School: Tree Must Be Decorated With Jewish, Muslim Symbols

School: Tree Must Be Decorated With Jewish, Muslim Symbols

Is Anybody Out There Screaming Stop…???  The United States is a primarily Christian Nation… founded on Judeo-Christian Principles, and the majority  (84%) of all American consider themselves Christians, even if not practicing.

Ashland public schools can display a decorated pine tree if it is surrounded by symbols from other religious holidays, but they should not display a Christmas tree alone, in order to remain religiously neutral, Superintendent Juli Di Chiro told the School Board Monday.

The school district clarified guidelines to ensure that they were within the law AND were respectful to all religious faiths. In the story, the Superintendent states that she would like families of students to share their faiths with each other. Not really sure how that is a bad thing.

Merry Christmas~

And for everyone else, we hope you enjoy the decorations and festivities!  And

Happy Chanukah
Happy Kwanza
A Blessed Solstice
&
Happy Festivus All!

It is time to put an end to this insanity.  I would not move to a primarily Muslim country because I am a Christian.  Redeye guest, McGowan, said yesterday that she would not move to a country that didn’t like Blacks. And if I moved to Mexico I’d learn to speak Spanish. It is time that we remind people who move to America that they came here knowing what our standards, traditions and preferences were and they can leave again it they don’t like it or don’t want to assimilate!
