we need to seek relief from the other branches of government – first of all, by DEMANDING that these outrageous DHS reports be CONDEMNED by our Representatives in Congress, and RETRACTED by the Obama administration; by demanding that the U.S. government REPUDIATE any person or organization that refers to pro-life individuals and groups as “terrorists”; and by demanding that Congress REJECT any attempt to bring back the so-called “Fairness Doctrine.” Please, CLICK HERE NOW to send Blast Faxes to EVERY SINGLE MEMBER OF CONGRESS, telling them to take action on these issues TODAY!

Sincerely,
William Greene, President

Let’s just cut to the chase, fast forward to the near future where Obama WILL bring us:

    Revelation 13:5-8:
The beast was given a mouth to utter proud words and blasphemies and to exercise his authority for forty-two months. He opened his mouth to blaspheme God, and to slander his name and his dwelling place and those who live in heaven. He was given power to make war against the saints and to conquer them. And he was given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation. All inhabitants of the earth will worship the beast—all whose names have not been written in the book of life belonging to the Lamb that was slain from the creation of the world.

    and

    Rev. 13:16-17
“He required everyone—small and great, rich and poor, free and slave—to be given a mark on the right hand or on the forehead. And no one could buy or sell anything without that mark, which was either the name of the beast or the number representing his name. Wisdom is needed here. Let the one with understanding solve the meaning of the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man. His number is 666.”

    ***********************************************
Now folks, what would be necessary to do in order to attain this status? Why of course, get rid of our guns, our vets, our God-fearing folks, and more.

These are all their ultimate shop set-up.

But do not be dismayed, we’ve all known this was coming for a very long time.

We Warned You About Czars – Jim Harper and Fox’s Neil Cavuto Discuss “Cyber Czar”

It's not just the bloggers who are paranoid! Jim Harper of the Cato Institute says Cyber Czar can be the internet's "Big Brother".
Jim Harper of The Cato Institute Discusses the "Cyber Czar" on FBN with Neil Cavuto (Video)
President Barack Obama says the nation for too long has failed to adequately protect the security of its computer networks, and he will name a new cyber czar to take on the job.

Anyone else think this is simply a disguise to allow Team ‘O’ to police the Internet? Cyber-censorship, cyber-Brown Shirts patrol?

Call me paranoid, but this sounds suspicious. Don't we already have the FBI, CIA, NSA, and the Department of Homeland Security to handle all this? No, we need another czar because Rhambo and the Arrogant One need to have a White House staffer involved in everything; total control.

Here's the link to the White House report "Cyberspace Policy Review".

FNC

Well please do not say we did not warn you –- the czar thing –- and that it would not end with a car czar…it would just start there. Some of you didn’t listen. Maybe you should have.

(BEGIN VIDEO MONTAGE)

(DECEMBER 11, 2008)

Or well please tell me who came up with this car czar thing. As if it wasn’t communist enough to just about take over an industry, now we have to throw out names to confirm it?

(JUNE1, 2009)

CAVUTO: Steve Rattner, who heads this auto task force, he’s like Oz. You know, I never see the guy. I never see the guy.

And I know this is not a position that requires Senate confirmation. But, again, I am delighted to see you talking to the press. He never does.

What is the deal?

AUSTAN GOOLSBEE, WHITE HOUSE ECONOMIC ADVISER: Well, you know, you should — you should try to get him. He is a lot prettier than I am.

(CROSSTALK)

CAVUTO: Actually, I have tried to get him, and he never is available. But you are. And I admire and respect that, as I did in the days when you were working for then candidate Obama.

But, I mean, I know you’re not going to trash the guy who chairs the task force on which you sit, but this is what troubles a lot of folks on both aisles here, all these czars running around, and apparently accountable to no one, and apparently not talking to anyone.

GOOLSBEE: No, but, now, wait.

(JUNE 3, 2009)

Leaving aside that things didn't work out too well for the last czar, the administration likes czars. We've got a car czar, a financial regulatory czar, soon a cyber-security czar.

I don't know where this czar thing is going. I do know it's going without anyone writing off on it or them.

Not us. Not even Congress.

(MAY 28, 2009)

What if I told you a decision later this week could impact you even more? New reporters saying the president is said to appoint a cyber czar for the Internet.

God they love the czar thing, you know? Things didn’t work out too well for the last czar if my memory serves me right.

(JUNE 3, 2009)

From the czar, nothing — as if he were saying, "Quiet, silly subject! I'm the czar."

But again, he's not saying anything, is he? He doesn't have to. He's a czar and we're not.

If only Czar Nicholas had this gig, right? Nothing – I guarantee you, nothing — would have ever happened to him.
