Arabs Throw Rocks at 20-Month-Old Israeli Baby

In a chilling assault Israel National News reports took place in Samaria on Wednesday, Arabs allegedly threw rocks at an Israeli car, injuring the face of a 20-month-old girl who was in the back seat.

The child was reportedly treated on the scene by medics with the Samaria Regional Authority (SRA) and later brought to a hospital.

SRA official Gershon Mesika said, “The ‘men of peace’ of the Palestinian murder authority provide yet more proof, to those who still need it, as to just whom we are facing. We face low life terrorists who try to murder babies.”

INN adds:

An Israeli citizen was lightly wounded from rocks hurled by Arabs as he drove near Halhoul. Three Arabs were arrested Wednesday afternoon in confrontations with security forces near the Kalandiya checkpoint. Earlier, they threw rocks at IDF forces and burned tires.

Several dozen Arabs threw rocks at Border Policemen near Har Adar, not far from Jerusalem. No one was hurt. The policemen used riot dispersal gear to scatter the rioters.

INN does not divulge whether the culprits have been tracked down.

Below is footage provided by INN of the mother and child in the aftermath of the attack speaking to Israeli authorities. From the looks of the pictures and video, the child, while clearly having sustained face trauma, remained calm in her mother’s arms:

Remember… these are people who still stone people to death.  They stone women (victims) who have been raped to death for dishonoring their families. What do you think they will do to you?  Wake-up America, Christians, Jews…

September 22, 2011: A Date Which Will Live in Infamy?… The Day the World Chooses

On September 22, 2011 there will be a resolution introduced in the United Nations to recognize Palestine as a nation, with all the rights and privileges thereof. Tom Trento, President of The United West said, "This will be a day where the world chooses."

Will September 22, 2011 be a date which will live in infamy?

I use these words because they hearken back to another date and a similar situation leading up to WWII. President Roosevelt purposefully framed his speech before a joint session of Congress on December 8, 1941 centered on the perceived low moral character of the Japanese government. He drew a sharp contrast between the "righteous might" of the American people and the aggressive and deceitful nature of the Japanese regime.

May I humbly suggest the same applies today. The Palestinian Authority (and HAMAS) are of low moral character and the American people remain steadfast as a righteous might in the world.

Turki Al Faisal, former Saudi Ambassador to the United states, wrote an op-ed column in the New York Times titled, "Veto a State, Lose an Ally". The op-ed was published on September 11, 2011, the tenth anniversary of the attack on the World Trade Center and Pentagon, by shariah Islamic saboteurs, fifteen of them Saudi citizens.

Al Faisal states, "The United States must support the Palestinian bid for statehood at the United Nations this month or risk losing the little credibility it has in the Arab world. If it does not, American influence will decline further, Israeli security will be undermined and Iran will be empowered, increasing the chances of another war in the region."

Al Faisal wants the U.S. to abandon Israel and in return gain credibility in the Arab world. This is a highly questionable result and infamous trade off. The shariah Islamist world refuses to recognize America or Israel's right to exist. Palestinians have had many opportunities to gain peace and security, history tells us they have rejected each and everyone.

This effort for Palestinian statehood reminds me of the "Sudeten Crisis" of 1938. In March 1938, Hitler made Nazi Germany the advocate of ethnic Germans living in Czechoslovakia, triggering the "Sudeten Crisis". The following month, Sudeten Nazis, led by Konrad Henlein, agitated for autonomy. British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain met with Adolf Hitler in Berchtesgaden on 15 September and agreed to the cession of the Sudetenland. Three days later, French Prime Minister Édouard Daladier did the same. No Czechoslovak representative was invited to these discussions.

This led to Chamberlain meeting again with Hitler on September 29, 1938. Hitler and Chamberlain signed a three paragraph declaration. Chamberlain landed at Heston Aerodrome on 30 September 1938, and spoke to the crowds there saying:

"The settlement of the Czechoslovakian problem, which has now been achieved is, in my view, only the prelude to a larger settlement in which all Europe may find peace. This morning I had another talk with the German Chancellor, Herr Hitler, and here is the paper which bears his name upon it as well as mine. Some of you, perhaps, have already heard what it contains but I would just like to read it to you: ' ... We regard the agreement signed last night and the Anglo-German Naval Agreement as symbolic of the desire of our two peoples never to go to war with one another again.'" [My emphasis]

Later on that same day Chamberlain declared, ". . . I believe it is peace for our time. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. And now I recommend you to go home and sleep quietly in your beds."

Fast forward to today with Al Faisal saying, "American support for Palestinian statehood is therefore crucial, and a veto will have profound negative consequences. In addition to causing substantial damage to American-Saudi relations and provoking uproar among Muslims worldwide, the United States would further undermine its relations with the Muslim world, empower Iran and threaten regional stability. Let us hope that the United States chooses the path of justice and peace."

Is Palestine the new Sudetenland? Will we have justice and peace in our time?

History says otherwise. We will not sleep peacefully in our beds for long if the UN unilaterally imposes a new state in the Middle East. It is only a matter of time for the inevitable to occur - war in the Middle East.

Israeli Reservists Called Up, Instructions Unclear

The IDF has called up a relatively large number of reservists over the week's end, for an open-ended period of duty, in anticipation of possible large scale violence after the expected rejection of a Palestinian Authority bid for United Nations recognition as a state. Arutz Sheva has learned that the reservists have been instructed to maintain "restraint and alertness" but have not been given specific instructions regarding scenarios that could unfold.

For example, reservists reported asking what to do if an Arab woman carrying a baby tries to break into a community. "Do we open fire?" They were told: "Open fire only if your life is in danger."

Forces in Judea and Samaria have been reinforced with three battalions and the IDF is preparing for calling up additional reservist battalions. Both the IDF and the Palestinian Authority police-militia have been supplied with large quantities of riot-dispersal equipment.

In the communities themselves, rapid response teams intend to show "zero tolerance" to attempts by frenzied mobs to damage the security perimeter and break into the communities, Arutz Sheva has learned.

Jesse Jackson: Obama Will 'Ignore Zionists'

Jesse Jackson is back, and that may not be good news for Barack Obama.

The Chicago-based civil rights leader made the front pages of Israeli newspapers today after he told an interviewer that Obama’s presidency will remove the clout of “Zionists who have controlled American policy for decades.”

The comments, contained in a New York Post column Tuesday, drew immediate rebuke from some Jewish groups and the Obama campaign. Appearing at an event hosted by the World Policy Forum in Evian, France, Jackson said that an Obama administration will shake things up in the Middle East.

“Decades of putting Israel's interests first” would end, said Jackson, who stressed he was only speaking as a supporter of Obama, not the campaign. “Obama is about change. And the change that Obama promises is not limited to what we do in America itself. It is a change of the way America looks at the world and its place in it.”

That apparently didn’t sit well with the candidate, who right now is worried a bit more about his place in the upcoming election. Obama’s supporters are mobilizing to reassure elderly Jews, who are concerned about his Muslim ties and his previous statements supporting Palestinian rights, that the Democrat will remain a strong supporter of Israel. American Jews, an overwhelmingly Democratic constituency, are a key demographic in Florida, a battleground state.

“Rev. Jesse Jackson Sr. is not an adviser to the Obama campaign and is therefore in no position to interpret or share Barack Obama's views on Israel and foreign policy,” Obama national security spokeswoman Wendy Morigi said in a statement dismissing Jackson’s “false charges.”

“As he has made clear throughout his career and throughout this campaign, Barack Obama has a fundamental commitment to a strong U.S.-Israel relationship,’’ the statement said. “As president, he will ensure that Israel can defend itself from every threat it faces, stand with Israel in its quest for a secure peace with its neighbors and use all elements of American power to end Iran's illicit nuclear program."

Regarding the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, Jackson said that President George W. Bush “was so afraid of a snafu and of upsetting Israel that he gave the whole thing a miss. Barack will change that," because, as long as the Palestinians haven't seen justice, the Middle East will “remain a source of danger to us all.”

The American Jewish Committee (AJC) immediately condemned Jackson's remarks.

“Rev. Jackson's remarks, which appeared in an interview with the journalist Amir Taheri in today's New York Post, echo classic anti-Semitic conspiracy theories about Jewish power,” AJC Executive Director David A. Harris told The Jerusalem Post. “This statement, regrettably, is not the first troubling comment by Rev. Jackson regarding Israel, Zionism and the Jewish people.”

“As poll after poll has revealed, over a span of decades, the United States is deeply committed to Israel because the vast majority of Americans, Jewish and non-Jewish alike, identify with Israel as a proven friend and ally,” said Harris. “It is this commonality of shared values and shared interests, and not Jackson's conspiratorial notions of power, that unite Israel and America,” Harris said.

This isn’t the first time Jackson has embarrassed Obama. Last summer he made news when he criticized the candidate for talking down to his black supporters in front of a live mike as he awaited a television interview. The minister said that he was so mad that he wanted to castrate Obama.
