Senator Mitch McConnell tweeted: #ObamaCare regulations - 828 pages in one day. Overall, there are nearly 20,000 pages – with many more to come… along with the photo of the document stack.

Yes, ObamaCare regulators added more than 800 -pages to an ever-growing document that will govern your healthcare. The bureaucrats’ work product now prints out to 20,000 pages — nearly eight times the length of the infamous original bill:

HotAir: That tower is already taller than Kobe Bryant, and much of the law hasn’t even gone into effect yet. According to the Government Accountability Office, Obamacare is projected to add $6.2 trillion to the nation’s long-term deficits, despite presidential assurances that it wouldn’t add a “single dime” to our red ink:

“This legislation is fully paid for, and will not add one single dime to our deficit.”

We’re also seeing more evidence that the healthcare law is killing jobs, as predicted by the Congressional Budget Office and Obamacare opponents alike:

The Federal Reserve on Wednesday released an edition of its so-called “beige book,” that said the 2010 healthcare law is being cited as a reason for layoffs and a slowdown in hiring. ”Employers in several Districts cited the unknown effects of the Affordable Care Act as reasons for planned layoffs and reluctance to hire more staff,” said the March 6 beige book, which examines economic conditions across various Federal Reserve districts across the country.

A former Obama adviser is now admitting that the law was never intended to be “a jobs program.” Funny, that’s not what Democrats told us while they were jamming it down our throats. Tax Prof: ObamaCare Tax Increases Are Double Original Estimate:

The Joint Committee on Taxation recently released a 96 page report on the tax provisions associated with Affordable Care Act. The report describes the 21 tax increases included in ObamaCare, totaling $1.058 trillion – a steep increase from initial assessment, according to the Tax Prof Blog. The summer 2012 estimate is nearly twice the $569 billion estimate produced at the time of the passage of the law in March 2010.

The Origins of Communism in California

Examining the long march to Communism in California shows that it took Progressives over a hundred years to achieve their totalitarian California dream.

In 1879, the NY Times reported on the new California Constitution which was instigated by... wait for it... the Labor Party. Wouldn't you know, community organizers peddling their Communism way back then. In the article, "Communism in California", notice that their oppressive, totalitarian dream was instituted through taxation and taking control of land and railways. Does this sound similar to what they're doing at an accelerated pace today? It certainly parallels what Nancy Pelosi brought to the House floor in 1992, which she called "Agenda 21" and said it is the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development program.

Most notable in the 1879 NY Times article is the authors apparent realization of the danger of enacting a mild form of Socialism that would lead to a Communist California, while at the same time finding comfort in the fact that it's happening in a "distant part of the country". The author may have presumed it would prove disastrous before infecting other States and spreading throughout the US like a violent and deadly virus. Little did the author know that it would be emanating from our very own White House, with an iron fist, within 130 years.

Many lament what California has become and, despite the beauty of this State, people and businesses are leaving as fast as they can. On the other hand, Communists like Van Jones and the Union leaders who control this State enjoy calling California their "home" while they live in the lap of luxury courtesy of people like George Soros and Barack Obama (through our tax dollars, of course).

A May Day rally in Los Angeles, co-sponsored by the SEIU and various communist groups, as well as other unions, reflected yet another step in the normalization of self-identified communist and socialist ideologies in the Obama era. Not only did the SEIU help to organize the rally in conjunction with communists, they marched side-by-side with communists, while union members carried communist flags, communists carried union signs, and altogether there was no real way to tell the two apart.

The communists freely and proudly declare their affiliation. And the SEIU has no problem marching arm-in-arm with them.

"Smash Capitalism" is a slogan the SEIU apparently endorses - or at least doesn't mind marching behind. In case you think the SEIU is some peripheral out-of-the-mainstream organization:

The SEIU devoted $28 million to Obama's campaign, making the SEIU "the organization that spent the most to help Barack Obama get elected president."

Furthermore, who is Obama's favorite White House guest and one of his closest confidants? The individual who has visited the Obama White House the most: SEIU President Andy Stern, who has visited 53 times. Obama is closely linked with the SEIU. The SEIU is closely linked with communists. You do the math.

Did I say communists? Sorry, I meant Communists (with a capital "C"). Note how the Communists that day (like the women on the right in this photo) carried solid red flags symbolizing their ideology. Keep that in mind as you view the next photo.

One of the SEIU leaders picked up a Communist flag and led a contingent of rank-and-file SEIU members. Everyone was OK with that.

The way you can identify the SEIU members in all these pictures: They're the ones in purple T-shirts carrying blue-and-yellow signs.

So, as you can see, the communists and the union members intermingled as the march progressed.

In case you were wondering what the SEIU was saying during all of this, There is a video of the SEIU chanting "Legalization or REVOLUTION!" Clear enough?

And it wasn't just the SEIU at the march - other "normal" unions like the AFL-CIO were on hand as well.There were plenty of teachers' unions attending too, and they brought along many of their public school students for some good old-fashioned communist indoctrination.

Most in the US who walk around with Che buttons or Che shirts do so simply because they foolishly think he's "cool." These hardcore communists carry his image not because he's "cool," but because he was one of the most radical revolutionaries who ever lived. Right up there with Lenin, apparently.

In order to have a more "civil dialogue" with their political opponents, the marchers made a puppet of a demonic Statue of Liberty aligned with the "Tea Bag Party."

OK, I guess Hitler comparisons are off the table for now - too many people have called it taboo. So what's second best? The Devil!

Tell me the honest truth: If the Tea Party had marched in a rally behind a banner held up by fascists or neo-Nazis, don't you think it would have been national news? But the nation's biggest Obama-supporting political organization marched behind banners like these, and not a peep about it in the media. Hmmmm..

Until recently, the average American has regarded fascists and communists as equally noxious and equally malignant. As well they should have. But the drive these days by the left side of the spectrum is to make communism and socialism somewhat less remarkable and more palatable. For two years they angrily denied the Tea Party accusation that Obama's policies and supporters had a socialist bent.

But in recent months, as the accusation had started to gain traction, the new leftist tactic has become: "What's so bad about socialism after all? You're demonizing a very popular and respectable ideology!"

Friday March 23rd, 2012 is 2nd-year anniversary of the signing of the Affordable Care Act, ObamaCare, into law,  Monday March 26th is the day the states take their case against the ObamaCare individual mandate (as well as the full law itself) to the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS).  It could end up being the day that saved America, or the day the Supreme Court helped America sink further into debt and further down the road toward Socialism.

If SCOTUS strikes down the individual mandate, ObamaCare will implode and die, giving America another chance at both surviving and re-addressing healthcare and Medicare.  If SCOTUS does not strike down the mandate, we will get a second chance to overturn the bill that will be the final nail in the coffin of American freedom in November 2012.  After that the only thing that will save us from ourselves is a total financial collapse.

Government-controlled/run healthcare is the jewel socialism and the most Progressive president and congress America has ever had crammed this bill down the throats of the American people without most of them ever realizing what happened. They even managed to force both the House and Senate to vote on this program, several times each, without reading the bills. Think about it.

There was a small group of people, the Tea Party and other patriots, who were engaged and did read those bills (at least one version), reviewed and  shared their findings, spoke out and traveled to Washington D.C. to stand up. I was one of those people… but nobody in Washington and not enough people in America listened.

Nancy Pelosi said, We have to pass the bill (without reading it… because there was not time) to find out what was in it?”.   They did… and now we, the American people, are beginning to find out what is in it… in dribs and drabs… one bad provision at a time. Obamacare includes such a variety and volume of negative policies that it’s hard to keep track of them all. Here is a list of 10 terrible provisions that every American should be aware of:

1. It increases taxes on families earning over $250,000. In 2013, the employee portion of the Medicare payroll tax will increase from 1.45 percent to 2.35 percent for families earning $250,000 or more and individuals earning $200,000 or more. The income threshold is not indexed for inflation, so more and more middle-income families will be hit by the tax hike as time goes on.

1. It adds a new tax to investment income. The increased payroll tax rate is also applied to high-earners’ investment income for the first time beginning in 2013. It will hit capital gains, dividends, rents, and royalties, discouraging investment and harming economic growth.
2. It puts new limitations on those with HSAs and FSAs. Starting in 2012, Obamacare restricts the products that consumers may purchase with a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Savings Account (FSA)—such as over-the-counter medications—and increases the penalty for such non-qualified uses of HSAs. It also limits the amount taxpayers may deposit into an FSA to $2,500 a year in 2013.
3. It adds a new tax on those who purchase medical devices. In 2013, a 2.3 percent excise tax will be applied to medical devices, causing a $28.5 billion tax hike on medical device manufacturers. The industry will pay for this tax by reducing jobs and passing additional costs on to consumers.
4. It penalizes marriage. Obamacare creates new taxpayer-funded subsidies for the low and middle classes to purchase health coverage, but the structure of the subsidies allows two individuals to claim more in subsidies alone than if married. This discriminates against married couples and discourages marriage at almost all age and income levels.
5. It violates religious liberty. The Department of Health and Human Services included the full range of contraceptives, including abortion-inducing drugs, among the women-specific preventive services that Obamacare requires insurers to include with no cost-sharing. This mandate violates Americans’ conscience rights and religious liberty. Its narrow exemption for religious employers will force many who find these products morally objectionable—including religious charities, hospitals, and schools—to pay for them.
6. It puts Medicare decisions in the hands of an unelected board. The Independent Payment Advisory Board, a board of 15 unelected officials, will have the power to cut Medicare spending without congressional approval. These unaccountable government appointees will be able to restrict seniors’ access to providers, treatments, and services.
7. It puts a premium tax on health insurers. Obamacare adds a premium tax on health insurers that offer full coverage beginning in 2014. On average, the tax is expected to increase premiums by 1.9 percent to 2.3 percent in 2014 and between 2.8 percent and 3.7 percent by 2023. Combined with the other provisions in Obamacare, this tax will have a huge impact on the cost of premiums.
8. It creates a new unsustainable entitlement program. On top of Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid, Obamacare created a new long-term care entitlement called the CLASS program. It is actuarially unsound, unworkable, and unsustainable. As a result, the Administration has already put its implementation “on hold.”
9. It puts over half of all Americans on a government program. Because of Obamacare’s huge expansion of Medicaid and creation of taxpayer-funded subsidies to purchase health coverage, more than half of all Americans will be dependent on a government health care program (Medicare, Medicaid, or the government exchanges) by the end of this decade.

Again, we only have a few chances of getting rid of ObamaCare, 4 if you consider a total financial collapse:

1. Having the Supreme Court overturn it after the court hearing on March 23rd.
2. Rep. Paul Ryan has just released the GOP’s new budget proposal that includes the repeal and replacement of ObamaCare, however, short of a miracle, that budget will pass in the House but will never even be put up for a vote in the Senate.
3. Voting in anyone (anyone but Obama… ABO) in November and then having them overturn and repeal as much of the entire bill as possible, on day one of their presidency, and start over, which all the GOP candidates have vowed to do.
4. Experiencing a total financial collapse of the United States after which there will be no money for any programs, especially ObamaCare.

If none of the first three above is done, the government will gain control of an additional 6 to 10% of the U.S. economy through ObamaCare and the tentacles will go so deep and wide that it can never be unwound after 4-more years of Obama and his radical team. Government controlled healthcare is always the crown jewel and center of socialism, especially with what is written into the Affordable Care Act or ObamaCare.  And if you realize what is in this bill and what has been done, it is also obvious that Nancy Pelosi,  Harry Reid and President must be ousted or shamed into quitting!!

Realizing how unpopular ObamaCare is the President and the White House have been very quiet about the 2-year anniversary, but Nancy Pelosi held a celebration in Washington on Thursday.

The SCOTUS decision is going to be a nail-bitter.  Many feel that the individual mandate will be struck down in a 5 to 4 decision; the 4-conservatives on the bench plus Judge Kennedy against the 4-liberals on the bench, which include Sotomayor and Kagen appointed by Obama just for this fight.  We shall see.  And unwinding this monster will be a mess no matter what SCOTUS decides or which method with use.

And Yes… Abortion ‘Will’ not only be covered, but murder will be wholesaled at $1 for an abortion under ObamaCare.

Obama Admin Finalizes Rules: $1 Abortions in ObamaCare

It’s official. The concern pro-life organizations had about the ObamaCare legislation funding abortions has been confirmed, as the Obama administration has issued the final rules on abortion funding governing the controversial health care law.

Nestled within the “individual mandate” in the Obamacare act — that portion of the Act requiring every American to purchase government — approved insurance or pay a penalty — is an “abortion premium mandate.” This mandate requires all persons enrolled in insurance plans that include elective abortion coverage to pay a separate premium from their own pockets to fund abortion. As a result, many pro-life Americans will have to decide between a plan that violates their consciences by funding abortion, or a plan that may not meet their health needs.

The Department of Health and Human Services has issued a final rule regarding establishment of the state health care exchanges required under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.

As a knowledgeable pro-life source on Capitol Hill informed LifeNews, as authorized by Obamacare, “The final rule provides for taxpayer funding of insurance coverage that includes elective abortion” and the change to longstanding law prohibiting virtually all direct taxpayer funding of abortions (the Hyde Amendment) is accomplished through an accounting arrangement described in the Affordable Care Act and reiterated in the final rule issued today.

“To comply with the accounting requirement, plans will collect a $1 abortion surcharge from each premium payer,” the pro-life source informed LifeNews. “The enrollee will make two payments, $1 per month for abortion and another payment for the rest of the services covered. As described in the rule, the surcharge can only be disclosed to the enrollee at the time of enrollment. Furthermore, insurance plans may only advertise the total cost of the premiums without disclosing that enrollees will be charged a $1 per month fee to pay directly subsidize abortions.”

The pro-life advocate told LifeNews that the final HHS rule mentions, but does not address concerns about abortion coverage in “multi-state” plans administered by the Federal Government’s Office of Personnel Management (OPM).

“There is nothing in the Affordable Care Act to prevent some OPM (government administered) plans from covering elective abortion, and questions remain about whether OPM multi-state plans will include elective abortion,” the pro-life source said. “If such plans do include abortion, there are concerns that the abortion coverage will even be offered in states that have prohibited abortion coverage in their state exchanges.”

The final rule indicates: “Specific standards for multi-state plans will be described in future rulemaking published by OPM…”

Set to go into effect in 2014, the unconstitutional provisions found in Section 1303 of the Obamacare Act compel enrollees in certain health plans to pay a separate abortion premium from their own pocket, without the ability to decline abortion coverage based on religious or moral objection.

That provision was the subject of a legal document that Bioethics Defense Fund’s Dorinda C. Bordlee, lead counsel for the group, submitted to the Supreme Court in February.

“This violates the Free Exercise Clause because religious exemptions are made for groups such as the Amish who morally object to purchasing any insurance, but no exemptions are made for Americans who have religious or moral objections to abortion,” Bordlee said.

“President Obama’s healthcare overhaul includes an ‘abortion premium mandate’ that blatantly violates the conscience rights and First Amendment religious rights of millions of Americans,” AUL president Charmaine Yoest said. “Nowhere in the Constitution does it require Americans to violate their beliefs and pay for abortions.”

ADF Senior Counsel Steven Aden says Americans should not be compelled to pay for other people’s elective abortions.

“No one should be forced to violate their conscience by paying for abortions, but that’s precisely what ObamaCare does,” he explained. “ObamaCare requires that employees enrolled in certain health plans pay a separate insurance premium specifically to pay for other people’s elective abortions and offers no opt-out for religious or moral reasons. Such a mandate cannot survive constitutional scrutiny.”

BDF president and general counsel Nikolas Nikas said the individual mandate not only forces individuals into private purchases, it also effectively mandates personal payments for surgical abortion coverage, without exemption for an individual’s religious or moral objections.

He told LifeNews in an email, “Like a Russian nesting doll, the individual mandate has nestled within it a hidden, but equally unconstitutional scheme that effectively imposes an ‘abortion premium mandate’ that violates the free exercise rights of millions of Americans who have religious objections to abortion.”

The bill is described on the House floor as follows:

H.C.Res. 353: “A bill to expressing the sense of the Congress that the United States should assume a strong leadership role in implementing the decisions made at the Earth Summit by developing a national strategy to implement Agenda Twenty-One and other Earth Summit agreements through domestic policy and foreign policy, by cooperating with all countries to identify and initiate further agreements to protect the global environment, and by supporting and participating in a high-level United Nations Sustainable Development Commission.” [Emphasis added]

There is simply no other way to state this… Progressives lie. Their continuous denial that UN Agenda 21 exists defies their own words; it exists, they know it and they were the ones pushing it – by name.

We know there are Progressives on both sides of the aisle, so it is not surprising that they have a Republican stooge (WM Broomfield) on their side.

In the past twenty years, they have come a long way. Agenda 21 is being implemented by the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI) throughout our country. Notice that the United States has the largest number of Agenda 21 geographic locations of any other participating country. Other countries continue to mine and drill for their natural resources, but Obama chokes off access to our resources. If you do not believe it, go to your local gas station and check out the price of gasoline. It was $1.83 per gallon when Obama took office.

It is important that you know that Article 1, Section 10 of the US Constitution prohibits states and their subdivisions from entering into alliances with foreign operatives. ICLEI is a foreign operative; hence, Agenda 21 is in direct violation of the US Constitution.

A key feature of Agenda 21 is to end property rights in our country and justify/mandate control of where and how we live and work. It is also a redistributive program whereby it transfers America’s wealth to the UN oligarchy and other countries as it diminishes our way of life to that of a third world country.

By design, Agenda 21 requires the death of free market capitalism. Why else would Obama continue to destroy our free market system, place more and more private industries and land under government control and broaden Crony Capitalism? Agenda 21 is a vehicle to achieve a transformation of America into something else that will be run by a global oligarchy.

Allen West to Obama, Reid, Pelosi: ‘Get the Hell Out of the United States of America’

 

Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.) said Saturday President Barack Obama and other liberals should "get the hell out of the United States of America." (AP)

Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.) had a strong message Saturday for President Barack Obama, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz: “Get the hell out.”

West made the comments during a speech at a Palm Beach County GOP event in West Palm Beach.

“This is a battlefield that we must stand upon. And we need to let President Obama, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and my dear friend, chairman of the Democrat National Committee, we need to let them know that Florida ain’t on the table,” West said.

The audience was booing by the time West got to Pelosi’s name.

“Take your message of equality of achievement, take your message of economic dependency, take your message of enslaving the entrepreneurial will and spirit of the American people somewhere else,” he continued. “You can take it to Europe, you can take it to the bottom of the sea, you can take it to the North Pole, but get the hell out of the United States of America.”

As the audience cheered and many rose to their feet, West added, “Yeah I said ‘hell.’”

“This is not about 1 percent or 99 percent. This is about 100 percent. It’s about 100 percent America. And I will not stand back and watch anyone defame, degrade or destroy that which my father fought for, my older brother, my father-in-law, myself, my nephew and all my friend still in uniform,” he said.

“I will not allow President Obama to take the United States of America and destroy it. If that means I’m the No. 1 target for the Democrat Party, all I got to say is one thing: Bring it on, baby.”

Former Speaker of the House–and current Minority Leader–Nancy Pelosi apparently bought $1 million to $5 million of Visa stock in one of the most sought-after and profitable initial public offerings (IPO) in American history, thwarted serious credit card reform for two years, and then watched her investment skyrocket 203%.

The revelation appears in Throw Them All Out, the new book by investigative journalist and Breitbart editor Peter Schweizer

Schweizer’s investigation of Pelosi and other members of Congress – from both parties–raises a critical question: should it be legal for lawmakers to buy stocks in companies directly affected by their legislative efforts?

In early 2008, Nancy Pelosi and her real estate developer husband, Paul, were given an opportunity to buy into a Visa IPO. It was a nearly impossible feat–one that average citizens almost certainly could never achieve.

Despite Pelosi’s consistent railing against credit card companies, on March 18, 2008, the Pelosis bought between $1 million and $5 million (politicians do not have to report the exact amounts, only ranges) worth of Visa stock at the IPO price of $44 per share. Two days later, the stock price rocketed to $65 per share, yielding a 50% profit. The Pelosis then bought Visa twice more. By their third purchase on June 4, 2008, Visa was worth $85 per share.

How did Nancy Pelosi snag one of the most coveted initial public offerings in history? The facts are still emerging. Yet according to Schweizer, corporations that wish to build congressional allies will sometimes hand-pick members of Congress to receive IPOs.

Pelosi received her Visa IPO almost two weeks after a potentially damaging piece of legislation for Visa, the Credit Card Fair Fee Act, had been introduced in the House.

The U.S. Constitution…

(The Constitution was read by our New Congress Today… and They Edited the Reading Because Obviously the Readers… Members or Our Congress Did Not (DO NOT) Understand It… Think About It)

They left out the 3/5’s clause out of consideration for Political Correctness. For those who understand history and the 3/5’s clause, they understand that it was a measure by which the Founding Father’s ensured that slavery would eventually be defeated; it made it an anti-slavery document, as Frederick Douglass learned when he set out to prove the opposite. If you are not familiar with the 3/5’s clause please read: Giants and Original Intent… and then explain it to your Congressman and Senator. The Congress also did not read the 18^th Amendment about prohibition, but read the 21st Amendment reinstating drinking… why? The two need to be read together as well as the 3/5’s Clause to understand the process, the thought process as well as see the scars of our nation’s journey. The same sanitation is going on with our classics. Books like The Adventures of Tom Sawyer teach lessons that our children now cannot read. (Read it with your children and make sure you read an original version or at least an annotated version: The Annotated Huckleberry Finn which leaves room for discussions).

The U.S. Constitution

As the 112^th Congress of the United States House of Representatives takes it’s Oath to God to uphold and defend the Constitution from ALL enemies foreign and domestic the first on a long list of orders to be fulfilled is the actual reading of the Document that they swear the Oath to.

This reading will take place on the Second day of the 112^th Congress in session and the first time in history that the Constitution will be read aloud on the floor of the House.

This is probably the most honorable symbol from those the American People entrust so much too, with vested power, in enacting laws and keeping us safe. Simply put the Constitution is the relevant document that bestows our Legislative, Executive and Judicial leaders in the Federal Government with the needed authority on what they can and cannot do for or most importantly against the American people.

Today more and more Americans are talking about this document because they are reading it and understanding the true nature of its power when enforced by the American people. As the word spread about this reading on the House floor led by new House Speaker John Boehner some in the media questioned this with obvious confusion and anger.

On Joy Behar’s HLN program Tuesday night she questioned a Progressive radio host Bill Press, “Do you think this Constitution-loving is getting out of hand? I mean, is it a nod to the Tea Party?" Behar asked Press, before unwittingly, perhaps, answering her own question: "Is it the first time a lot of congressmen will have heard about it, er, read it?"

The mood amongst most Americans and specifically the TEA Party is that which Behar described in her ending remarks. Most of the Congressmen in Washington have never read it, much less understand it because if the Politicians do they are willingly lying about the Constitutions intent for Government and breaking an Oath to God.

What’s worse is the thought Ezra Klein of the Washington Post most absurdly articulated here in this statement on MSNBC, a news channel.“You can say two things about it, One; it has no binding power on ANYTHING. The issue of the Constitution is that the text is confusing because it was written more than a hundred years ago, and what people believe it says differs from person to person and differs depending on what they want to get done.”

The idea that the text is confusing is extremely disturbing given that if the Constitution and all 27 Amendments are added to a Word document with Calibri and 11 size fonts you have 17 pages of 7,500 words. Just one of the most recent laws signed by President Obama, one of positive rights, ObamaCare, was 2,500 pages and more than 500,000 words and in the last two years Congress has passed and President Obama has signed at least 5 laws just like ObamaCare. How will we ever interpret them? (And everyday we learn something new about this bill that isn’t good for “We the People”!

These remarks come from a much discussed and debated idea most of you reading this will already know and that is that the Constitution is a “Living, Breathing Document.” This means that we, namely Politicians and those wanting to get stuff done, have to translate and manipulate the language of the Constitution to fit their purpose and our rapidly changing environment, socially and politically, based on verbiage.

For those that proclaim the living, breathing lie also believe the Constitutions language must be altered arbitrarily, or interpreted, to match the agenda for those seeking to pass unconstitutional legislation.Over generations meanings of words do change but for this case the Founding Fathers wrote and published thousands of hand written explanations for the words, terms and meanings of which they used.

The most important aspect of all this aside from reading and understanding our founding documents is how the concept of the “living,breathing document” theory was passed down as more than a theory.

To some, the answer and conclusion you will read may seem controversial or conspiratorial but the annals of history and time prove this true. I implore you to not take my word for it but conduct your own research and you will find the same answers.

As Karl Marx, German Philosopher, and Friedrich Engels’, German Social Scientist, Communist Manifesto took off amongst the elite in the world and the framework for their plans began to take shape. For the many pages of horrid rhetoric describing the knowledge on how to dismantle the American system in particular the Authors tell of the plans to remove the American people from history and eternal truths.

“Undoubtedly,religious, moral, philosophical, and juridical ideas have been modified in the course of historical development. But religion, morality, philosophy, political science and law, constantly survived this change.”

“There are, besides, eternal truths, such as Freedom, Justice, etc., that are common to all states of society. But Communism abolishes eternal truths, it abolishes all religion and all morality, instead of constituting them on a new basis; it therefore acts in contradiction to all past historical experience.”

It is true that President Reagan defeated the Communist Soviet Russians and the Communist International but ideas are more complicated to defeat than a human cabal.

Those Americans who joined hands with the Communist around the turn of the 20^th century knew that once the ills of the Communist International were made public the ideas espoused by them would never see the light of day. So, the only logical thing to do would be to call your ideas by another name. For this we have a generation of history in America that is called the Progressive Era.

This was the beginning of the end of generations of American children learning the meaning and history of our founding leaders and documents. Those children obviously grew up and did not understand the concept of limited-Government and what the tool that kept it that way was. For this, we have a completely out of control Federal Government that is constantly stepping over its boundaries and usurping from the American people the ability to self-govern.

Understand Liberal/Progressives will use the Constitution, explicitly to progress their agenda, but when it comes to the ideas of it limiting government per its enumerated powers the document becomes out dated and hard to interpret. So, in hindsight, to Progressives the Constitution is a dead, living breathing document.

The importance of the Constitution cannot be overstated for a free people to remain as such. In fact Thomas Jefferson, Author of the Declaration of Independence said, “If a Nation expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be.”

The Constitution is a timeless document that transcends generations primarily due to the overarching wisdom and intellect of history and Faith in God by the Founding Fathers. The men, who debated, wrote and studied which form of government to be best where literal students of history and took from the best of former societies and established unto God what was intended for human kind, Individual Liberty and self-government.

Because of this, it is of the utmost importance that each and every American be more than familiar with the documents history, text and original intent. The intent of which I speak is a parameter setting, NOT for the general public as are laws, but for the Government. It lists basic governing principles and enumerated powers that are to be bound like shackles to the ankles of our Representing body of government.

Like most humans do when presented with an obstacle in its way is for that human to get around said obstacle, like former Speaker of the House Progressive Democrat Nancy Pelosi stated during the healthcare debate, "We will go through the gate. If the gate is closed, we will go over the fence. If the fence is too high, we will pole vault in. If that doesn't work, we will parachute in. But we are going to get health care reform passed.” The Constitution was the obstacle and the American people were the closed gate.

But if removed, the Constitution or the people, singularly or both together you have a government in full fledge tyranny.

The idea at the time of ratification was simply to give the majority unblemished Freedom and allow for God’s hand to work its spirit and soon thereafter would secure to all unequivocal Freedom that no human civilization has ever been witnessed to.

Above all, what makes the U.S. Constitution so special aside from securing self governance and individual liberty is that it is the oldest governing document in human history. Most societies revolutionize themselves every fifty to one hundred years. We, Americans, have lived under the inalienable core principles abound in the Constitution for more than 234 years.

This gives even more reason for taking an Oath to God to uphold and defend with my life and liberty in order to secure it for future generations because if there is no more important thing to understand then self governance it is that the Constitution and Freedom do NOT belong to us, this generation, it belongs to future generations of God’s children to also uphold and defend. We are not the sole proprietors of Liberty but it must be passed on and the only way to accomplish this is by teaching, reading and living by the Constitution.

Educate and inform the whole mass of the people. Enable them to see that it is their interest to preserve peace and order, and they will preserve them. And it requires no very high degree of education to convince them of this. They are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty.”
