‘Planned Parenthood’ Aids Pimp's Underage Sex Ring

This is disgusting, disturbing, and highly illegal. But since Planned Parenthood is involved, I'm not surprised in the least. Hopefully, America's justice system will not only get the felonious employees of Planned Parenthood the prison time they deserve, but that said prison time will serve as a deterrent to other Planned Parenthood employees from enabling, and advising, illegal sex slavery criminals, so as to help cover up the sex slavery of daughters and sisters of Americans and other people worldwide.

Planned Parenthood looks more and more like a criminal enterprise itself; they should be treated as such. Organized crime seems like an appropriate label...

Shocking undercover video emerged yesterday of a New Jersey Planned Parenthood manager coaching a fake pimp and prostitute on how to bypass reporting laws and suggesting how the couple could run their child prostitution ring. While Planned Parenthood initially defended itself (by saying it had reported the U.S. Attorney General), yesterday afternoon it said it would take appropriate action. By last night, we found out what that action would be: the group has fired the manager.

The manager, identified in the video as Amy Woodruff, advised the couple to lie about their young prostitutes‘ age and even explained how the girls could be used to entice customers if they couldn’t have sex.

“We were profoundly shocked when we viewed the videotape released [Tuesday] morning, which depicted an employee of one of our health centers behaving in a repugnant manner that is inconsistent with our standards of care and is completely unacceptable,” Phyllis Kinsler, executive director of Planned Parenthood of Central Jersey, said in a statement released at 10:20 p.m, NJ.com reports.

“We have a zero tolerance policy for this kind of behavior, and the employee in the video was immediately suspended from her duties [Tuesday] morning and was terminated [Tuesday] evening,” Kinsler said. “We are fully committed to delivering high-quality reproductive health care to the women of our communities, complying with all laws, and upholding the highest ethical standards.”

Still, NJ.com says Kinsler questioned the editing of the group behind the video, Live Action. In response to that criticism, the group has released the full, unedited footage of the undercover operation.
NJ.com says the NJ Attorney General Paula Dow asked the Division of Criminal Justice to investigate whether the manager should face legal action. “At first glance, I find these allegations to be very disturbing,” she said in a statement. Additionally, her spokesman said Gov. Chris Christie’s office as well as some legislators had referred the matter to her attention.

“New Jersey taxpayers and every state and federal elected official and law enforcement agency throughout this country should be outraged,” Marie Tasy of New Jersey Right to Life told NJ.com, adding that Planned Parenthood does not deserve taxpayer funding.

Last year, Christie cut state aid to 58 family-planning facilities across New Jersey.

N.J. Court Says Americans Have No Right To Buy Handguns - Hmmm… What Constitution Does N.J. Have? Have They Left the Union??

A New Jersey appeals court has concluded that Americans have no Second Amendment right to buy a handgun.

In a case decided last week, the superior court upheld a state law saying that nobody may possess "any handgun" without obtaining law enforcement approval and permission in advance.

That outcome might seem like something of a surprise, especially after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled last year in the D.C. v. Heller case that the Second Amendment guarantees "the individual right to possess and carry weapons in case of confrontation."

But New Jersey Appellate Division Judge Stephen Skillman wrote on behalf of a unanimous three-judge panel that Heller "has no impact upon the constitutionality of" the state law.

That's because, Skillman said, the Supreme Court did not strike down the District of Columbia's de facto handgun ban but instead simply ordered the city to issue a permit. In other words, while Americans may have the right in general to possess arms, the exact contours of that right have not been mapped, especially as the Second Amendment applies to state laws. (The court's majority opinion last year said: "We therefore assume that petitioners' issuance of a license will satisfy respondent's prayer for relief and do not address the licensing requirement."

Look for the Supreme Court to revisit this question in a few months when it hears a case called McDonald v. Chicago. It's a constitutional challenge to Chicago's restrictive gun laws, which prohibit anyone from possessing firearms -- even in their homes -- "unless such person is the holder of a valid registration certificate for such firearm."

New Jersey's laws are similar. They say: "No person shall sell, give, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of, nor receive, purchase, or otherwise acquire a handgun unless the purchaser, assignee, donee, receiver or holder... has first secured a permit to purchase a handgun as provided by this section."

Another section dealing with licensing says: "No person of good character and good repute in the community in which he lives, and who is not subject to any of the disabilities set forth in this section or other sections of this chapter, shall be denied a permit to purchase a handgun or a firearms purchaser identification card, except as hereinafter set forth." Some of the exceptions involve criminal records, for instance.

What prompted the current lawsuit was a request for a handgun purchase permit that Anthony Dubov submitted to the East Windsor Chief of Police. The police chief denied Dubov's request without giving any reason, in what the appeals court later ruled was a violation of state law. The current East Windsor police chief is William Spain.

Oddly, the trial judge upheld that denial, without asking the police chief to testify to explain himself (another violation of state law) and after taking the unusual step of contacting Dubov's previous employers to ask about his background.

Dubov's attorney, Michael Nieschmidt, argued that the state licensing scheme was unconstitutionally vague and therefore violated the Second Amendment.

Skillman concluded that while the Second Amendment doesn't apply, state law and precedent nevertheless required that Dubov receive more due process than he did. The appeals court wrote: "Accordingly, the trial court's affirmation of the police chief's denial of appellant's application for a firearms purchase permit is reversed, and the case is remanded for an evidentiary hearing in conformity with this opinion."

The American Constitution absolutely gives the American people the right to keep and bear arms.  Every right that is written into the Constitution/Bill of Rights was put there with much thought by the Founding Fathers. Let us remember that!!  Do not allow this group of Marxists in the WH and their allies to take anymore of our rights away.  In fact we should be challenging every bill the put through for its constitutionality!!!!  And every bill should be posted for 5-days online for everyone to read before it is voted on… and if it is amended or added to, it must be posted again!!!
