NANCY PELOSI PUSHES AGENDA 21 ON HOUSE FLOOR

What you are about to see in this video is Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) spearheading HC Res 353 on the House floor to pursue United Nations (UN) Agenda 21. She calls out “Agenda 21” twice and clearly states that it is the “United Nations Sustainable Development” program.

Advance to 11:43:30 on the video and watch until 11:51:48. Representative Eliot Engel (D-NY) speaks first, Nancy Pelosi speaks next and WM Broomfield (R-MI) speaks last. They all use the term “Agenda 21” and they all state it is from the “United Nations”.

The bill is described on the House floor as follows:

H.C.Res. 353: “A bill to expressing the sense of the Congress that the United States should assume a strong leadership role in implementing the decisions made at the Earth Summit by developing a national strategy to implement Agenda Twenty-One and other Earth Summit agreements through domestic policy and foreign policy, by cooperating with all countries to identify and initiate further agreements to protect the global environment, and by supporting and participating in a high-level United Nations Sustainable Development Commission.” [Emphasis added]

There is simply no other way to state this… Progressives lie. Their continuous denial that UN Agenda 21 exists defies their own words; it exists, they know it and they were the ones pushing it – by name.

We know there are Progressives on both sides of the aisle, so it is not surprising that they have a Republican stooge (WM Broomfield) on their side.

In the past twenty years, they have come a long way. Agenda 21 is being implemented by the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI) throughout our country. Notice that the United States has the largest number of Agenda 21 geographic locations of any other participating country. Other countries continue to mine and drill for their natural resources, but Obama chokes off access to our resources. If you do not believe it, go to your local gas station and check out the price of gasoline. It was $1.83 per gallon when Obama took office.

It is important that you know that Article 1, Section 10 of the US Constitution prohibits states and their subdivisions from entering into alliances with foreign operatives. ICLEI is a foreign operative; hence, Agenda 21 is in direct violation of the US Constitution.

A key feature of Agenda 21 is to end property rights in our country and justify/mandate control of where and how we live and work. It is also a redistributive program whereby it transfers America’s wealth to the UN oligarchy and other countries as it diminishes our way of life to that of a third world country.

By design, Agenda 21 requires the death of free market capitalism. Why else would Obama continue to destroy our free market system, place more and more private industries and land under government control and broaden Crony Capitalism? Agenda 21 is a vehicle to achieve a transformation of America into something else that will be run by a global oligarchy.

Food Fights and Class Warfare

There was a time when full tables signified prosperity and thick waistlines were considered attractive. The ability to eat one's fill was what separated the gentry from the peasant making do with a few crusts and salted leftovers. Fat was in because it represented leisure and wealth. Thin meant you were on the road to the poorhouse or to consumption, which meant your body was being consumed, not that you were the one doing the consuming.

Then feudalism went the way of the dodo, agriculture was revolutionized and starvation went extinct in the West. Between the widespread availability of cheap food and social welfare programs covering everything from soup kitchens to food stamps, it became hard to starve. Not only was the availability of food no longer associated with prosperity, but even the poor had begun to eat so well that fat began to carry working class and lower class associations.

Fat was no longer wealth, instead conscientious fitness became a mark of prosperity. The laden table made way for micro portions and exotic but barely edible foods. Thin was in on the plate and the waistline.

In Third World countries where feudalism never ended and the agriculture revolution never mattered, the values often never flipped. Instead of anorexia, teenage girls suffer from being force fed to make them more marriageable. The wealthy are fat and the feasts at the top never end.

In the West, weight stands in for class, at a time when explicit classism has become politically incorrect. When Europeans sneer at how fat Americans are, and American coastal elites sneer at the rest of the country for being fat, it's a class putdown that dressed up longstanding contempt in the colors of the welfare state.

Just because the left and its class warfare worldview, which pretends to be concerned about the plight of the underclass, dominates Western societies does not mean that it is not classist. The left is elitist and its underclass protectionism creates a new wave feudalism with a vast government funded upper and middle class dedicated to caring for the underclass, subsidizing it, caring for it and taxing it to pay for all those services.

The obesity concern trolling is a combination of classism and nanny statism that brings to mind the days when their ideological forebears thought that the way to deal with the poor was to sterilize those who seemed less capable than the rest to improve the breed. There is something equally Darwinian in the sneers aimed at Paula Deen. The breed being culled while the elites try to teach their less evolved cousins to survive by eating their arugula.

The nanny state is built on a technocratic confidence in the ability to create one size fits all solutions, overlaying that on a map of the current medical wisdom leads to the creation of single standards, which often have less to do with health than they do with the status symbols of the leisure class. 19th century popularized medicine created so many of these fads that some of them are still around today. The 20th century created even more.

Death though is not only inevitable, but it cannot be dodged with a one size fits all standard. Fitness guru Jim Fixx who helped kickstart the running craze died in his early fifties of a heart attack. Fixx had quit smoking and lost weight, and still died at an early age. Jackie Gleason who spent his life looking like a walking health attack, smoking and drinking, outlived him by nearly twenty years.

Medicine is individual and the collectivization of medicine is a technocratic solution that leads nowhere except to few doctors and ranks of unionized medical personnel nudging patients into following the script handed down to them by professors who have never actually practiced medicine a day in their life. This is the outcome of a nanny state outlook that sees individuals as dispensable, that is concerned only with group outcomes.

This view requires seeing all people as endowed with certain problems that require broad stroke solutions, like adding calories to menus and other rats in a maze tactics designed to modify human behavior on a national level. The targeting of fast food restaurants, public school meals and food stamps reeks of the same elitist arrogance that drives the nanny state.

The politicization of food by the elites of the left always comes down to class, no matter how it may be disguised in liberal colors. From exotic to locally grown, the trajectory of food politics follows the upselling of food prices The only difference is that the dominance of the left has wrapped the added cost with no added value in their own politics. The more affordable food becomes, the more the left finds ways to add cost to food, without adding value.

But the politicization of food goes beyond the fair trade and locally grown fetishes of the politically correct elites, the more politics ends up on your plate, the more the elites are driven to involve everyone else in their food fights. What begins as a way of raising prices while diminishing value to assert wealth and privilege becomes imposed on everyone in the name of their political morality. Once everyone else is paying more and getting less, then the classist left demands new ways to set its superior moral eating habits apart. Instead of everyone ending up with more food, everyone ends up with less.

The cultural ascendance of the left has meant that instead of conspicuous consumption, the consumption has to be disguised with conspicuous political pieties. The food may cost twice as much, but it's locally grown on a farm run by handicapped union workers who visit Cuba to receive free health care or by the indigenous peoples of Tuba-Tuba with the proceeds going to a complete sonic library of their chants and ceremonies. The entire thing is meaningfully meaningless, but it disguises the consumption in a hairshirt, which is the entire point.

Conspicuous consumption is now for the poor while conspicuous conservation is for liberal elites. Al Gore may live in a mansion but he still has the carbon footprint of a mouse. The problem is the truck driver whose vehicle emissions are killing the planet. Whole Foods is just fine, but we need to do something about McDonald's.

Conspicuous conservationism has made America a poorer country, destroyed millions of jobs and outsourced them overseas. Now it's beginning to make America a hungrier country. In a moment of horrifying tone deafness that makes Marie Antoinette seem enlightened, the left is cheering that fewer Americans are eating meat, without seeming to understand that it's because fewer Americans are able to afford it because of their economic policies.

What the left's food police can't accomplish with nudges and shaming, they can finish off with policies and regulations that end up raising the price of food or by making it too difficult to sell. As the left tries and fails to sell the general public on conservation as a status symbol, it moves in the heavy bureaucratic artillery.

It isn't unusual for elites to use the legal system to enforce their own values on the general public, though it was the kind of thing that the universal franchise was supposed to put a leash on, but there is something grim about their growing preoccupation with the habits and mortality of the population. It's the kind of concern that has a habit of ending in eugenics and the more medicine is universalized, the easier it is to start cutting off access to medical treatment for those who haven't been nudged far enough in the right direction.

Social medicine politicizes food consumption and a globalized economy politicizes food production. And the politicized American plate has less on it and at a higher price. While the left obsessively pursues its mission of destroying fast food in the name of lowering social medicine costs and being fairer to farmers, what they are truly accomplishing is to take affordable and filling food off the shelves, as they have done with countless other products that they have targeted.

By the time the left was done with Russia, it had gone from a wheat producer to a wheat importer and many basic food staples were hard to come by even in a country filled with collective farms. Finding modern day examples of that isn't hard. We only have to look as far south as Venezuela to see empty store shelves under the weight of government food policies. But one day that may be the local grocery store if the left gets its way.

That is certainly no surprise since his mentor is none other than former Secretary of State and National Security Advisor Henry Kissinger (also a CFR member, Trilateralist and one-world internationalist or globalist, just like Newt).  "Control oil and you control nations; control food and you control the people." …Henry Kissenger

While in Congress Newt supported GATT, NAFTA, WTO, has done a commercial with Progressive Princess Nancy Pelosi supporting global warming legislation, and although it will take some compromise to deal with 11 million (more like 22 million) illegal aliens living the United States, after securing our borders Newt’s stated plan is leaning pretty far into the Amnesty Arena.

This maybe the most important election of our lives if not in America’s history.  We must, as people vet each candidate running in the primaries and general election from both parties, and that includes Barack Hussein Obama, who was never vetted before the the 2008 Election and was promoted and favored by the mainstream media without that vetting. So with all the questions, it needs to be done this time around.

WHITE HOUSE INSIDER: They Got Obamacare – Now They Want the 2nd Amendment –The Ulsterman Report

With decades of experience as a political operative within the Democratic Party, including service to both the Clinton and Obama administrations, our ongoing dialogue with the figure simply known to readers as “Insider” continues…

Ulsterman:  It seems the Solyndra scandal is heating up for the White House as –name withheld- predicted.  You still feel Fast and Furious is the

Insider:  To hell with Solyndra.  I told you before – if it helps to weaken the administration, fine.  So be it.  The more the merrier – but NO, Solyndra is not what we are focusing on.  Fast and Furious remains the most pressing concern at this moment for those inside the administration trying to contain the scandal.  I assure you of that.  They were all in on that program you know.  The administration…the party leadership.  It was attached to the arrogance they had after passage of Obamacare – they thought there was nothing they couldn’t accomplish.  Nothing they couldn’t push through.

Ulsterman:  Elaborate on that please.  What do you mean by arrogance?  And what were they trying to accomplish?

Insider:  They got Obamacare – now they want the 2^nd Amendment.  There were some who didn’t get it.  Why go for gun control?  Hell, the White House Chief of Staff at the time didn’t want to go for Obamacare – he didn’t understand the push for that.  Knew it would be a political liability – the economy needed to be dealt with.  That alone shows those calling the shots at the White House are removed from the normal…the historical divisions of power within the administration.  All those f—cking czars…the advisers…Jarrett.  These people put in without any Congressional oversight – they are running the program.  The media has danced around that story, but it gets buried. Ignored.

Ulsterman:  Focus on the gun control issue – you’ve mentioned that before.  I recall that.

Insider:  You’re right.  Yeah…controlling healthcare and controlling guns – they were viewed as a package deal at about the same time it seems.  Control how people live, how they die, and how they go about protecting themselves – that about sums it up.

Ulsterman:  You sound like a gun rights advocate.

Insider: I am.  Always have been.  You see, this is…always has been one hell of a confounding contradiction of liberals.  I never got it.  These people say they are suspicious of government, right? They protest it.  They march against it…whatever.  And yet these same people – or a lot of them…they want to go ahead and give the government control over almost every critical aspect of their lives.  Education.  Healthcare.  Personal property rights.  Gun laws…it just…it never made sense to me.  It’s why those people are so damn easy to manipulate.  They are chock full of emotional contradiction.

Ulsterman:  You don’t sound like much of a Democrat right now.

Insider:  I ain’t – not today’s version anyway.  You know that.  I’m wandering in the wilderness kid.  40 fu—ing days and 40 fu—ing nights.  And there ain’t no promised land – not even a hope of that promised land if this country gives Barack Obama a second term.

Ulsterman:  Explain the gun control connection again – the Fast and Furious connection.

Insider:  I mentioned a memo…or a communication…there was, or is – something out there.  Or it was circulating – I don’t have the exact specifics.  But something was being planned – directly connecting this Fast and Furious disaster and the Obama people – some in the party…an entire plan to initiate sweeping gun control legislation throughout the country.  Now I didn’t know this until after the fact.  Didn’t believe it at first.  Seemed to…even for this group – seemed too damn far-reaching.  You step back though – watch what is being done, see how the dots start connecting – then you find religion.

Ulsterman:  What are the dots being connected?

Insider: Just look at what is being reported.  It’s still just under the surface – but it’s there.  You have people right now within the party taking this moment to once again push for gun control and using the scandal – Fast and Furious, using that to do so.  They are saying these things openly.  It’s astonishing to me.  They are very confident – or very afraid.  I think it’s fear that is now motivating them.  When you have Feinstein coming right out and saying we need enhanced gun control because of Fast and Furious  – days away from the Attorney General giving sworn testimony…something is up.  Something big.  She is attempting some serious damage control, trying to get out in front of the story.

Ulsterman: You’re speculating on this?  You don’t know?

Insider: I don’t have specific information…that’s correct.  I told you before – information coming out…it’s in lockdown mode.  From both parties on this.  Both sides have managed to shut off access to information – whatever is going on.  That has always proven before to be the calm before a storm.  A big fu—ing storm.

Ulsterman: What about the story that Hillary Clinton had a hand in Fast and Furious?

Insider: What?

Ulsterman:  There was a story or two out there implicating Hillary as being part of the scandal.  A direct part.

Insider:  Bullsh-t.  Move on.

Ulsterman:  You don’t believe there is a possibility of that?  It’s an international incident.  She heads up the State Department.  She—

Insider:  I said move on.  Hillary will not be implicated in this.  That won’t happen.

Ulsterman:  What about Rahm Emanuel – could he have had knowledge of this plan?  He was White House Chief of Staff when it was implemented, right?  Wouldn’t that place him in the room when they were laying all of this out?  Including the connection between Obamacare, Fast and Furious, and gun control that you just laid out?

Insider:  (Long pause – no response)

Ulsterman:  Did you hear me?

Insider:  I will say this just once  – so you need to really listen here.  Hillary Clinton will not be implicated.  Rahm Emanuel will not be implicated.  If you’re out there reading something about them being tied in with this mess…those stories are pushbacks – you understand?  They certainly have plenty of knowledge to implicate this administration, right?  So Jarrett and her crew are giving off little warnings to them to stand down – to shut up.  It’s typical bullsh-t.  Don’t fall for it.  Stay focused on Fast and Furious and the danger it poses to this administration.

Ulsterman:  Hillary Clinton is still part of the administration.

Insider:  If you want to continue with this line of questioning you will be doing it by yourself.  Permanently.

Ulsterman:  Is Hillary Clinton assisting in the Fast and Furious investigation. Or Rahm Emanuel?

Insider: No comment.  Move on.

Ulsterman:  Are Republicans aware of the Fast and Furious connection to attempted gun control by the Obama administration?  Are they pursuing that – will they be pursuing that during the Congressional hearings coming up?

Insider:  Are they aware of it – yes.  That much I know.  For certain.  Whether they plan to openly make it part of the public hearings…I don’t know.

Ulsterman:  Are you working with the Republicans on this issue – Fast and Furious, or any Republican-related campaign to defeat Barack Obama?

Insider:  I’m not on the payroll if that’s what you mean.

Ulsterman:  But you’re cooperating in some way?  With Republicans?

Insider:  I won’t answer that.

Ulsterman:  You’ve been giving me that answer a lot today.

Insider:  (No response)

Ulsterman:  Back to Fast and Furious…back to the hearings. Will they be the final straw to remove Eric Holder?  Is this thing reaching its conclusion?  You’ve been at this for nearly a year now. Forcing Holder out – “Obama’s firewall” as you call him.

Insider:  I certainly hope so.  It’s been a hard run hasn’t it?  Uphill the whole way it seems.  But the last few months…recently…we’ve been doin’ – doin’ good.  Real good on this.  All of this…this thing.  Holder is in a corner now.  Question is…is Obama right there with him?  They’ve had a while to prepare for Holder’s leaving.  Gotta believe protections have been put in place.  Whether or not they will be enough…too early to know.

Ulsterman:  But Attorney General Eric Holder is gone?  He will be forced out?  You are still certain of that at this point?

Insider:  Yes.  No doubt whatsoever.  And I want to encourage you again to look at the gun control angle in all of this.  It’s bigger than Fast and Furious.  Imagine if Americans were made to know – to understand, how lives were spent in a purely political attempt to enhance federal gun control laws.  And I think immigration is tied into it all as well.  I’m not doing this…I’m not laying it out as well as I need to for you and I’m sorry for that.  The scope of this plan requires a person to almost suspend reality – fu—ing reality for a moment.  We had the feds placing deadly weapons into the hands of dangerous criminals.  That’s the reality as we know it now.  Those are the facts, right?

Ulsterman:  Yes.

Insider:  Ok – so those guns are given to these criminals who then turn around and use them to kill Americans, to kill Mexicans, to cause all kinds of chaos, right?  The shops used to sell those guns – the government forced them to sell those guns, right?

Ulsterman:  Right.

Insider:  Yeah – the government basically put a gun to those gun sellers’ head and told them to allow those criminals to purchase those weapons.  Then they turn around and are prosecuting those gun sellers, while at the same time you got Democrats…some of the most extreme of Democrats – they are calling for gun control.  It’s the part about nobody in the administration trying to track those guns that were given to the criminals…that’s the key for me in this.  They didn’t care about those guns, right?  It seems pretty damn obvious they could care less where those guns were going…who had them, whatever.  So what was the purpose of Fast and Furious if it wasn’t to track those guns back to the criminals and arrest them?  What the f-ck were they up to?  You ask yourself that?

Ulsterman:  Yeah – and there still doesn’t seem to be an answer.

Insider:  Bullsh-t there isn’t an answer – it’s just that the answer is the most frightening one, so not enough people are willing to look at it.  If the Obama administration wasn’t really concerned about the actual guns – they lost over a thousand or so, right?  Can’t find them.  No idea where they went.  So those guns weren’t the concern.  It was the crime they wanted to trace back to those guns that were sold in the United States.  It was the crimes they wanted to happen – they fu—ing encouraged to happen – that was the purpose of all of this.  Turn around and use those crimes to push through much tougher federal gun controls, and push through some kind of amnesty immigration policy.  WE killed 200 Mexicans – that message…guilt voters into amnesty, right?  And I’m not opposed to some immigration policy – it’s needed, and long overdue.  But for God’s sake – I’m not for killing people to get there.  This White House was willing to do that.  This White House, the Obama administration – they were willing to kill Mexicans.  But they made a mistake…the killing of the border agents – they didn’t prepare to have those killings linked to the weapons.  Or if they did, they didn’t realize it would backfire against them like it did.

Ulsterman:  Will the hearings bring this information out?  Will it hit the mainstream?

Insider:  We are trying to make that happen.  Trying very hard.  We need a Democrat to stand up and point a finger at this administration and call them out for this mess.  All of it.

Ulsterman:  Will that happen?  Do you have a Democrat willing to do that?  To take on that risk?

Insider:  Yes.  It’s a matter of timing – but yes…we do.

Ulsterman:  A question or two on the 2012 election if you don’t mind?

Insider:  Certainly – go ahead.

Ulsterman:  The Herman Cain story – the allegations of sexual harassment…who initiated it?

Insider:  Don’t know…but if it came from any of the GOP campaigns…the Romney people or the Perry camp – a huge mistake.  Huge.

Ulsterman: How so?

Insider:  The story is growing beyond the borders of Herman Cain – it is being used now to paint the GOP field.  That kind of infighting…that simply cannot be allowed to happen.  The stakes are far too high.  Whoever is chosen as the nominee – all of you need to stand behind them.  Every single vote opposed to Barack Obama needs to join together.  I cannot stress that enough.  Millions upon millions are gonna be spent dividing the Republican party against itself.  That is already underway.  Don’t trust one godd-mn word you read on those message things of yours – the Facebook stuff.  I bet the farm you got Obama operatives posting on there.  You know that, right?  I still say you’d be much better off shutting that thing down.  And they are all over the place.  They got a plan in place – probably already underway, thousands of people attempting to form the message in favor of Obama.  An entire online only operation to compliment the mainstream media,Hollywood…everything.  That’s why I am telling anyone I can that once the GOP nominee is chosen – you all gotta put whatever differences you might have now and focus everything on making Barack Obama a one-termer.  They – the Obama machine…they are counting on that not happening.

Ulsterman:  Who – what GOP nominee would pose the greatest threat to Obama?

Insider:  It’s too early to say for certain.  I maintain that Herman Cain would not win the nomination.  He represents the frustrations of a lot of people – but not the best hopes of the Republican Party.  He won’t be able to withstand the onslaught that is coming from the Obama machine.  I used the term brutal before – sticking with that.  Brutal.

Ulsterman:  So in your opinion – who could withstand that onslaught?

Insider:  Romney remains the frontrunner.  That hasn’t changed.  And for the people who say he’s not conservative enough…he ain’t Barack Obama.  It’s that fu—ing simple.  You hear about anyone saying they won’t vote for Romney if he’s the nominee…that person wants Obama to be given another four years to destroy this country.  People need to grow the f-ck up.  Stop the childish bullsh-t about this GOP candidate over the other.  When the nominee is chosen – they are the one who needs to win against Barack Obama.  Anyone who can say with a straight face that John McCain would have been worse than Barack Obama…c’mon.  Nobody in their right mind thinks that anymore  – except the most extreme Democrats.  And they ain’t Democrats.

Ulsterman: Who else – besides Romney?

Insider:  Look, I don’t buy the media’s spin that the GOP field is a bunch of losers.  And that’s just how they have been trying to portray them.  This is…almost all of them are viable candidates.  If I had to choose a legit underdog – somebody besides Romney who is up and coming, who could take on Barack Obama, it would be Newt Gingrich.  You’ve written on him – I’ve noted that.  There is some money taking an interest in Gingrich these days – which is interesting because he burned a lot of bridges with those people not so long ago.  But with the threat to everything that is Barack Obama, it seems like perhaps all is forgiven these days.  At least for now.  I read the line that Gingrich has baggage.  Really now.  Baggage?  And just what the f-ck you wanna call what Obama has?  So anyone who throws out that baggage BS about Gingrich – it’s just like I said.  Don’t trust them.  They are angling for Obama’s re-election.

Ulsterman:  You don’t sound like you’re with the party – the Democratic Party, anymore.

Insider:  Not true – not true.  I’m…what I’m with, what I’m for, is defeating Barack Obama.  For now – that’s it.  The moderates – those who are left, they are asserting themselves more and more.  You need to watch – do a better job watching for that.  It’s happening.  There’s been blurbs here and there on it. Both Pelosi and Reid have been marginalized.  There’s significant pressure being placed on the Dems who sit on the super-committee thing.  Bi-partisan pressure mind you.  The real deal.  You need to note those things. It’s all connected to what we are doing here.

Ulsterman:  Anything else to look out for in the coming days and weeks?

Insider:  The “Home for the Holidays” campaign I told you about – it’s really moving out there now.  They’ve tied it into the jobs bill for Chr-st  sake.  And it isn’t sitting well with all the military.  I got an earful of that the other day.  Watch for that to keep building momentum.  They – the Obama people, they are really thinking that’s gonna work out well for them.  And it just might.  It sickens me to see the same people this president once accused of carpet bombing villages and killing civilians now doing a complete 180 and using them as props for his re-election campaign.

You ever step back and really take note of just how far gone this White House is?  How damn inconceivable it should all seem but isn’t because they have done it over and over again?  And how they are allowed to get away with it?  At least up to now?  Just how bad it is?  So much of it.  Everywhere.

Ulsterman?  What?

Insider:  We have an administration directly responsible for the killing of hundreds of civilians in Mexico.  The killing of our own border agents.  The wasting of billions of taxpayer dollars that went back into the hands of Obama campaign donors.  A Justice Department that dismissed a clearly proven voter intimidation case – that was on record declaring its intent to ignore race-based crimes where Whites were the victims.  The shutting down of energy production industries in the Gulf – only to turn around and allow other nations the right to drill our oil.  This president allows Middle East nations that were once at least somewhat cooperative with the interests of the United States to be over-run by Muslim extremists – and they call that kind of thing a fu—ing victory for the administration!  Talk about your “Mission Accomplished” moment!  This president golfs more than he governs.  He doesn’t meet with his own cabinet.  There’s people in that administration who have never spoken to the man!  When he is at the White House he sits up in that second floor room of his watching TV and waiting for the next batch of orders to come to him from Jarrett. A president that embraces radicalized union-backed protesters calling for socialism, who destroy property and rape the weak.  He has repeatedly pissed off Democrats and Republicans at every turn.  Every fu—ing turn.  At every fu—ing level.  This guy has sh-t on the office.  Sh-t on the responsibility.  Sh-t on the history and tradition of the office that he, by some tragic accident of which I personally played a part it – now occupies.

So I ask you – you seem to think I got all the answers – so I ask you…HOW THE FU-K DOES THAT HAPPEN?  HOW DOES IT CONTINUE TO HAPPEN?  Because I don’t know.  I’ve seen it.  I’ve done it – just about all there is to do in this town…and I don’t know how it’s happening.

All I do know is it’s gotta stop.  That man – Barack Obama…he cannot be elected again in 2012. He must be defeated.  All of them. This country cannot be so far gone as to not recognize that fact.

Within hours of publishing this interview, copies of Attorney General Eric Holder’s prepared testimony to Congress were leaked – testimony giving clear indication of Mr. Holder’s attempts to utilize the Fast and Furious scandal as justification for further federal gun control legislation.

The president is contemptuous of American values. And one key nominee prefers the judgment of other countries and global elites.

Watching President Obama apologize last week for America's arrogance - before a French audience that owes its freedom to the sacrifices of Americans - helped convince me that he has a deep-seated antipathy toward American values and traditions. His nomination of former Yale Law School Dean Harold Koh to be the State Department's top lawyer constitutes further evidence of his disdain for American values.

This seemingly obscure position in Foggy Bottom's bureaucratic maze is one of the most important in any administration, shaping foreign policy in the courts and playing a critical role in international negotiations and treaties.

Let's set aside Koh's disputed comments about the possible application of Sharia law in American jurisprudence. The pick is alarming for more fundamental reasons having to do with national sovereignty and constitutional self-governance.

What is indisputable is that Koh calls himself a "transnationalist." He believes U.S. courts "must look beyond national interest to the mutual interests of all nations in a smoothly functioning international legal regime. ..." He thinks the courts have "a central role to play in domesticating international law into U.S. law" and should "use their interpretive powers to promote the development of a global legal system."

Koh's "transnationalism" stands in contrast to good, old-fashioned notions of national sovereignty, in which our Constitution is the highest law of the land. In the traditional view, controversial matters, whatever they may be, are subject to democratic debate here. They should be resolved by the American people and their representatives, not "internationalized." What Holland or Belgium or Kenya or any other nation or coalition of nations thinks has no bearing on our exercise of executive, legislative, or judicial power.

Koh disagrees. He would decide such matters based on the views of other countries or transnational organizations - or, rather, those entities' elites.

Unsurprisingly, Koh is a strong supporter of the International Criminal Court, which could subject U.S. soldiers and officials to foreign criminal trials for their actions while fighting for our security. He has recommended that American lawyers work to "undermine" official American opposition to the court.

If only Koh's transnationalism ended there. Our Eighth Amendment's prohibition on cruel and unusual punishment? Koh believes it should be reinterpreted in light of foreign and international law to pay "decent respect to the opinions of humankind."

Old fogies like me believe we ought to pay more attention to the opinions of the Founders who wrote the Constitution and the people who have lived under it. If Americans want to end the death penalty, they can do so through their elected state representatives.

If foreign opinions trump those of Pennsylvanians on capital punishment, why not on other issues? Why not, indeed: Koh thinks "international comity" trumps American sovereignty. He believes that, since certain nations recognize a right to same-sex marriage, our courts should, too. He wrote that "the principles of human dignity and autonomy that are the essence of the modern right-protecting democracy demand that civil marriage be available to all couples and that the equality of all citizens triumph over historical attitudes."

What's beneath this legal jargon? Simply this: Even if marriage in Pennsylvania has always been understood as involving one man and one woman - even if Pennsylvanians, through referendum or constitutional amendment, decide it should remain so - none of that should count. What should count are the views of courts in other nations or international bodies.

"I'd rather have [Supreme Court Justice Harry] Blackmun, who used the wrong reasoning in Roe to get the right results," Koh wrote of the landmark abortion case, "and let other people figure out the right reasoning."

Stunning and revealing: Koh tells us it doesn't matter if the right to abortion can be found in the Constitution. In fact, he concedes that Blackmun's reasoning was wrong. But it is up to others to get it right. How? By finding out what the United Nations, European Union, or particular European nations think.

Koh tops the list of Obama's potential Supreme Court nominees. Is this what Sen. John Kerry meant when he once suggested that American policy must pass a "global test"? Or what Barack Obama meant when he said last week that we have failed to "appreciate Europe's leading role in the world"? Or when he spoke of "change we can believe in"? And just who are "we"?
