Continuing on an upward trajectory, Wednesday marks the one-year anniversary of TheBlazeTV– formerly GBTV — with a significant expansion into the world of satellite television. Partnering with DISH Network, Glenn Beck’s online 24-hour news, information and entertainment network will now be available on television exclusively on DISH, joining a host of channels including MSNBC, BBC America, CNN, Current, Comedy Central and FOX News.
After launching exactly one year ago, TheBlazeTV rapidly grew into one of the world’s most subscribed-to online streaming networks. TheBlazeTV will be available to DISH viewers on channel 212 as part of DISH’s America’s Top 250 package or a la carte for $5 a month. The channel launches on Wednesday, September 12, at 5 p.m. EDT.
TheBlaze and its host of established and emerging talent including Andrew Wilkow, S.E. Cupp, Buck Sexton and Will Cain, will offer its programming as a free preview for all DISH customers through Sept. 26.
Of course, TheBlazeTV will continue to be available online at TheBlaze.com, where on-demand programs can be accessed with the click of a mouse-pad.

On radio Thursday, Glenn Beck told his audience that while on his way to South Africa, there was a curious incident that occurred during a planned stopover in Egypt.* But what we didn’t know yesterday is why. Now we do: it’s partly because of Hugo Chavez.
Beck told the Chavez-related story on his show Friday, and said that Chavez raised questions about Beck’s planned stop in Venezuela, and those questions were relayed to Beck during his stop in Egypt.
“I am informed by [my chief of staff] Joe that Hugo Chavez wanted a detailed itinerary of what I was planning on doing in Hugo Chavez’s Venezuela, and Hugo didn’t like it, and he would not allow my plane to land in Venezuela,” he explained.
Beck is planning on visiting South America as part of a special leg of a global human rights campaign.
Despite the push back from Chavez, however, Beck may have gotten the last laugh. According to him, he has “found a way” to still get his message across in the dictator’s country: via technology.*
“Hugo believes that he is going to stop people like me from speaking out and speaking their mind,” Beck said.
Former CNN political contributor Amy Holmes is joining former Fox news host Glenn Beck‘s GBTV as news anchor for The Blaze. Holmes will be tasked with anchoring news and information segments during Beck’s two-hour program from 5p to 7p on GBTV, as well as updates throughout the day.
Holmes contributed to CNN’s political coverage during the 2006 and 2008 elections, and has also contributed to NBC’s “Dateline and “Nightly News,” as well as ABC’s “The View.” She left as a contributor to CNN in 2009.
The hire is a big one for GBTV, which gets to add a familiar face to its programming. On CNN Holmes has also been decidedly independent–albeit often labeled as a conservative–making the hire an interesting one from a political perspective. Holmes was also a regular fill-in for Beck when he was at HLN.

Glenn Beck is putting away the polo and pulling out the cowboy hat. After numerous reports — including this one which includes pictures of the home Beck is reportedly renting — Beck confirmed he is moving to Dallas where he will open new radio and television studios.
Chris Balfe, President and COO of Mercury Radio Arts, tells Beck’s site The Blaze, “While Glenn will be spending much of his time there, we will continue to maintain and grow our New York City offices and studios to accommodate the talented staff we have assembled and will continue to assemble here.”
“I can’t wait,” Beck said during his radio show today. Beck announced in April that he’d be leaving the New York area, and later sold his Connecticut home. Two weeks ago, Beck and his family were harassed while watching an outdoor movie in New York City’s Bryant Park.

Conservative talker Glenn Beck is revealing his future plans after he leaves his Fox News Channel TV show — talking for the first time about how he will quit New York City and focus his media efforts on a younger audience.
Beck announced this weekend that he has sold his mansion in suburban Connecticut, which had been listed for more than a year. He had been asking $4 million.
“The last thing I will be doing, I will be leaving New York City. As we build a new media I’m not building it in New York,” Beck said. He has not divulged where he will relocate. (Many think he will be taking his family and new business to safer ground… to be prepared, as her preaches to his listeners and will be moving closer to his mentor John Huntsman Sr. somewhere in the Wyoming, Idaho, or Utah area.)
Beck said his production company, Mercury Radio Arts, is going to develop a research department “that will utilize the idle brains that we have — retired CIA and military.
“What you’re going to see in a few months is a new way to communicate with each other.” He added that he is going to “build a way to deliver news directly to the youth of America.”
Beck hinted at his change of direction during an interview earlier this month with Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly.
“It’s a new era,” he told O’Reilly. “Things are changing in the world . . . We have to reach different audiences. We have to reach younger.”
O’Reilly asked: “So you’re going to do more Internet stuff?”
Beck said: “Internet stuff. Not necessarily just with me. Bill, you know my business. I’m multiplatform and do many different things.”
O’Reilly: “So you’re going to develop programming not only for you but for other people on the Net.”
Back on March 22, The New York Times reported that Beck was considering leaving the Fox News Channel to launch his own TV channel, saying he had been contemplating a departure from Fox for more than a year.
Beck sought to downplay the report several days later. But on April 6, news broke that he will be leaving the show this year.
In a joint news release, the network and Beck's Mercury Radio Arts announced that Fox News and his company will work together to "develop and produce a variety of television projects for air on the Fox News Channel as well as content for other platforms including Fox News' digital properties."
Beck became a sensation almost immediately after jumping from HLN to Fox for an afternoon program that debuted in January 2009. But his viewership has declined lately, The Associated Press noted. (Those of us who follow the facts… know that Beck beats the pants off of everyone in his time slot and most of the shows that air at 8PM, 9PM and 10PM on all the cable networks… so the viewership angle doesn’t wash.)
Beck said in Saturday’s live broadcast from Albany on GlennBeck.com: “I don’t know where [Obama is from]. I don’t think he’s from where they issue birth certificates. I think he’s from Hell.”
Beck reiterated an earlier statement that his ideal GOP ticket for 2012 would be freshman Rep. Allen West for president and Rep. Michele Bachmann for vice president. He added that Rep. Ron Paul should be Secretary of the Treasury. (Perhaps that is clue and Sarah Palin still isn’t planning to run, because Beck is friend and supporter of Palin’s… I’m pretty sure he could support a Palin/West tickets as well!)
According to Realtor.com, Beck's 6-bedroom, 6 1/2-bath colonial mansion in Connecticut was reduced in price to $3.65 million. It has 16 rooms, five fireplaces, a pool, four-car garage and a barn on 2.8 acres. The reduced price, which may not have been the final price agreed to, is $250,000 less than what Beck and his wife paid in 2005.
While Beck’s future whereabouts remain unknown, TVNewser ‘reported’ that Mercury Radio Arts’ more than 50 employees will continue to work out of a New York office… but for now, that is all speculation.
Glenn Beck is a thief! Or something... In the midst of Beck’s announcement that he was leaving Fox and all the speculation as to how when and why a conservative web site has made the claim that Glenn is stealing material and not crediting the real brains behind all the success. Surely, this hit piece has nothing to do with revenge -- since the accusers were the ones who produced the James O'Keefe NPR story. The same story that The Blaze correctly nuked as being wildly taken out of context. And surely it has nothing to do with the truth - considering one of the main charges in the piece is that Glenn stole from Mike Opelka, a longtime friend whom Glenn pays to create content. The comments left on facebook where this article was reposted were about 98% supportive of Beck and very negative toward those trying make Glenn look bad. As someone said, “Maybe someone from the Soros network threw some money their way?!?”

The Toxic Influence of Progressive Education Schools on K-12 Curricula
In the 1960s, America's education schools began conditioning teachers to peddle impossible social and economic theories to captive human sponges in K-12 classrooms. Since then, teachers taken in by progressive indoctrination have been planting fallacies in students' minds using a pernicious device: the "deconstruction" of reality.
Deconstruction aims to disassemble traditional Western culture and replace that culture with a collectivist utopia operated under rules set by the deconstructors. Between Inauguration Day 2009 and the January 2011 GOP House takeover, a congressional wrecking crew led by President Barack Obama did an amazing amount of deconstructing.
Cleaning up K-12 requires understanding how schools devolved into left-wing ideology centers.
Starting in the 1960s, academics took heightened interest in Italian Marxist Antonio Gramsci's culturalMarxism. Members of the political class glommed onto the resulting "social justice," affirmative action, "diversity," multiculturalism, political correctness, and other malignancies spawned by cultural Marxism. Progressive politicians came to view society as a hodge-podge of racial, ethnic, gender-based, and now also sexual orientation-based groups locked in zero-sum combat with Western whites.
Generally speaking, cultural Marxism's indoctrinees have learned to view morality and knowledge as "constructs" and social and economic power as commodities to be transferred from "oppressor" to "oppressed." Progressives routinely label minorities as oppressed and anything that benefits minorities as moral. Such thinking dominates the Democrat party platform.
In embracing Western middle class deconstruction, universities took a radical left turn. To ruinous effect, the radicalism gradually descended below freshman level. Cultural Marxism entered high school, then middle school, and now infests elementary schools as well as preschools. One illustration of the use of anti-wealth, anti-American fallacies in K-12 classrooms is the showing of the virulently anti-capitalist video, The Story of Stuff. The video presents baseless, hysterical vitriol as fact. For instance, schoolchildren are told that:
... extraction ... is a fancy word for natural resource exploitation, which is a fancy word for trashing the planet. What this looks like is we chop down trees, we blow up mountains to get the metals inside, we use up all the water and we wipe out the animals.
Thousands of schools and churches have the video, while "hundreds of teachers" have required students to view the propaganda on the Internet. Googling the phrase, "The Story of Stuff," nets 2.2 million hits, and though the web buzzes with concern over exposing schoolchildren to the video's venomous distortions, interspersed amid the alarm is a shocking amount of gushing praise.
What motivates such praise? What motivates teachers to bias students against capitalism? Answers lie within education schools which influence K-12 teachers and curricula.
University of Arkansas researcher Sandra Stotsky found that education schools push "evidence-free theories" to influence curriculum development. One theory, "constructivism," argues that children learn best by constructing class topics and methods in ways which leverage the children's personal experiences. The notion "feels" seductive, but contains no factual basis.
Constructivist theory recklessly assumes that racial, ethnic, gender-based, and sexual orientation-based subgroups learn what's truly important by absorbing teacher-led dissection of Western middle class knowledge and values. Constructivism holds that after such cleansing, the subgroups should be qualified to select study topics of their choosing. The method aligns with the equally baseless views of early progressive education theorist John Dewey, who wanted children to specify "relevant [classroom] material."[1]
Related to constructivism, "reader response theory" teaches students to ignore authors' actual words and assign preferred meanings to written works. Children are conditioned to believe that truth is relative to individual or tribal experience. Ayn Rand captured the tribalistic aspect of minority exploitation in her essay, "Global Balkanization."[2] Rand observed that government "manufactures pressure groups," especially ethnic groups.
The profiteers are those group leaders who discover suddenly that they can exploit the helplessness, the fear, the frustration of their "ethnic" brothers, organize them into a group, present demands to the government-and deliver the vote.
By encouraging minorities to resist socioeconomic assimilation, progressive politicians maintain a nationwide nursery of government-dependent adults from which to draw lifelong votes...and income. Progressive teachers steer students toward a strange-brew mindset of anti-assimilation, collectivism, diversity, and we-are-the-world-ness.
Stotsky points out that the "evidence-free" education school theory of "social justice" alleges that minority children learn best when encouraged to embrace grievances against middle class whites. Social justice-indoctrinated teachers instill resentment in "non-dominant" (minority) children and guilt in "dominant" (white) children. Judging by the abundance of guilt-ridden white Americans, the tactic is working its magic well.
Social justice education deemphasizes knowledge retention and the development of traditionally productive skills. The theory's fanatical adherents maintain that teaching American history to blacks and Hispanics is oppressive. It's also oppressive to force blacks to "think like whites." "Diversity consultant" Glenn Singleton teaches that blacks must be excused from developing "annoying white characteristics, such as being 'task-oriented' and 'intellectual.'" Together, government dependency and social justice education have fashioned a super-progressivism turbo-charged by cultural Marxism. Stunted black academic achievement and disintegration of the black family are but two of the many devastating results.
In truth, disintegration of not only the black family but of wholesome tradition itself begins in preschool, as discussed in my introductory analysis of Soviet psychologist Lev Vygotsky's influence on early childhood curricula. A study by Stanford education professor David Labaree frames the scope of disfiguration of America's education curricula. Education schools fit "solidly in the progressive camp." Teachers are conditioned to "integrate the disciplines," use "socially relevant themes," and push morally relativistic versions of "community, cooperation, tolerance, justice, and democratic equality" in ways that make the concepts appear noble, indeed innocent.
But there is no innocence in the effects of the progressive conditioning of teachers. More K-12 students than ever are now being manipulated through lesson plans warped into platforms for moralizing against capitalism, the white middle class, and America. The deconstruction of American society is proceeding. The ghosts of Gramsci, Dewey, and Vygotsky are probably smiling.

There is a lack of leadership from both sides, the left and the right. However, you cannot stop all and every act of violence. It is a people problem… The media is calling the Arizona shooting a terrorist act, but it isn’t. It was a desperate act of a severely disturbed individual.
Violence should not be politicized and an act by a madman should cause us to pray and stand together against all violence for the those attacked, but we should not use the acts of a madman to cause us to give our freedoms, either. PIVEN: VIOLENCE IS OKAY IF IT‘S A ’BIG PART OF YOUR STRATEGY’
In a way the least interesting part of this clip may be the part in the headline. Frances Fox Piven, of Cloward-Piven infamy (see James Simpson’s analysis here), is talking about the Deacons of Defense and their role in the Civil Rights movement. She seems to be saying that the group was a proponent of violence rather than active defenders:
“I have considerable respect for non-violence, but I don’t treat it as inevitably a necessary rule. The reason I have respect for non-violence, is I think it helps to protect the protesters.”
“Unless you have good reason for breaking the window, probably you shouldn’t do that. Unless it’s you know, a big part of your strategy.”
Had I not researched the Deacons a bit more and you read the rest of this article and watched Piven spew her hatred for America you would not have known these Deacons were armed militia that did not incite violence but defended against it.
During a desegregation effort at the Jonesboro High School, the authorities brought up fire trucks and prepared to hose the black students attempting to enter the school. The Deacons pulled up and four men publicly loaded shotguns and then made it plain that the lead was for the firemen if they turned the hoses on. The firemen wisely beat a retreat.
This was a very significant event. This was a self-defense effort in the spirit of the American War for Independence. The government was attempting to exercise illegitimate power (enforcing an unbiblical law which by this time also violated federal law) and it was repulsed by the use of community force — by the militia, if you will.
The Deacons were in the great tradition of American freedom — liberty is not given by tyrants and thugs, it is wrested from their hands by force.
Yet, over the last three years alone, the Department has spent roughly a third of a trillion dollars with copious amounts of 'Stimulus' spending sent directly to the bosses of the teachers' unions.
I think even progressives would agree that the Department of Education has been an abysmal failure. Hundreds of billions of dollars were spent in just the last few years alone with literally no measurable effect.
But the progressives claim they need more money.
I disagree. I recommend we excise the entire Department of Education and save tens of billions of dollars a year. Whatever they're doing isn't working and has never worked. And the United States survived just fine for over 200 years without an Education Department.
You may also be surprised that the Department of Education, in its official capacity, is a huge devotee of Saul Alinsky.
He was best known as a community organizer and Marxist revolutionary who preached the violent overthrow of the United States government. He was, in many ways, the founding father of the current strain of radical Leftist Democrats. He advocated physical violence against those who opposed the left ("[we should break] the necks of Conservatives... [we] may resort to the sword"), he despised the U.S. Constitution and he sought to dismantle capitalism because of its inherent "unfairness".
And yet your taxpayer dollars are funding the promotion of Alinsky's literature. ERIC is the DOE's "Education Resources Information Center". And ERIC proudly boasts works by Alinsky and other Marxists including:
• Democratic Socialism: Toward a Fifth Theory of the Press.: "[Modern paradigms fail] to account for economic and social pressures that have led to a decline in newspaper plurality and opinions available in Western democratic societies. A new theory has recently emerged to fill this gap. The theory, which arose from democratic socialist ideology, holds that state intervention in the structure and operation of the press should be encouraged to counteract effects of private control... The theory proposes alternative ownership and management forms that would make the press public utilities..."
In other words, your tax dollars are going to a federal, Cabinet-level department to help fund both the shredding of the U.S. Constitution and the overthrow of the U.S. government itself.
Democrats always ask Republicans: so where would you cut? I would start by disbanding the entire Department of No Education, which seems more concerned with the the overthrow of capitalism than educating children.

Love Beck or hate Beck, if you watch or listen to his programs (or read his books), you know that he isn’t unreasonable and that he researches, perhaps over-researches everything he talks about. What is happening in Europe, will happen here, sadly sooner verses later. Last week Prince Charles and his wife the Duchess of Cornwall were attacked by rioters in the street. They were yelling, “Off with Their Heads”, over tuition hikes. (Perhaps more frightening to them than us because that type of revolution has happened to Royals in Europe!!)
The goal by the people in power today (Progressive, Fabians, Socialists … anti- Capitalists of all types) is Globalism and a New World Order (NWO) and they are saying it out in the open… more and more, to try to numb us of the effect or reality. Are you paying attention? They have a plan, but it is all secretive, smoke and mirrors and in the shadows; exactly the opposite of what candidate Obama promised us. There is no transparency.
The Founding Fathers delineated their foundation and thoughts about the Constitution in the Federalist Papers.
Chaos is the apparent weapon of the day for the left and there is no written plan for any of us to see and peruse, except Saul Alinsky’s teaching (Rules for Radicals) and Cloward and Piven And there is a plan… we just aren’t included. Remember self avowed Communitst , Soros affiliate and ex-Obama-Czar Van Jones talking about his bottom-up… inside-out… top-down philosphy, which has been used by George Soros to topple countries and banks before.
There is a mixture or revolutionaries and political liberals. There are the anarchists like Julian Assange. And there are the Progressive power grabbers who will use this (perhaps created) WikiLeaks incident to take more of our rights and freedoms by expanding the Espionage Act and allowing the FCC to take control of the Internet, the radio air waves, etc etc. (working around Congress like Hugo Chavez is also trying to do in Venezuela at this present time) We need to be screaming STOP at the top of our lungs~~
We must stop giving away our freedoms for security… the result is always the opposite! No freedoms and no security!!
Glenn showed a great clip of a 15-year-old young man from Britain talking about being willing to stand and to fight for his beliefs. Where are our young patriots who are willing to stand and fight for the American Republic?
“Prepare you children to defend the American Republic in mind and heart!” Get them off the x-box and the Wii and away from the TV junk shows and endless texing.
Teach them about what matters so they can stand up for their country and their freedoms!

Jim Wallace, Obama’s spiritual advisor(?), is running around the world telling people that Glenn Beck is anti-social justice, and he is, because it is not in the Bible.
What an amazing few days on the road this has been. Your spirits have been high, your faith strong and your spine unbendable. I ended my multiday book tour at The Villages with what had been billed as a rally but could be better described as a candid citizen-to-citizen chat.
Today, I have stopped looking for a leader to show us the way out because I have come to realize that the only one who can truly save our country...is us. To change America's course we need to change ourselves, our expectations and our willingness to accept the unacceptable. When we refuse to allow our children to receive a trophy for participation, we are on the road to restoring the meaning of merit in our Republic. When we insist that no one is too big to fail, we will be able to learn from our mistakes, and when we demand that we are self-reliant, we will ensure that others can rely on us, not the government.
There is much to do, much to learn and time is of the essence. While I will be explaining the entire Plan over the coming weeks and months, I did want to give you a preview of some of the highlights:
- Education is key, and not just for our children. To that end, we will be conducting a series of conventions. These will be full-day experiences where you will be immersed in learning about topics ranging from self-reliance, community organizing, the economy and how to be a political force in your own neighborhood and country. The first one will be in Orlando at UCF Arena on March 27th. You will also be able to vote to have a convention in your region by clicking here.
- I have begun meeting with some of the best minds in the country that believe in limited government, maximum freedom and the values of our Founders. I am developing a 100 year plan. I know that the bipartisan corruption in Washington that has brought us to this brink and it will not be defeated easily. It will require unconventional thinking and a radical plan to restore our nation to the maximum freedoms we were supposed to have been protecting, using only the battlefield of ideas.
- All of the above will culminate in The Plan, a book that will provide specific policies, principles and, most importantly, action steps that each of us can take to play a role in this Refounding.

Glenn Beck’s Plan – Transcript From Glenn’s Radio Show on Saturday’s Event
(Between 25,000 and 35,000 people attended a gathering at the Villages to hear Glenn unveil his plan after a last minute announcement)
GLENN: We are at a tipping point. We are, could the government become more corrupt and us survive? I don't think so. Could they listen to you less than they do now and you have any voice? I don't think so. Would they spend more and you have any future left for your children? I don't think so. Could they be any more politically correct? There was a story in the New York Times yesterday. Who caused the shooter at Fort Hood? Who built him? Surprise, surprise: You did. The United States of America made him into a killer. Could we be any more politically correct? Could we fight this war with any more sunshine and lollipops and daisies out of the barrels of our gun and survive? I don't think so. Are we headed in the right direction? Are we making these things less of a problem or more of a problem? You know the answer to that. I don't care what party you're in. You know the answer. We have a stewardship. We have been given a great nation. We have been given freedom that no one else has ever had. We have been given wealth that no one else has ever had. We've been given security that no one else has ever had. And we have taken it for granted too many times. We've given our country over to a bunch of corrupt politicians because we had faith in the system. But because this has been happening now for over 100 years, and both the Republicans and the Democrats, they are very smart. They had us arguing against each other and, no, no, it's the Democrats' fault; no, it's the Republicans' fault; no, it's the Democrats' fault. Well, change this congress and things will change; change it back and things will change again. Changity change, change, change. We were drunk on our own wealth and power, we were, we were high on our own assets and home and big screen TV and brand name clothing. We just didn't see it coming. When you can have a senator take a $100 million bribe, they don't even talk about the bill. Let the bill stand on its own. It's either right for the nation or it's not. When you have a $100 million bribe in the bill, three pages, and it's disguised. So you have to kind of figure out who it's for, $100 million, and then that senator come out and correct and say, no, no, no, it's not $100 million; it's $300 million! And they do it without shame. We're in a different world. We are, we are at the point of singularity. We are at the tipping point. The paradigm is about to shift, no matter what it is you want to call it. You feel it in your gut.
Saturday I went out to The Villages in Florida. The official number given to the Times and then not printed at any given number was 25,000 people. The Villages told me that they thought the number was closer to 35,000 but they didn't want to say. They just didn't, they don't ever want to overestimate. I will tell you they were two miles out and there were people walking from their cars, and their cars were parked on the lawns and in the grass because there was no place else to park. I looked at Joe who is my right‑hand man and I looked at him and I said, "Joe, dear heavens. Look how desperate people are for someone with an answer." As I walked up to the stage, it was extraordinarily humbling, and I want you to know, I just want you to know I'm doing my best.
I'm coming to you next year with a plan, and it's multilayered. The first is ‑‑ and I started working on this in August. A 100‑year plan for America. This country was destroyed, and it began 100 years ago with the progressive movement. We weren't destroyed overnight. We were destroyed piece by piece. So how do we get it back? Libertarians lose because they say "I'm going to abolish the IRS." Well, no, you're not. It took 100 years to get this thing. I'm going to abolish, I'm going to abolish the Department of Education, or, I'm going to pull all of my troops home. Nature abhors a vacuum. You cannot pull our troops back. Even though I now agree with you, you can't do it overnight. There has to be a plan, and it won't happen with one administration, and it won't happen with just one party. We must invite Republicans and Democrats who like freedom and small government. We must invite them into a plan that makes sense! That encourages sustainability. We must get them into ‑‑ you know the saying, into the tent. But see, the tent doesn't mean anything anymore. What is the purpose of a tent? A tent is to keep the elements away, to keep you safe in case of a rainstorm. But see, we don't have a tent anymore with these two parties. There is no tent. Show me the tent. "Well, we agree on blah, blah‑blah." There can't be a tent. Because a tent requires stakes. A tent requires some sort of stake to hold it down to the ground. Well, what are those stakes? They're principles and they're values. We don't have any principles anymore. The principle is, are we going to pass healthcare because we don't want the other side to look like we passed healthcare, or we were against healthcare. We've got to go and be in part of this. Well, we've got to make sure that we get SEIU on board. Do we have them on board? How much money are we getting over here? Hey, can we get Louisiana a $300 million bribe? There's no principles anymore. So there can't be any tent because there's nothing to stake that tent down! And both the Republicans and the Democrats know it. They know it. But they don't fear anything. I'm an alcoholic in recovery. It's tough. It's tougher when you're drinking to stop. Everybody has their own bottom. Until I started having blackouts and my doctor said you're going to die, you keep doing this, you'll be dead within six months, it still wasn't enough until I had blackouts, doctor gives me six months to live, my best friend Pat, he can't work with me anymore, and I lie to my children that I finally said I've got to stop. Well, where is the bottom for the Republicans and the Democrats? Where is their bottom? They don't fear their political death. They don't fear the party's demise. Well, they need to. And if they don't wake up, if they don't go back and look for the stakes of that tent and the principles of those tents, if they don't look back for the principles and the values of our Constitution, they should be destroyed! We're not destroying them; they're destroying themselves. We're trying to save ya. But nobody can save an alcoholic from himself. He's got to turn the corner himself. So we're not waiting for them. You want to come, you want to wake up and join us? The best thing you can do is join us because you already have the structure! Until that time we're going to build the structure.
I'm going to teach you how to be a community organizer next year, oh, because two can play at that game. I'm going to teach you how to be self‑reliant next year. We've divided the country up into seven regions. I don't know how many of these we're going to be able to do, but we're going to do these, what would you even call them? Day‑long education seminars, and the first one we announce is going to happen in March in Orlando, Florida, where we're going to teach you everything you need to know. And I'm going to try to bring in some experts. How do you build a lifeboat? What do we do right now to be able to save our country, to be able to get them to wake up before an election? Can we get them to wake up before the election? Can we get them ‑‑ I've had enough of calling these clowns; they don't listen to us. Well, the next time we go to Washington, the next time, you know, Michele Bachmann says, hey, you've got to come to Washington, well, thousands of people did go to Washington and they still passed the damn thing. Because we don't have teeth. Well, it's time to find our teeth and sharpen our teeth, and we're going to do it. And then on August 28th ‑‑ write this down in your calendar because this will be most likely the last large gathering on the mall in Washington, D.C. August 28th, I ask you to meet me. Take your family. We move ‑‑ we had something planned. We moved it to August 28th because I wanted your family to be able to be there and your family not in school, et cetera, et cetera. So come to the feet of Abraham Lincoln on August 28th. By that time I hope to have enough things out there that you will at least have some teeth to the ‑‑ so the politicians will see you and hear you and fear you! The reason why I say I think it's going to be the last large gathering on the mall is because our government has decided that there will be no more gatherings, large gatherings on the mall with Abraham Lincoln and the Lincoln Memorial as of 2011. This will be historic. In the meantime piece by piece, little by little I'm developing this plan, and I will explain more to you a little later. It's not something I take lightly. It is not something that is something I can whip out. But two can play at this game, and I'll give you more details as things continue. But I want you to know we are all stewards of this country, and I take my stewardship of my part of the republic seriously, and I take your faith in me extraordinarily seriously. We're in it together.

Fox News Host Glenn Beck is launching plans for a major political organizing effort that will feature cross-country seminars, conventions and political rallies that focus on educating voters on conservative issues and leading libertarian speakers.
Beck told The New York Times that he would promote voter registration drives and sponsor a series of seven conventions across the country featuring what he described as libertarian speakers.
In Florida on Saturday he held a rally in The Villages in Florida, north of Orlando, in which he promoted his recently released book, “Arguing With Idiots.” He also announced another book to come next August filled with conservative policy proposals gathered from the conventions.
The new conventions would resemble educational seminars, and while many speakers will endorse positions he supports, Beck told the Times he would not endorse them for political office. He would not say whether particular candidates for office in the 2010 midterm elections would be invited to speak at the conventions or the August rally.
“You’re going to learn about finance,” Beck told the crowd Saturday. “You’re going to learn about community organizing. You’re going to learn everything we need to know if you want to be a politician.”
Beck said that now that he as used his television and radio shows to lay out his list of the country’s impending problems — deficit spending, health care legislation that will “destroy” the economy, a dearth of “personal responsibility” — he wants to also provide solutions.
Already, Mr. Beck’s page on FoxNews.com features what it calls “In or Out 2010,” a “simple challenge” for lawmakers. It includes a pledge to back a freeze in government spending; oppose all tax increases “until our economy has rebounded”; and support stricter immigration enforcement.
A growing group of viewers, listeners and supporters including Democrats, Republicans, Libertarians, Conservatives and Independents as well as people just looking for a break and alternative from the corruption of this administration and the last are saying AMEN!!
