United States Senator Sarah Palin

Do the words "Senator Sarah Palin" excite you?

If we do our job, they could become reality.

You see, recent polling in the 2014 Alaska U.S. Senate Race shows incumbent Democrat Senator Mark Begich with less than 50% of the vote, and a clear path for Sarah to win. This means the only thing that is standing in her way is deciding to run, and that's why we're launching a petition today to draft her for the Republican nomination.

You and I both know that Sarah Palin is a fighter who will stand up to Harry Reid and his pals in the Senate to protect our Constitution on issues like amnesty, gun control, and our nation's crushing debt. We know that, with Sarah in the Senate, conservatives across America can rest a little easier at night knowing that she's at the watch.

That's why it's so important that you join with me in signing our petition to draft Sarah Palin for Alaska's U.S. Senate seat.

As Karl Rove and the "Republican" campaign establishment prepare to spend hundreds of millions defeating the Tea Party in primaries next fall, campaign insiders know what they're really afraid of -- they're not afraid of gaffes, they're not afraid of weak candidates, and they're not afraid of losing.

They're afraid of those who stand up for our liberties;

of those who stand up when everyone else sits down;

of those who refuse to water down our Constitution with the "Democrat lite" message currently curried by the establishment.
Basically, they're afraid of Sarah Palin.

At this year's CPAC, Sarah knew this and took it to heart, rejecting the establishment and imploring all Tea Party Americans to stick to our guns and support the candidates who truly embrace our first principles. Even when it was unpopular, Sarah supported true patriots like Ted Cruz, Rand Paul and Marco Rubio, and now it's time that we throw our support behind her.

That's why I need you to sign our petition today to draft Sarah to run in the upcoming U.S. Senate race in Alaska. Will you visit this link and join me in signing it?

When you think about it, Senator Sarah Palin just makes sense.

Who would be better to stand up, simultaneously, to the hyper-liberal arrogance of Harry Reid and the cool indifference of the establishment to our values?

Who would be better to stand arm-in-arm with Ted Cruz and Rand Paul in defense of our Constitution?

The answer, of course, is Sarah, the proven Maverick who stood up to the special interests in Alaska and has been a tireless advocate for our Tea Party values ever since her introduction to the national stage.

So will you stand with her by signing our petition to draft her into the U.S. Senate and, after signing, consider making a contribution so that we have the resources necessary to back her up if she needs it?

Visit this link and add your signature to our petition.

The establishment declared war against the Tea Party long ago, and election day is only getting closer. It's 100% crystal clear that Karl Rove and his loser buddies will stop at nothing to make sure we lose.

Let's show them we're serious about fighting back by drafting Sarah Palin. Visit this link and sign our petition today.

Sincerely,
Todd Cefaratti
Freedom Organizer

P.S. What better way is there to show the establishment we mean business than to nominate Sarah Palin for U.S. Senate? By signing our petition, you can make a bold statement that you're tired of the wishy-washy sellout establishment and ready to put a real leader in the Senate chamber. Visit this link, sign your name to our petition, and tell Sarah that you're ready for her.

Could There Still Be a Palin Reconsideration?

I’m hearing this question and rumblings over and over again from many sources:

Could Sarah Palin be getting into the race after all?  Is there still time for her to reconsider or be drafted?

Palin herself has not said anything but some of her supporters in Iowa, and other placers, are. They have made a TV commercial that is going to debut in Iowa tomorrow, four weeks and six days before the Iowa caucuses.

From The Daily Caller:

Supporters of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Gov. Palin have unveiled a television ad they plan to air in Iowa. They hope the ad will compel her to reconsider her decision not to run for president in 2012.

The ad debuts Nov. 30 on KCAU in Sioux City, Ian Lazaran of Conservatives4Palin.com, which raised money to run the spot, told The Daily Caller.

The video does not explicitly ask Palin to reconsider. It simply shows her giving a speech and saying, “We will not solve our economic problems in this country until we confront the crony capitalism of our permanent political class.”

“This is socialism for the very rich and the very poor but it is a brutal form of capitalism for the rest of us,” Palin says. “It’s the collusion of big government, big business. It’s at the heart of President Obama’s economic vision.”

Video:  The Challenge  - To Run in Iowa

Palin: We will not solve our economic problems in this country until we confront the crony capitalism of our permanent political class. This is socialism for the very rich and the very poor but it is a brutal form of capitalism for the rest of us. It's the collusion of big government, big business. It's at the heart of President Obama's economic vision. We need sudden and relentless reform. That will return power to we the people. We need people with a proven record of reform. I served in public office in a state that had a corruption problem. I fought that corrupt system. I took on a corrupt and compromised political class. The challenge is not simply to replace Obama in 2012. The real challenge is who and what we will replace him with.   Uploaded by PalinTV on Nov 22, 2011

The Hill has some more details:

Conservatives4Palin, a volunteer group that is unaffiliated with Palin and SarahPac, said on its website that it hopes to run the ad this week in Sioux City, Iowa.

“What we do next after the television ad goes up is a more difficult question,” the announcement said. “If this ad is able to build some momentum for the Governor, the best way to keep that momentum going may be to commission a national GOP primary poll that includes the Governor as one of the options. We’ll see if it’s possible given our resources. We’re open to other ideas but the greatest challenge may be that time is running short for her to reconsider.”

Hope does spring eternal but the reality of life is, at this late date it would be impossible for Palin to jump into the race. She has already missed the deadline to appear on a number of early state ballots.

The fascination with Palin jumping back into the race, something she has not even hinted at, is a symptom of something else going on in the Republican Party.

Right now, the conservative base remains shattered. It is split among a number of candidates. The problem is we are now on top of the Caucus date and the primaries begin a week later.

Conservatives are going to have to unite behind the most electable conservative. Otherwise, we are going to see Mitt Romney be the nominee and just as we had a choice in 2008 between two liberals, if Mitt Romney is the nominee, the only question will be which of the two liberals wins in 2012.

Future Presidential Candidate Sarah Palin gives the keynote speech at the Tea Party of America Rally in Indianola, Iowa to a huge crowd in essentially in the middle of nowhere. 1000's upon 1000's got rained on all morning, then just before Sarah Palin took the stage, the rain stopped. Must be Ronald Reagan looking down. Thanks To CSPAN!

SARAHPAC

Dear Fellow American,

Last week, I launched a new political action committee called SarahPAC, dedicated to building a better and stronger America. I thought long and hard before taking this step. So friends, let me tell you about it.

As Alaska's Governor, I've been blessed with the opportunity to work on issues that affect every Alaskan family. Of course each one of those issues - energy independence, fiscal responsibility for taxpayer dollars, affordable health care, protecting America's security and supporting a culture of life - are real matters that affect us all.

Throughout my political career, I've fought for these issues. I built my public life fighting corruption and working for smaller and smarter government. Now I want to continue this work through SarahPAC, and I am asking you to join me.

My goal for SarahPAC is to begin building a better future for every one of us, and for our children. Right now, we are all hurting because of unchecked greed and irresponsibility. The solutions for these challenging times lie in the knowledge and faith that America's better days are ahead.

Today, I hope you will take a few minutes to join me and show your support by joining SarahPAC. With a generous donation of $10, $25, $50, $100, $250 or more, you will be standing up as a strong voice for our shared ideas and values. Your donation will allow me to help support candidates who share our ideas about the future of the United States of America.

Each and every one of us has a responsibility as an American to get involved as our country faces an unprecedented economic crisis. You know I will speak out. And you know I will speak for you.

So, please join me in my efforts today by following this link to join and support SarahPAC by making a donation. Every dollar raised will go a long way in advancing our shared goals and ideas.

I look forward to working with you in the future as we build a community of supporters to confront 21st century challenges with integrity, innovation and determination.

With an Alaskan heart - indeed with a servant's heart - I thank you for allowing me to ask for your support.

Sincerely,

Governor Sarah Palin

P.S. SarahPAC, my new political action committee, will support candidates who will do what they have promised on the campaign trail. SarahPAC will be efficient and careful with every single penny. I promise to be a good steward of your generous contribution. SarahPAC can accept personal donations up to $5,000 per year. I look forward to hearing from you!

Bipartisan Buddies: Sarah Palin and Barack Obama

While most everyone was watching the attempted bipartisanship on Capitol Hill this week, some of it broke out successfully in an unlikely place elsewhere.

It seems that Alaska Republican Gov. Sarah Palin, the unsuccessful GOP VP nominee, was worried that the Army was going to cut off pensions to the state's old-timers long-retired from the Alaska Territorial Guard. So she sat down and wrote a letter to the new big guy himself, DemocraticPart of a photo layout in Vogue magazine on Alaska Republican Governor Sarah Palin from 2008President Barack Obama, who's vowed to take extra special care of veterans.

And the largest state's small congressional delegation got involved too.

And, what do you know? According to the ever-vigilant Sarah Palin for President blog, the Army suddenly decided it didn't really need to cut off those payments after all

It found a special fund to pay them, while Sens. Lisa Murkowski, a Republican, and Mark Begich, a Democrat, together shepherd the proper authorizing legislation through Congress.

Amazing when it works.

And speaking of Sarah and Barack, this weekend they're both attending the off-the-record black tie dinner of the Alfalfa Club, one of those fraternity-like get-togethers that Washingtonians schedule throughout the year to convince themselves of their eliteness. Palin, who as The Ticket reported, formed her own SarahPAC this week, says she's attending to pitch the interests of Alaska.

And?

According to Paul Bedard over at Washington Whispers, Palin's presence in D.C. has sparked an interview bidding war between CNN's Larry King, who's had seven wives and almost as many heart attacks, and ABC's George Stephanopoulos, who hasn't.
