Mark Levin talks about his new book with an expert panel on Hannity – The Liberty Amendments

mark_levin-620x378

Mark Levin appeared on Hannity (on 08.16.13) along with a great expert conservative panel for a full hour special to discuss his new bestseller, The Liberty Amendments (Kindle), and the solutions for America covered therein.  For anyone who is not familiar with Mark Levin, he is an attorney, radio talk show host, Constitutional expert and served as part of Ronald Reagan’s team.  Great questions from the panel and a great discussion with Levin.

Levin said, “We are living in a ‘Post Constitutional World’”, but reminded us that the Founders of our country and writers of the Constitution gave us article 5… for just such a time.  Many conservatives have been afraid to go move forward with a Constitutional Convention to reclaim the Republic, but as Levin pointed out… what is there to be afraid of?  The other side already has and does what they want.  He said there are, of course no guarantees of the outcome, but he said he does know what the outcome will be if we continue going down the road we are now on.  Mark offers what he call the Liberty Amendments and a pathway for Americans to take to save the Republic.

Only 20% of America consider themselves to be liberals or Progressives.  40% consider themselves to be Conservatives.  And the other 40% are pretty much disengaged.  Yet the 20% are wagging the dog…

Human Events: Radio host Mark Levin’s new book, The Liberty Amendments: Restoring the American Republic, is one of the most focused, accessible, and aggressive political books you’ll ever find. Levin’s thesis is that the balance of power between the three branches of the federal government, the states, and the American people has been distorted beyond the ability of conventional politics to repair. After all, if the power of the legislature has been diminished relative to the executive, the executive has dispersed its disproportionate power into unelected bureaucracies, and the states are increasingly powerless vassals of Washington, then there is no way for the peoples’ representatives in Congress or state houses to draft laws that would correct the situation. The entire point of this century-long quest to centralize power was to remove it from the clumsy hands of foolish American citizens. We are spectators to a game show in Washington. We might be able to vote a few of the contestants off the show, but we have no control over the rules of the game.

Levin aims to change the rules of the game… or, more properly, reset them, to restore the brilliant system put in place by America’s Founders. With the situation explained and his goals set forth in a few introductory pages, he executes the rest of his book with the planning and precision of a SEAL team taking an objective. Each of his proposed “Liberty Amendments” is laid out in a brief chapter that explains its importance, sources it to the writings of the Founding Fathers, and anticipates the more reasonable objections that would likely be raised. Little time is wasted on the unreasonable objections, for Levin does not intend to address an audience of the stupid, greedy, or hysterical. He also knows his statist adversaries are not interested in rationally discussing the death of the Leviathan they nourished for generations.

A Constitutional reset is necessary because the progressive project is a cascade of lost freedoms, designed so that each step is irreversible, and every inch of ground taken by the State is claimed forever. The distribution of power to unelected bureaucrats is a key element of this process. One of the Liberty Amendments “sunsets” all federal departments and agencies, unless Congress reauthorizes them every three years by majority vote. Every big-ticket Executive Branch regulation would be subjected to review by a joint congressional committee. This amendment would pull the plug on the unstoppable federal bureaucracy, forcing every department to perpetually justify its existence, and terminating President Obama’s beloved practice of circumventing Congress to legislate by decree.

Another Liberty Amendment likewise reins in the judicial branch, setting term limits for Supreme Court justices, and giving Congress the power to override Supreme Court opinions with a three-fifths vote, without risk of presidential veto. Three-fifths of the state legislatures can also join forces to knock down a Court decision. That’s a recurring theme of the Liberty Amendments: the restoration of both congressional and state power. As Levin repeatedly reminds us, nothing worried the Founders more than the rise of a despotic national executive, such as the one we have now. The original states never would have signed on to a federal government that turned them into puppets. There were strong logical arguments against these outcomes, which power-hungry progressives understood quite well, back when they first set about overturning the Constitutional order. Modern progressives don’t think they need to understand those arguments any more, because the foundation of the total State has been laid, and the clock can never be “turned back,” as one of their favorite slogans has it. This should leave them at a severe intellectual disadvantage, if the Liberty Amendments become a topic of national debate.

Some of Levin’s proposed amendments are intended to clarify language that already exists in the Constitution, such as the much-abused Commerce Clause – lately interpreted as a warrant for unlimited federal control of all human activity, although the Founders most certainly did not intend it to be taken that way. Our language has changed over the centuries, always in a way that expands the Left’s desire for centralized control. The authors of the Constitution would find our current understanding of the word “commerce” to be utterly deranged – indeed, they might even ask what the point of their Revolution was, if “interstate commerce” was to become a writ for powers beyond the wildest dreams of daft old King George.

Two of the proposed Liberty Amendments are devastating blows against imperial federal power, making it easier for states to amend the Constitution, and giving them a brief window of opportunity to strike down both congressional legislation and Executive Branch legislation. Levin also makes a compelling argument against the Seventeenth Amendment, which provided for the direct election of United States senators. Senators were supposed to be instruments of the state legislatures, while the House of Representatives would be filled by popular vote. I have never read a better explanation for why this was important, and how it gave state governments a vitally needed hand in the crafting of federal legislation.

I’ve also seen no better case made for term limits on Congress, as Levin astutely points out that not only do Jurassic representatives-for-life distort the distribution of power in Congress, but they invest a great deal of our national energy (and funding!) in maintaining their 85-percent-plus re-election rate. Surely some of those “safe” districts would merely replace Retiring Party Drone A with New Party Drone B, but as it stands, far too many representatives discover they can most easily secure lifetime tenure by representing the Leviathan State instead of their constituents, tapping the federal treasury to purchase reliable voters.

The reason all of these goals must be accomplished through Constitutional amendment is that any other instrument of legislation or representation can be twisted to the purposes of the central State. Levin makes an irrefutable case that we long ago passed the point of no return for reforming our bloated, degenerate, dying federal government by winning a few elections. The people who rigged this system made certain to armor it against future dissent from unhappy voters – one man, one vote, one time, every step of the way, with each new progressive “achievement” promptly declared more immutable than the tattered old scrap of parchment kept under glass at the National Archives. Having studied the provisions for a Constitutional convention, Levin is convinced that the high bar for state ratification of any proposed amendments will keep it from becoming a carnival of kooks. The kooks are winning anyway. What could they get by amending the Constitution that our eternal bureaucracy and despotic executive branch aren’t giving them, one lost liberty at a time?

If you want to bring the ship of state into drydock, instead of slightly adjusting its course, The Liberty Amendments provides an excellent set of schematics. Levin’s strategy is the only way for the American people to have a say on all the things we’ve been told we don’t get to vote on any more. Reading this book will help you appreciate the terrible magnitude of what we have lost, and the intractable nature of an arrogant system that dictates to us instead of representing us, appropriating the language of “democracy” to dignify what really amounts to quelling dissent against whatever the ruling class wants to do next. And if you’re not already a Constitutional scholar of Mark Levin’s caliber, you might be surprised to learn just how accurately the supposedly out-of-touch and obsolete Founders predicted everything happening today. Why, reading Chapter Eight of The Liberty Amendments, you’d think John Adams was taking daily delivery of the New York Times through a time warp. I suspect he and his peers would have little argument with Levin’s recommendations.

Palin: 2012 is a Battle Between 'Big Government' and 'Big Freedom'

Breitbart:

Sarah Palin boldly, clearly and sharply articulated the stakes in the 2012 election on Saturday when she addressed a "Patriots in the Park" Tea Party event. The event took place in Michigan and was sponsored by the Michigan branch of Americans for Prosperity and the Willow Run Tea Party Caucus.

“2012 is a race between the party of big government and the party of big freedom,” Palin said, contrasting the Republican party's vision with that of President Barack Obama's.

In reference to Obama and his policies, Palin said there was something “wrong with someone” who would want to fundamentally transform a country that was good and strong.

"If that’s what you call hope, then we want change,” Palin said.

Palin dubbed Obama’s economic policies as “Obamanomics,” called it a form of “crony capitalism on steroids” and said some aspects of Obamacare should be dubbed “no bureaucrat left behind” for the thousands of I.R.S. jobs the bill has created to collect what the Supreme Court found to be a tax.

She accused Obama of having “recklessly mortgaged our children’s future $5 trillion in new debt,” being “constantly adrift,” and being afraid of the Tea Party.

She also mocked the Obama administration's responses to dismal jobs reports. The job reports were a subject of a classic Mitt Romney press release titled “Broken Record, Broken Promises,” in which the Romney campaign cleverly compiled 30 responses from the Obama White House that dismissed unfavorable jobs with the same line: “It is important not to read too much into any one monthly report...”

“Now, the mainstream media gets these reports and gives the White House a pass,” Palin said. “The lapdogs in the media let them get away with that kind of B.S.”

Palin mocked the press releases, saying Obama didn't want to read too much into America’s credit downgrade, the debt tripling, the attorney general cited for contempt of Congress, and failed green energy gambles like Solyndra.

And referring to herself as a “proud bitter clinger,” Palin condemned the Obama administration’s role in the “Fast and Furious” scandal. She suggested there would be revelations in the future of a nexus between gun-control advocates and those involved in the scandal responsible for the death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.

“Let me go out on the limb here and predict we will find a connection between this tragic blunder of a mission and the anti-Second Amendment officials who love to give all firearms a bad name,” Palin said before adding that those anti-Second amendment officials want an “erosion of our our Second Amendment rights and even more government gun control.”

Palin accused Obama of having “downsized and outsourced American prosperity” and called him an “imperial president” who chooses to “enforce and ignore” whatever laws he wants.

In recent months, Obama has issued an executive directive that stated certain illegal immigrants would not be deported and essentially rewrote the federal work requirements in the welfare reform law.

“We know he is bringing America to her knees and our vision will have her standing tall again,” Palin said, before saying “our vision is of the optimistic pioneering spirit in the frontier ... of the pilgrim and the patriot ... of pioneer and the hard working immigrant.”

Palin defined this generation’s mission statement and said the current generation has a “rendezvous with destiny” to fundamentally restore what Obama has transformed.

She called that restoration “our sacred duty to the past and the future.”

Love Sarah or hate her, but no one can deny that Sarah Palin is a force in the Republican Party, in the tea party and among conservatives of all stripes and even with many independents, especially if you have ever heard her speak in person.  So where is her invitation to the GOP Convention… to speak at the convention?  Palin rocked the house in 2008 as 2nd on the ticket, while McCain put them to sleep.  She represents a part of the Republican Party, that although are warming up, still have not embraced Romney fully.

[T]he Romney campaign has not asked Palin to speak at the convention nor contacted her about even attending the party’s marquee event in Tampa. Queries to the Romney camp about any possible Palin role at the convention meet with a stony silence. Palin does not seem surprised. “What can I say?” she responded in an email from Alaska, when asked by Newsweek about the convention, just before heading to Michigan to deliver an Obama-thumping speech. “I’m sure I’m not the only one accepting consequences for calling out both sides of the aisle for spending too much money, putting us on the road to bankruptcy, and engaging in crony capitalism.”

Romney was the choice of the party’s elites, whom Palin has regarded with open disdain ever since her rough treatment during the 2008 campaign. They are some of the same people who anonymously disparaged Palin as a clueless bumpkin, and some of them are now helping to run Romney’s campaign. When unnamed Romney aides tell reporters that Romney will likely go with a “safe” choice for vice president because of the 2008 “disaster,” Palin notices.

[....]

The Romney camp will not comment on Palin, or on plans for the convention, but one adviser associated with the campaign suggested that Palin would be prohibited from speaking at the Republican convention by her contract with Fox News. “It’s true I’m prohibited from doing some things,” Palin says, “but this is the first I’ve heard anyone suggest that as an excuse, er, reason to stay away from engaging in the presidential race. I’m quite confident Fox’s top brass would never strip anyone of their First Amendment rights in this regard.” (Fox says her contract would not prohibit speaking at the convention if she sought permission.)

So… Does Romney Have a Palin Problem and if Not, Where’s Her Convention Invite?A Romney Advisor Has Intimated That Romney Will Not Be Asking Palin to Attend the Party Nor to Dance… ah Speak.

(The Daily Beast) Palin would certainly light up the base at the convention—her 2008 vice-presidential acceptance speech was, in terms of partisan enthusiasm, the high-water mark of the McCain campaign—but a jolt of Palin at Romney’s convention seems most unlikely. The Romney campaign prides itself on a slavish adherence to script, and Palin cannot be trusted to avoid the impulse to go rogue. That is why, perhaps, the Romney campaign has not asked Palin to speak at the convention nor contacted her about even attending the party’s marquee event in Tampa.

Palin shares much of the reservations of the Tea Party about Romney. “Romney has said before that he doesn’t want to have to light his hair on fire,” Palin said on Fox last week. “Well, there are a lot of his base supporters, independents, who are saying, Well, light our hair on fire, then!’” Palin’s objections to Romney are not so much about the man himself—she speaks of him respectfully, as he does about her—but about who, and what, he represents.

“In accepting those consequences,” she added, “one must remember this isn’t Sadie Hawkins and you don’t invite yourself and a date to the Big Dance.” Read full article Here

As Palin said in her “Patriots in the Park” speech there is too much at stake in this upcoming election for every (any) concerned American not to vote for Romney and to surround him with a Republican House and Senate, but many of us hope that Mitt, who showed courage this past week in calling President Obama out on his falsehoods by demanding an apology and speaking before a less than friendly crowd at the NAACP and getting 17 ovations including one standing ovation verses only one round of jeers (but all we heard about), to embrace the tea party and ask Sarah Palin to give a uniting speech at the Convention.

My sole motivation? The TRUTH!

Ask Marion~

Wicked Writ of the Midwest

clip_image001

Wicked indeed… It would seem the elitists in Houston County, Minnesota want to implement Agenda 21 and take away citizen’s property rights. Disparaging the Constitution and treating the local populace as if they were nothing more than serfs. The very arrogant face of Progressivism and evil without a doubt.

One of the strongest American freedoms we have is the right to own property. It is what makes us a free society and is the very cornerstone of liberty.

Each individual of the society has a right to be protected by it in the enjoyment of his life, liberty, and property, according to standing laws. He is obliged, consequently, to contribute his share to the expense of this protection; and to give his personal service, or an equivalent, when necessary. But no part of the property of any individual can, with justice, be taken from him, or applied to public uses, without his own consent, or that of the representative body of the people. In fine, the people of this commonwealth are not controllable by any other laws than those to which their constitutional representative body have given their consent.

John Adams, Thoughts on Government, 1776

Exercising their quintessential American rights, landowners in Houston County, Minnesota decided they had had enough five years ago and set out to reclaim their rights after the County Commissioners started making directives on how people could and could not use their own land. The fight continues today as threats, court proceedings, the stripping of Constitutional rights and lawyer’s fees fly frantically back and forth, egged on by Progressives in positions of power who are more interested in the environment and instituting Agenda 21 than they are in the rights of property owners. Cass Sunstein, is that you hiding behind the EPA again? Who’s a little Marxist?

Enter Houston County’s Commissioner who called the Constitution an ‘old document.’

“I know we’ve sworn to uphold the Constitution but it is an old document; times have changed,” stated Commissioner Tom Bjerke.

Well sir… If you think that the Constitution is outdated, perhaps you should take your viewpoint and move to a more ‘Progressive’ country in Europe, or perhaps Russia would be a better fit for you. I’m sure you would be much happier with like-thinking comrades. Don’t let the American door hit you in the behind on the way out.

The County Commissioners have told those citizens attending meetings to sit down and shut up. The local paper has told them that they have said enough and have quit taking letters to the editor longer than 500 words. But if you are on the side of the Progressives, well have your say! The media propaganda machine is in full swing skewing the truth as usual as I understand it.

From The Blaze:

In 2007, Houston County sued a young, newly married couple due to the new land use plan. The couple, who had just legally bought the home, was given four options to “settle the situation.” The couple was required to move their house fifty feet, purchase an additional 32 acres of land, sell their property to a neighbor, or tear their house down. Dealing with “impossible options,” the couple chose to appeal the ruling in the Minnesota Supreme Court. The court refused to hear their case, thus leading them to sell their property. The couple is now renting the very house they once owned.

That’s ridiculous and just wrong. And they didn’t even get to have their day in court, which probably wouldn’t have mattered any way since the County and State have already decided that this couple had no rights, Constitutional or otherwise. What a farce. This makes me boiling mad. And this couple is not alone, there are over 50 landowners in the area facing similar situations. Ask yourself, what would you do?

The County Commissioners have ignored the petition requesting they resign – over 700 landowners signed that petition. For a small county in the southeast corner of the state, that is a huge number of petitioners. These Commissioners have ignored all efforts by the people to have their voices heard concerning their Constitutional rights as landowners. They are told at meetings, in no uncertain terms, not to bring up the Constitution.

But these patriots are not giving up:

A small group of landowners decided that it was time to educate others, and themselves. With easy-to-read handouts of the Declaration of independence, quotes of the Founding Fathers, and parts of the Constitution, the group spent their evenings going from door to door, talking to their fellow citizens and asking for support.

And the march to take back their freedom has brought them to the Minnesota Federal Court, where they will plead their case. Fighting oppressive regulations and the blatant violation of Constitutional rights, these patriots are also fighting the insidious label by the Progressives of restricting their property’s use for “the public good.” That is Progressive lingo indicating that they: a) don’t feel there is any such thing as private property, b) the Constitution is irrelevant and c) landowners are too stupid to know what is good for them. If they do not prevail in Federal Court, property rights will be gutted and zoning rights will be the standard. Mull that over for a second… It renders the Constitution meaningless – individuals will no longer have the right to say what they can and can’t do with their own property – bureaucrats will wield that power. How very Marxist.

From the Let Freedom Ring Blog:

The Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution states that “nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation”. Houston County is essentially saying that they aren’t taking the property. They’re just telling private property owners that the county, not the landowner, will control the use of private property.

This is unacceptable. If Houston County wants to be the final arbiter of what land can be used for, then it should be required to purchase the land from the landowners at a fair market price. If Houston County isn’t willing to purchase the land for a fair market price, then it shouldn’t have decision-making rights, final or otherwise.

Essentially, Houston County wants everything for nothing. That sounds more like what happened in the former Soviet Union than in the United States.

I’m sure there are tons of legal documents being issued. This cannot stand. I’m beginning to see the scene from The Patriot where Benjamin Martin says to plead with the King and plead again if necessary. But pleading has been done on this over and over to no avail. Better yet, this is reminiscent of Andrew Jackson and his Manifest Destiny. The question is if the Federal Court rules against Constitutional rights, will we allow this wicked writ of the Midwest to stand? Or will it be time to take a stand that will shake this country to its very foundations?

I will leave it to each of you to search your souls and decide what side you are on. Remember the principles of our founding fathers and the Constitution – remember what this country was founded upon. Here is the press release announcing the lawsuit:

The Houston County, Minnesota Landowners Concerned About Property Rights have endorsed new litigation to get government back in the hands of “We the People.” The Complaint, to be filed in the Minnesota Federal District Court, asserts that the Houston County Commissioners, the Board of Adjustment, and the Planning Commission, as well as Houston County Zoning Administrator Bob Scanlan and Environmental Service Director Richard (Rick) Frank are violating the constitutionally guaranteed rights of the landowners in Houston County.

The case, which will be filed during the week of October 3, 2011, argues that the County, Scanlan and Frank have violated the private property rights, the rights of due process, the rights to freedom of speech and association, the right to petition for redress of grievance and the right to equal protection of the law to similarly situated landowners in the application of the County’s Land Use Plan and Zoning Ordinance. The case is being brought under the Federal Civil Rights Act of 1871.

“We are not a litigious group,” said Robert Ideker, a Houston County landowner. “We have tried to work with the County; we have attended dozens of meetings and hearings; we have written dozens of letters, but no one will listen. This last year, we even tried to talk to the Commissioners individually to express our concerns about the protection of property rights, and some landowners were told that the Commissioners would not speak to them. These are our elected representatives; it boggles my mind that they won’t even hear what we have to say.”

“At some of the meetings, we are told not to talk about the Constitution and the protection it guarantees to U.S. citizens. We need to get government back in the hands of the people; we just want the use of our property, our land and buildings. As we have told the County numerous times, we are not against civil law, but if our property use is not harming our neighbors or the environment, we should be able to use our property. We aren’t disrespectful to the County, but they should listen to our side as well. We are disappointed that we have to resort to the federal court to get a fair hearing on our concerns.”

The disagreements with the County came to a head when concerned citizens who had been deprived of their property rights went to the county officials, only to be rebuffed for their concerns. The landowners, often referred to as Landowners Concerned About Property Rights, then drafted a resolution, which was signed by 700 of the County’s landowners, that urged the County Commissioners to recognize the protections for private property and property use. That petition was presented to the Commission in 2007. The Commissioners never responded.

The Concerned Landowners filed litigation in state court challenging the land use plan and zoning ordinance in 2010, but during the research and discovery in the case, many landowners learned that the issues between the County and its citizens were significantly deeper than the land use plan; those issues go to the heart of the guarantees in the U.S. Constitution that are protected by the Federal Civil Rights Act. That is why the landowners are dismissing the state court case and endorsing the Federal District Court Civil Rights case. Dismissal of the state court case does not mean we agree with the County, it means we want to resolve all the claims at once and that can only be done in Federal Court.

“Civil rights are the rights belonging to an individual by virtue of his or her U.S. citizenship, especially the fundamental freedoms and privileges guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution and by subsequent acts of Congress, including property rights, civil liberties, due process, equal protection of the laws, and freedom from discrimination,” explained Ideker. “Specifically, section 1983 of the Civil Rights Act makes monetary and equitable relief available to those whose constitutional rights had been violated by a bureaucrat or official acting under State authority.

The Federal Civil Rights Act stands as one of the most powerful authorities under which federal courts may protect those whose constitutionally guaranteed rights are deprived. Section 1983 provides a way individuals can sue to stop past and prevent future violations of constitutionally protected rights. Section 1983 applies to both governmental employees as individuals and to state and local boards and commissions acting under state authority. It requires that the individuals or boards be responsible for the decisions they make, and not simply hide behind a claim that they are ‘following the law.’”

“It is disappointing that it has come to federal court litigation, but there is nowhere else to turn. We would still be open to talking to the County officials to try to come to a resolution,” said county land owner Tom Groeschner. “But we can’t really talk to them if they won’t listen to us. Don’t we have to put government back in the hands of ‘we the people?’”

Woman Roughed Up, Arrested for Reciting the Constitution During TSA Inspection

This is a story you will want to read!  IF every American did what she did while in the airport screening area we’d be a step closer to winning our freedom back!

Oct. 17, 2011

Albuquerque International Sunport Security Checkpoint:

I pass a camera crew filming the ticket counter. I stop and consider telling them what I am about to do, but decide against it. They probably won't care. Instead, I wheel my baggage to the security area.

I can feel my heart beat in my chest. I've never done anything like this. I've always said “Yes sir,” even when I didn't agree. Even this simple act fills me with conflicting emotions.

New Mexico is far warmer than my native Pacific Northwest. I'm sweating by the time I reach the first inspection of my ID. I'm sure I already look like a terrorist. The TSA agent, perched on his stool, takes no notice. I look enough like my driver's license and I have a valid airline ticket. He black lights my ID and lets me pass with hardly a glance.

I've come here to moonlight from my real job. My daughter had an operation, and I had to come up with thousands in deductible. She's in college and, so far, I've managed to keep her from becoming a debt slave, like her mother. I took eight extra weekends of work in the Land of Enchantment to cover the cost. I'm lucky, I guess, I can do that. Others, with fewer job opportunities, have no choice but to go bankrupt.

My heart kicks it up another notch when I get to the conveyor belt. Shouldn't have had that coffee this morning but thank God I didn't eat anything, or I'd be hugging the trash can right now.

Come on, I tell myself, what are they going to do? Confiscate your toothpaste? Say something mean to you? So what. Relax. You can do this. You should do this. You have to do this.

I take off my shoes and strip my backpack of computer and the baggie of incidentals. I stand in line while my armpits grow embarrassingly moist and I feel my heart race. I think, Get a hold of yourself. You're being a drama queen.

When it is my turn, I decline to go through the monitor that scans under your clothes, as I always do. The TSA agent starts his spiel about how safe it is. I've done my research. His statements are questionable, but that is not why I am doing this. I start my own spiel.

"The Fourth Amendment of the Constitution reads: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrant shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, an particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

-----

I'm speaking loud and clear so those around me can hear. Before I get to "unreasonable search" a man in an ill-fitting suit and a tie marches up to me. He tells me I was disrupting his operation. I have no idea what his position is. He stands in front of the metal detector--the first place they usually screen me. He tells me I am holding up the line. I drop my voice and tell him to go ahead and screen me. I'll take the pat down. But that's not what he wants. He wants me to shut up. I continue reading the Fourth Amendment.

He asks me to go with him to some undisclosed location to “talk”. He indicates with his hand somewhere back toward ticketing, away from being screened. I decline. He tries to gently guide me with a hand on my elbow, like we're on a date, pushing me back up the line. I stand firm. I want to go forward, let them pat me down while I read the Fourth Amendment to my fellow citizens.

He asks me what airline I'm on. I have seen no badge or ID. I ask him if he has a warrant for the information. He looks at me dumbfounded. He sees the United boarding pass in my hand. He tells me he won't allow me to fly. I have no idea if he has that sort of authority.

I say as loudly and clearly as I can, "I am being told I can not fly for reading you the Fourth Amendment."

He says, "If you keep this up I'll call the police."

I say as loud as I can, "You are going to arrest me for reading the Constitution?"

"You are disrupting the screening process, and yes we will arrest you."

Again, I say I will be screened but not by the machine. They make no effort to walk me through the metal detector or find a female officer to frisk me. He tries again to walk me out of the area. I stand my ground and read the First Amendment:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise there of, or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people to peaceably assemble, and to petition the government for redress of grievances."

The police do come, two of them. A young man and a grizzled officer with a road map of wrinkles lining his face. The young man stands in front of me and now I am terrified. They aren't just going to take my toothpaste. Why didn't I ask the camera crew to come--take the chance of getting the brush off? They might not do this, if there was a camera. Do I have the will to continue? I hear his voice asking for my name over the thudding of my heart in my ears.  Do I have to give it to him? I'm not sure.

I look behind him to the startled mass of silent passengers. "If you have a cell phone camera, this would make good You Tube footage." It is an act of desperation, and I don't see anyone reach for their phone.

They jack hammer questions at me, name, where am I from, phone number, etc. I lose track, I can't tell which questions I am obligated to answer and which I'm not. I concentrate on the officer in front of me. I think I know what the police can and can't do. He asks me my name, again, and I ask "Do you have a warrant or am I under arrest?"

He sees the license and plane ticket still in my hand and tries to take them. I pull them back. "Do you have a warrant to remove those?" He lets them go.

Guy with a Tie tells the cops I won't be flying. The police try to push me out of the area. I stand my ground.

"You are giving up your Constitutional rights for something that only has a 1 in 25 million chance of happening. Fifty times less than death by lightening or being struck by an asteroid." I call to the herd of passengers. They stare at me dazed.

The cops push me with more aggression and tell me that if I don't quit, I will be arrested.

I yell, “Thomas Jefferson said, 'those who would give up their liberty for their security deserve neither.'”

They physically push me out of the security area. I try to dig in my heels and resist, but my stocking feet slide over the tile floor.

I shout, "When you allow the Bill of Rights to be violated, you deprive your children of the  government your parents gave you. That is neither reasonable or responsible."

They stop pushing me at the end of the security check point and I regain my footing.

The old goat of a cop shoves me. "Get the hell out of here!" he yells, "Go on, stop causin' trouble."

I am in my stocking feet, with no cell phone, wallet or back pack. I stare at his snaring face and I can't. I just can't walk away. In for a penny, in for a pound. I sit down.

Instantly, my right hand is yanked behind my back and the cuffs are snapped on so tight they cut my skin. I grit my teeth, bite my tongue and let them have the left hand as well. He yanks the ID and boarding pass out of my hand. He pulls me up before he tells me to stand, but I scramble to my feet so I won't be resisting arrest. I walk where I am directed. At the first people I pass, I shout, "I am being arrested for reading the Constitution of the United States."

Old Goat lifts my hands up so high it hurts.

I continue to yell. People walking to the gate stare wide-eyed, but no one stops. In my hometown of Arcata, someone would have whipped out a cell phone and filmed it for You Tube, or at least “Shame!”ed the police for this act of cruelty.

A shout comes from behind me, "You are not being arrested."

I switch to, "I am being battered for reading the Constitution of the United States."

Old Goat pushes my hands up to the level of my shoulder blades, forcing me to walk bent over. I grunt with the pain but I won't give in to him.

"I am being battered for reading the Constitution of the United States, and when I tell you that he hurts me more."

Now my hands are over my head and it's hard to breathe. My eyes water, but I will not cry. My voice is high pitched with the strain of it. I have to pause to pant between my word, but I'm all-in.

"I...pant...am being battered...pant...for reading the Constitution...pant...and when I tell you that...pant...he hurts me more."

I am actually glad when we reach the holding cell. They throw me inside and slam the door with all the drama of any cop show.

The cell is clean and small, secured with a security door you would put on the front of your house. I sit on the bench at the far wall. My wrists, especially the right, are killing me. My mouth is parched and I am gasping.

Suddenly, I am filled with self-doubt. The bad machine doesn't know it is a bad machine. I say a prayer. Have I done the wrong thing? I've never stood up like this before--am I a bad person?

Calm descends. No. My words were the truth. If I can't turn to a fellow citizen and say, “Hey the TSA isn't obeying the Constitution. They're acting like this is a totalitarian state. What do you think?,” then it's because I live in a totalitarian state. I have acted on the side of democracy, so I can look the next generation in the face and say, “At least I tried.”

Young cop sits at a desk outside my security door. I hear Old Goat in the adjoining room tell someone, "We arrested her for disorderly conduct."

I yell, "That is the first time I've heard a charge." I do not add that there have been no Miranda rights or "You're under arrest." statement. In fact, they kept insisting while I was being marched through ticketing I was not under arrest--just cuffed and brutalized.

They ignore me. Old Goat asks for a statement from Guy with a Tie.

I ask, "Can I go back and get a statement from the people who witnessed it?"

Of course, there is no response.

I turn to young cop. "How does it feel to be one of the brown shirts."

"What?"

"You can look it up later," I say.

He says, "Did you listen to what people were saying?"

"I listened to what you told me. I responded to your questions."

"No--to the people in the airport? They were shouting for you to shut up."

True, one of them in the back of the line was irritated by the delay. The rest looked on wide-eyed and confused. I don't remember anyone shouting encouragement, but it was hard concentrating on the crowd with so many men in my face.

I try a different tactic. "Didn't you take an oath to defend the Constitution?"

"Look, we're just trying to keep you safe."

"The thing you are keeping me safe from, only has a 1 in 25 million chance of occurring. I'm more likely to win the lottery today."

"Maybe you should have bought a ticket."

I sigh and switch tactics again. “I know you have a job to do. I bet when you got into this it was to be of service. But how do you feel about what you just did?”

"I followed the rules and did this by the book. You disobeyed an officer when you wouldn't give me your license."

"I wasn't under arrest. You had no right to take anything from me. What if you book doesn't follow the Constitution, the highest law in the land?"

"It's not that big a deal. It's for everyone's safety. We don't want to take the risk. You don't have to fly you know. You give up your rights when you fly." (Yes, he really said that.)

"You know, as well as I do, I do have to fly. I have a job, too. I got to feed by family, too. That's just an excuse for ignoring the Constitution. What if they say you need to give up your rights  in order drive a car, or board a bus. Where is your line in the sand that can't be crossed. You know where mine is."

He chews on his lip, turning this over in his mind.

“I know about orders. I have to follow rules, too,” I continue. “Would it surprise you to know I was in the Air Force once?”

He looks me in the face, really seeing me for the first time. “Yes, actually, it would.”

“Twenty years. I'm a retired Lieutenant Colonel.”

"How are those cuffs? Are they too tight?"

"They're a bit snug,” I smile at him, “I wouldn't mind them a little looser."

He unlocks the door, and I turn my back so he can loosen the cuffs but he takes them off. He asks over my shoulder, "Are you thirsty? Would you like some water?"

I turn rubbing my protesting right wrist. There is a half inch dent in my skin outlining the cuff. "I'd love some water."

He brings a cold bottle and shuts the door. I'm grateful when the chill of the water hits my hot throat. I down half the bottle before I even realize it.

Guy in a Tie comes to the cage door. He asks if the address on my license is correct. I confirm that it is. He asks my phone number.  I ask if he is an officer of the law and does he have a warrant. He asks if I am refusing to talk to him. I ask if I am legally obligated to give him information. He asks again if I am refusing to talk to him. I tell him I am refusing to answer questions, and he leaves.

Young cop comes to the door. "What's your name?"

I sigh and ask about a warrant.

"We have your license. That's not why I am asking. I just wanted to know your name."

I give him my first name--the one on the license since they already have it. "What's you name?" I ask.

"Jared (not his real name)."

"Pleased to meet you Jared. Wish it was under better circumstances."

He nods and smiles.

A new man comes to the door. Marty (also not a real name) has a better fitting suit than Guy with a Tie. Polite is apparently in his job description.

"If I could get you home tonight, would you like that?" They must have hired him from a pool of telephone solicitors.

"Depends on the situation."

"But you would like that?"

"My husband would like it."

"Well, I'm married. Making the spouse happy usually makes my life better."

I can't deny this, and I nod. He disappears and returns. He offers to get me on a later flight if I take a misdemeanor charge of Disorderly Conduct. I feel like I am giving in, but what can I do? I actually do have to go to work tomorrow.

He says there is the little matter of getting through airport security. I say that I never declined a physical search, it was never offered. My intent was to read the Constitution, while it was happening. He speaks to someone in the next room. I ask who he is talking to and Guy with a Tie emerges.

"You refused to talk to me."

"No, I refused to give you personal information you were not entitled to."

"You refused to be searched."

"I never refused. You never offered. You only offered to remove me from the area."

"You don't have a right to disrupt the screening."

"You disrupted the screening. I just read the Constitution."

Marty intervenes. Clearly, his job is to get this resolved today. He breaks us up and I ask him, "So next week, when I have to fly again, what's going to happen when I read the Constitution?"

I actually feel pity for the way he looks at me. I have just made his day a living hell and I really do feel sorry for him and for calling Jared a Brown Shirt.

"Let's just get through today,” he says.

I agree to be searched and tell them I will read the Constitution in a normal voice while they do it. This is not good enough for Guy with a Tie. He says if I read the statement, I can't pay attention to what the frisking officer tells me. You know, how she is going to put her hands here and there and use the back of her hand to check my "sensitive areas". They tell me I need to listen to this, I kid you not, for my own safety. I say I will only read while she is not speaking. That won't do either, because I won't be concentrating on her instructions. Seriously, this was their rational explanation to me for continuing to violate my First and Fourth Amendment rights. I have to get home so I finally acquiesce.

Marty asks if I could be released and Jared lets me out. They give me back my shoes. Old Goat explains that I could await arraignment next Monday, or take the misdemeanor. I say I have already agreed to the misdemeanor.

“OK,” he says, “then you need to wait 'til Monday.” He leaves again.

"Wait a minute.” I call after him, “I don't think I understood the options. Could you come back and explain them to me?" There is only silence. My heart is beating again.

"I said I was taking the misdemeanor. Did I not understand what that was?" Monday is  a week away. My job and my husband will kill me.

Jared comes to the rescue. He gets Old Goat to write up the misdemeanor charge and explains I have to appear before the judge here in New Mexico. That is going to be damned inconvenient, as I live in Northern California, but I agree.

Jared and Marty walk me back to security with Guy in a Tie. Jared asks, "What did you do in the Force?"

"Same thing I do now. I'm a doctor."

He snorts and looks at me. I know I'm not what he expected. Now, he can't help but think about all I've said. Is he drawing his own line in the sand? Maybe. It took me a while, too. I got here in stages, not all at once.

They walk me to the ticket booth. Three planes and I won't get home until midnight, but at least I am going home. Marty gives me his card and asks that I call him the next time I flying through Albuquerque. I agree. I have nothing to hide, I maintain that I have not done anything not guaranteed to me by the Constitution.

They search me and I am sore and exhausted. I am silent. They check my bags for explosives and my backpack alarms. The same pack ,with the same contents, I have had checked here multiple times with no problems, alarms today. I share this fun fact with Jared. He smiles and nods. They unpack it and examine everything but decide the 3 mm bamboo knitting needles aren't that dangerous.

Guy with a Tie wants to know if I was born in Arcata. I ask why I should give this information. He asks for my phone number. Again I ask if I am legally obligated to give it.  He says that a TSA representative will want to follow up about the incident. I'd love to talk to customer service about today. I give my number.

He dances from foot to foot and hunches his shoulder. He won't look me in the eye for more than a microsecond.

I say, "I can tell by your body language you know more than you are telling me."

He gives me the deer in the headlights look and says "That's not my department."

"What's not your department?"

"Investigations. When they call you."

"You mean an agent is going to call me?"

"Well, yes."

"Agent of whom, TSA or FBI."

"TSA."

"What will they be investigating me for?"

The headlights are closing in on the deer. "I don't know. That's not my department."

I nod, too tired to worry that part of the intimidation leveled at people who aren't good little sheep is to be investigated by a federal agency for terrorism.

I turn to my gate. I have 5 hours.

I call my husband.  “Why would you do such a thing in some damn red-neck state, where I can't get to you?” He has for years tried to cure me of my delusion that there is some democracy left in the United States. I can hear the worry in his voice and I am sorry for putting it there. I try to reassure him that I am alright.

I find the first available electric socket and I write.

Tears finally come. People pass me by, staring, but I just put my head down and write. I open my veins and I write it all, the fear, the self doubt, the shock, the pain, the indignation.

When I am done, it is time to board. I pack my computer and stand in line, trying to come to grips with all that just happened.

I wonder what my husband will say when I get home. I wonder how I'm going to get down here for a court appearance. I wonder if they will let me fly again. I wonder what will happen if I read the Constitution next week when I have to come back. I wonder, briefly, what Ben Franklin or Thomas Jefferson would say, if they knew it was a sign of terrorism to recite the Bill of Rights.

Test Drive for Tyranny

clip_image001

The Real Revo

For over a year, I have been saying that it is my belief that if Obama feels he cannot win reelection, that there is a strong possibility of a declared emergency and election suspensions. Cue the rolling of the eyes and the statements of, “There she goes again.” Well, it would appear I am not alone in my assessment.

Judi McLeod at Canada Free Press put it very succinctly:

The fool proof way for Barack Obama to guarantee his re-election would be to suspend the 2012 election.

Thanks to North Carolina Governor Bev Perdue, suspending elections is an idea whose time has come.

Perdue’s proposal dropped like the proverbial bombshell at a Rotary Club event was offered as a means for politicians to gain time to tackle crippling unemployment and a stagnant economy.

Was Perdue stretching for Rotarian attention or advancing an idea already on Obama’s agenda?

I don’t believe Perdue is crazy or that she was being funny. I believe it was a ‘test’ to see how her suggestion would be received:

One other little side note, Bev Perdue also belongs to the Council of Governors that Obama put together. I warned about this council from the beginning and I do not believe it was an accident that this suggestion came from one of it’s members.

Perdue, speaking on the economy, turned more than a few heads with her remarks:

“You have to have more ability from Congress, I think, to work together and to get over the partisan bickering and focus on fixing things. I think we ought to suspend, perhaps, elections for Congress for two years and just tell them we won’t hold it against them, whatever decisions they make, to just let them help this country recover. I really hope that someone can agree with me on that. The one good thing about Raleigh is that for so many years we worked across party lines. It’s a little bit more contentious now but it’s not impossible to try to do what’s right in this state. You want people who don’t worry about the next election.”

Perdue was not alone last week as I heard at least one other prominent Democrat mention ‘too much Democracy’ and maybe elections should be suspended. ABC News had the gall to write an article entitled: Too Much Democracy? A Modest Proposal From N.C. Gov. Bev Perdue. A modest proposal indeed… Lacking the courage to frame the issue with the irony it deserves, ABC News has written an article titled after Jonathan Swift’s heavily ironic work by the same name, but without the incisive wit and biting insight Swift demonstrated in penning his piece. The Democrat Party and this administration are demonstrating that they have more and more in common with Josef Stalin, Mao Tse Tung, Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini, than they do with the American people. Using class warfare and the ‘eat the rich’ mentality, they are probing every fascist boundary they can find to see what will give in their favor. Hear it yourself from Roseanne Barr as she intones, ‘Off with their heads!’:

This type of violent, hateful rhetoric should not be laughed off as Barr’s attempt at humor. Notice she is on Russia Today and her interviewer claims to have been calling for the guillotine for over a year. I believe the Progressives mean every word they say. Barr is obviously a communist who wants big government to totally control people for their own good. Russia Today is the modern propaganda arm of the Soviet Union. Do I really have to spell this out for every one?

Rush Limbaugh also sees this as a very real possibility:

Glenn Beck and many other pundits have also echoed this concern. All it would take is one emergency, real or a false flag event, to enable this president to declare martial law and suspend elections. He’s already stomped all over the Constitution with his executive orders, czars and super committees. Do you really think he won’t take that ‘next’ step? With the ‘Occupy Wall Street’ protests gaining strength and spreading, they could very well be the excuse he is looking for. This week’s events were the perfect test drive for tyranny and the road leads right over a Constitutional cliff.

Game On… NFL wants pat-downs from ankles up at all stadiums

First the airport, and most experts say that is a waste of time, and now Football games. Tomorrow it will be school, the market and every public building.

Time to scream STOP!!

The NFL wants all fans patted down from the ankles up this season to improve fan safety.

Under the new "enhanced" pat-down procedures, the NFL wants all 32 clubs to search fans from the ankles to the knees as well as the waist up. Previously, security guards only patted down fans from the waist up while looking for booze, weapons or other banned items.

The stricter physical screening policy impacts the 16.6 million fans expected to attend live regular season NFL games this season. The more thorough searches will spell longer lines for ticket-holding fans seeking entry to games. It's sure to raise the ire of some fans who consider it an invasion of privacy.

The NFL recommended the new guidelines before the kickoff of the 2011 season which coincided with the 10th anniversary of 9/11. The league hopes fans will be "patient," says spokesman Brian McCarthy, and arrive earlier to games to avoid long, punishing lines.

"The enhanced security procedures recommended by our office before the start of the season will further increase the safety of fans but will require some additional time," McCarthy told USA TODAY in a statement Thursday. "We encourage fans to come early, enjoy their tailgating tradition, and be patient as they enter the stadium."

The NFL suffered damage to its family-friendly image when a South Carolina man was arrested for using an illegal stun gun on other fans at a New York Jets-Dallas Cowboys game Sunday night.

THE HUDDLE: Brady tells Pats fans to start drinking early

The NFL predicts its live gate will be equal this year to last season's overall regular season attendance of 16,569,514.

The Buffalo Bills have announced the changes for fans attending this Sunday's home game against the Oakland Raiders at Ralph Wilson Stadium. The Bills' announcement reads in part:

The Buffalo Bills will be implementing an enhanced pat-down procedure starting with this Sunday's game and the organization wants to communicate this new process to all fans attending the game. The new procedure is a recommendation from the NFL in accordance with the league's Best Practices policies. Specifically, the enhanced portion of the pat-down is for the area from the knees to the ankles. Bills officials have long recommended that fans arrive early to the gates and continue to do so, especially with the enhanced pat-down now part of the security measures taken at Ralph Wilson Stadium.

UPDATE: The Indianapolis Colts also issued a statement Thursday announcing stricter security screenings for fans entering Lucas Oil Stadium:

At the direction of the NFL, fans attending this Sunday's Colts vs. Browns game, and future NFL games, will be subject to an enhanced personal security screening prior to entering Lucas Oil Stadium. The screening will include physical pat-down (above the waist as well as below the knees) and inspection of all items. The enhanced personal security screening is in addition to the process guests have typically experienced at NFL games since 2001. In order to accommodate this security enhancement, guests are asked to arrive earlier than normal to avoid longer security lines at the checkpoints. Guests may refuse inspections; however, management reserves the right to refuse entry.

The idea of being physically searched by strangers while attending NFL games has been controversial for years. Several fans have filed lawsuits across the U.S., challenging the league's physical screenings in court. But the NFL's policies were upheld in court.

From Mike Adams at Natural News:

These police-state pat-downs, you see, are going to be expanded to the point where you have to show your papers on demand at every government building, sporting event and even shopping malls and movie theaters. America's descent into a total communist-style police state has begun.

Alex Jones, by the way, has announced a boycott of the NFL and their sponsors; urges all NFL ticket holders to demand refunds, not attend games and boycott purchases of NFL and sponsor’s products.  Here's Natural News: article

A republic destroyed!

A Republic sabotaged by 14th Amendment, the RED AMENDMET: Part 1.

Ever wonder why the nation is in the fix that it is? Is it the result of political ignorance, not remembering, not consulting the nations history, or is it by design and as a concept, given premier social engineering?

Take a look and view, the 14th Amendment and come to the realization of what the crux of the problem really is. For generations since the Civil War, we the people have been sabotaged by the government employees, ("as Senator McCain can be quoted as saying: [" I am a government employee"] )

What kind of government do we have?

As the fictional character Morpheus, the “Matrix” once stated-

“I’m trying to free your mind, Neo. But, I can only show you the door-You’re the one who has to walk through it.” (So true of all of us and because of that failing to walk through the door thus seeking further knowledge, we become enslaved through generational acceptance of lies and extortion.)

And so here we are, information is available and, be it right, wrong or indifferent, we have to be able to discern a given element of particulars in order to understand truth of fact, versus fiction or conspiracy theory. We must ask ourselves a very serious question: Has our awareness been lulled as to assume that we are secure within our government, or in fact, have we been given a “false” sense of security, living under a false flag?

As in our case, there are two types of government, 1. de facto and 2. de jure.

As in government, de facto, is not according to law while, de jure is according to law.

As per Black’s Law Dictionary: Sixth Edition Deluxe.

DE FACTO: In fact (should actually be of fact), is distinguished from “de jure,” by right.

De Jure: By right; by lawful right; rightfully ‘ complying with the law in all respects; valid in law (i.e. constitutional; in conformity with the law of nations)

P 1

We are often speaking in terms of, “think outside of the box”, in other words, we need to think differently, or from a different perspective, not as we are or have been programmed to think. We must be able to discern truth

from false programming as it is quite factual, we are programmed from day one of our lives, and as we mature and enter the stage of politics, we are programmed to digest every and any thing that the government, “De Facto” government, throws our way. Think of it as control.

Staying in the box of a programmed society causes, in many cases, severe abnormalities such as tunnel vision. In order to explore the other side of life, we need to reprogram ourselves by opening our minds and asking such question as-“what if?” What if things are actually not what we are led to believe them to be. We, in order to be a free people, have got to be able to think like a free people and therefore have the fortitude to question authority. There are always two sides to any issue when it comes to government, that is “they”, “them”, and “us”, we,

the people. It is always a case, just as it is with the police, as an example and used frequently as, “them and us”, which in that case, we are the them and the police are the us.

When it comes to living within the confines of a controlling government, we become enslaved and that enslavement all too often is malevolent and inflicted in a stealth like manner, much like the much touted but rebuked National Health Care bill. We are now witnessing the effects of social programming as administered in the don’t ask don’t tell mind set installed within our military and the programming of our young people within the education system. Government working in stealth is a government that burdens us with ramifications that comes a time, we have to deal with, like it or not. There are those who wish or do not understand why they should think outside of the box, and then there are those, hopefully those being us, as in “us and them”, who are willing to question and deal with the ramifications that are planned for us. There are many weapons used to gain and hold control over a people, one seldom given consideration and challenged is that of “Legal Language”. Legal Language is the tool that has been utilized to usurp your natural, unalienable, and constitutional rights.

We have to come to an understanding, and one that will be revealed if we think and start to live outside of the proverbial box that Legal Language has provided the vehicle through which we have not been living under the true Constitution that was established by the founding fathers. In exploring Legal Language, we can come to understand that we have not, and are not living under what we assume to be a free state as we have been conditioned or programmed to believe or told as being a free state. Hopefully, we can discover truth from fiction as to whether we have been misled or not. It is obvious that for the most part, Americans awareness has been lulled and therefore are incognizant of what has really happened within our learning and application thereof.

P 2

We as a people of this great nation are finding ourselves in a severe case of “Dire Straits” and it is necessary for us to find out what the new “Political Situation” really is. We must gain the necessary information that will assist in emancipating ourselves from an unwitting servitude. With out proper and understandable available information for our emancipation as free borne Americans, we will not gain our true freedom, or better yet, unalienable rights. This emancipation process comes from the pursuance of the Law of Nations; by which, such status is protected by what is to be referred to as the "organic" Constitution. To paraphrase Morpheus, “the Matrix”, with out knowing the path, we cannot walk the path.

ARE WE IN A DILEMMA? CAN WE OUTLINE THE DILEMMA?

In order to think out side off the box of political control and dominance, we have got to give consideration to a conspiracy, a conspiracy that is factual rather than theoretical. Of all the conspiracies that we have been faced with of recent, Obama’s “birth certificate/ineligibility…”, “Operation Fast and Furious”, “open borders” and not so recent, “The War on Drugs-on going”, “911”, “The Branch Davidian Massacre, Waco Texas”, “President Kennedy Assassination” and others too numerous to mention. There remains one conspiracy more evil than any other that we, the United States of America have ever seen. This conspiracy is the termination of the organic Constitution and since the Civil War, the “Reconstruction Era”, the incorporation of the United States of America and the nullification, so to say of states sovereignty.

Since 9 July 1868, one of the greatest conspiracies ever bestowed upon the United States has probably been more distasteful, stellar influences ever experienced upon our individual sovereignty and freedoms as natural born citizens to this “once great nation.” This conspiracy is in plain sight for all to see as all are living in it but few will have the courage to think outside of the box to explore and question with resolve the most evil conspiracy yet experienced. With the exception of a few two legged persons, once something is killed or dead, it is diminished forever. Let’s hope that is not the case if enough of us plant the seed to think outside of the box.

By exploring section 4 of the 14 Amendment to the Constitution of the United States and understanding the issue of public debt of the United States and slaves we should come away with a complete understanding of the conspiracy of this nations intended death. Exploring beyond section1 of the 14 Amendment is seldom if ever heard of by the common person, in the circles of law perhaps but even then, ignored. By going beyond the 1st section of 14, that is where the evil of the 14 Amendment lies and are those issues that are truly unconscionable and wicked.

P 3

There is dual reference to the 14th Amendment, which are:

It was / is a vehicle for the implementation of Communism in America. America being the biggest challenge to the Communist cabalists, the Cold War was just one phase of distraction for the public to focus on while Communism is much older and started its conquest many years before the cold war. Think, the “Great Depression” as one vehicle of destruction.

It was / is a vehicle to deliberately bring the United States into perpetual debt. (Does that sound familiar by today’s standards?)

The first item of this conspiracy was necessarily designed and implemented in order to bring about the 2nd part of the vehicle to hell.

This nation experienced two wars in its birthing, one was the ever famous Revolutionary War which put us on the road to freedom, and the second was the war of 1812 which again was a war with the British Empire which is most famous for the burning of our capitol, Washington D.C. It was after the war of 1812 when the sinister covert forces of the “World Elite” who will be referred as the “they” syndrome as afore mentioned, also inferred to as the “Order”. The Order can also be referred to mean the “New World Order” and as, if you will remember when President George Bush Sr. brought the title New World Order into play during “Desert Storm”. That proclamation brought me up off of the couch! None the less, this will prove to a minimum the evil, covert takeover of the United States of America.

Illuminati / Masonry

This could be offensive to some as it was to me, but study proves out and opinions change.

There is a great to do over secrete societies such as the Illuminati and Masonry, or the Skull and Bones, coupled with the Bilderberg Group and or the Council on Foreign Relations. We are witness of take over by secrete societies, otherwise referred to as “puppets”, and Mainly of the Masonic Order. Offensive to some? But of course, was to me as a Mason, until I took a step outside of the box and started to question authority. The harm instilled is that of the rank and file of these subversive fraternities or secrete confederacies if you will. Just as the rank and file feed on the bile spewed from the international heads.

As a result of homage and symbolism, their presence is well known and advertised as printed on the various denominations of the Federal Reserve Notes; Notes of Debt. There are such symbols that have to be taken into consideration and further study.

P 4

Consider: There are many theories, but consider one for example.

The pyramid with the eerie illuminated eye, and The Great seal of the “United States”

One should also consult a text on symbolism as well. *There is much speculation that Washington D.C. was laid out to be a giant clandestine Masonic play ground, where many other symbolisms can be found.

One of the most intriguing of these symbolisms is the Washington Monument. The monument that you see is 555 feet tall. The sub-structure of the Monument is 20 percent of 555; or 111 feet. Add the two together and you get 666; the Mark of the Beast as mentioned in the Bible. Coincidental: Perhaps…but highly doubtful. (Is this coincidental or by design?) This positions America as being Neo-Babylon: The New World Order, i.e. The Order. *(Taken directly from the text, The Red Amendment)

Patriotism Directed to Military

As the United States holds dominance in world power and enjoys the act of nation building by spreading “democracy” (watch that word-democracy) that power of dominance has to be initiated and advanced by some means of a force of mass. Thus enters the United States military in initiating world dominance of power. Yes, we do have the world’s best fighting force but in today’s language, much misapplied. War, not only from a Patriotic point of view but as viewed from that of a sporting event as in team competition. i.e. our special forces our do their special forces, and that not to take away from our special forces but only to demonstrate a similarity as in the Marines being better or worse than the Army sort of thing. Fact is, this condition is directly related to patriotism, and that in its self generates a mentality of self righteous superiority to aggress or to be misapplied as in the bombing of other sovereignties or nations such as Libya, and that is not to say that Libya is a problematic nation as far as the west is concerned, but it is commonly agreed that we do not have any business bombing Libya with out a reason for a declaration of war. Much the same of course can be made for other past and present incursion / invasions for the sake of spreading that most misused word, “democracy”.

These same demonstrations were used by many nefarious dictators, such as Hitler for example to promote a reason. Any excuse is a good excuse as long as it is sellable and gives the appearance of being “Patriotic”. There are two standards as associated with a war or conflict.

P 5

Patriot:

1) One who loves, supports, and defends one’s country.

2) One who serves or works merely for monetary gain; a hireling.
(a). A professional soldier hired for service in a foreign army.

There are also two types of Patriots, one who as a Patriot for duty and honor becomes a member of the nations military, and one, a civilian who either was a member of the nations military and becomes a civilian or the civilian who was never in the nations military but stands ready as a defender of the nation willing to meet all enemies foreign and domestic. All too often since WWII has the United States involved itself in police actions, some under the authority of the United Nations, and others at the behest of, perhaps nation building for future gain, but none which can definitely be classified as in defense of the United States; especially while allowing an invasion of criminally illegal and clandestine person’s to stampede across our southern border.

When it comes to the Constitution, Article 1 of the U.S. Constitution states that Congress has the power to raise and support Armies, but no appropriation of money that use shall be for a longer term than two years. Actually, there is no reason for the United States to sustain a standing Army, Navy, or Air Force. This of course has been common practice since the Civil War. In the involvement of on going foreign conflicts past and present since WWII, would not the United States be considered a foreign entity in these areas of conflict either initiated by the U.S. or other nations? Wouldn’t this then classify the United States as a mercenary force. Now, enters the financiers and the Military/Industrial complex. As is too often the case being, ”it takes money to make money.” From what can be considered covert theft and slave labor, we are able to make reason for the being of the 14th Amendment. There is a term known as the Quiet War on Americans. The “Blueprint” used to create this dominance was-and is-entitled: Communism.

Neo-Slavery:

Neo-Slavery, never heard of it until now and as engendered by the 14th Amendment. “Wars and rebellions are, the two most mortal diseases of society.

P 6

Alexander Hamilton

Debt; a virulent product of war, couple that with Social Programs and debt is the primary crippler of a nation, our nation, the United States of America. Just think about the "Cut, Cap, and Trade

debat that is going on today, a push me, pull me syndrome. There should be nothing to debate on this issue, debt is death and that is final. As a result of debt, loans are arranged and those arrangements have to be made through the interfacing of the World Banks, the World Elite, and that being a paid political doctrine otherwise known as Communism. Now, we come to learn and understand a, not in our normal language, but the new America, the term “State”, not as in Ohio, New Mexico, Oregon…. but as in the context of the United States as a nation. We end up with an “economic slave force” under the banner of “The State”.

The State, to state it as in a Communist form of meaning.

Ballentine’s Law Dictionary defines Communism as:

Communism: In the pristine sense, is the ownership of the means of production by the community, each member of the community participating in production according to his ability and sharing in the products according to his need.

In common usage of the present day suggestive, of the theories of Marx, Lenin, politics, and authoritarian rule.

There are numerous expressions of the title Communism/Communist as: Democracy, Socialism, Liberalism, Fascism, and of course Progressive. As Progressive is basically a new term and heavily used by conservative talk hosts and now having entered the mainstream of the public vocabulary, these terms are constantly altered or revised as a deviation from the original meaning, that being Communist. As in the case of Progressive, that was touted as being one who was thinking out of the box and perhaps using imagineering as a useful tool for the sake of good for all concerned. Regardless as to how the language is contrived in order to establish a new moniker for Communism, it will still fall under the contrivance of Carl Marx and Fredrick Engel’s as in the “Communist Manifesto”. The purpose of the Communist Manifesto as a blue print is to enslave and control nations with a perpetual debt while creating personal debt through materialism.

P 7

Materialism has been one source of social diversion from all issues of a political nature, which in turn will alter any semblance of a free life style while control is being implemented through stealth management. In reviewing the “Ten Planks of the Communist Manifesto”, one can easily see in parallel as to what has and is happening to the United States of America. Stealth management is the product applied for enslavement of the taxpayer in order to satisfy a none-satisfiable, national debt as well as being applied through out the world as a means of world dominance under Communism.

Ten Planks of the Communist Manifesto:

1. Abolition of property in land and the application of all rents of land to public purposes.

2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.

3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance.

4. CONFISCATION OF THE PROPERTY OF ALL EMIGRANTS AND REBELS.

5. Centralization of credit in the hands of the State.

6. Centralization of the means of communications and transportation in the hands of the State. (Think executive orders)

7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the State. 8. Equal liability of all to labor. The establishment of industrial armies; especially for agriculture.

9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries, gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country, by a more equitable distribution of population over the country. (Think-an executive order by pres. Nixon)

10. Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children's factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production.

_ HYPERLINK "http://laissez-fairerepublic.com/TenPlanks.html" __http://laissez-fairerepublic.com/TenPlanks.html_

In thinking about how far the Progressive footprint has made it thus fare, as in the political arena, is there a representation of anything that has occurred to date? Are there parallels that are relevant today? There are many questions that could be asked in order to confirm a parallel between the Ten Planks of the Communist Manifesto and our activities such as subsidies, either agricultural, or industrial, public transportation i.e. Amtrak, Interstate Highways, Aviation subsidies, Utilities, and above all others, the Federal Reserve Bank and debtor notes as printed by the Federal Reserve which have nothing tangible for backing other than the promise of the tax payer.

P 8

Education can not be dismissed as in the fact that as in public schools religion can not be expressed, with exception of Islam perhaps, and evolution can be taught while history, nationalism is debunked or rendered as a negative and in the states, many do not teach state history but opt for cultural studies of either Latin, or Islam.

Controlled:

Now, let's move into the realm of "Control". Control, the ultimate goal of any totalitarian unit in command, or assuming command by what ever means. Bottom line is to gain control and maintain control for the sake of dominance of one over another. We are quite well aware of the fact that the government, the state, has had and does have control over the schools. So, enters "Neo-Slavery". A simple question, "Neo-Slavery", what is it? Neo-Slavery in our time, a new slave type which is very real and applicable and would be that form of slavery that replaced the slavery of a given race, the black African race which was in effect prior to the end of the Civil War, where at the end of the war and through the establishment of the 14 th Amendment, the new, or "Neo-Slavery" came into being, and that slavery shifted the blacks from private ownership to federal ownership. Along with the "Neo- Slavery" transitioning the black slave from private ownership to federal ownership also included all other races, the whites, browns, reds and the yellow races, otherwise known as and classified as "citizens", all of those Americans who were brought into the Union state as mandated tax payers, and obligators of federal law. This was the beginning of the end for states of independent nations status, and the loss of their sovereignty and now under federal control, not the Republic as in terms of which we like to think ourselves as being under. More on that later.

Neo-Slavery can only be initiated through, the "dummying down", "conditioning" process that we are just now understanding as being a reality, and starting very early in our schools. Another term to apply to this gradual yielding to control would be the utilization of "mind control". As and if you do remember the sudden shift in the social structure of the 60's; once women started exercising their independence as in throwing away the bra, no make up, and most pronounced since WWII, entering the work force. Independence in personality, and desires, are not all bad for anybody, other than those reasons of and for the Controllers, but there was a more sinister reason for encouraging the woman to enter the work force as part of the wage earner status, and that is the added revenue to the federal government as in, increasing the tax base. The feds can't get a piece of the female population if they are home raising their children? Therefore, women must be working. To further the plot of this silent Neo-Slavery, get people hooked on materialism and overspending, thus creating and increasing personal debt.

P 9

Who hasn't been in or are in debt? Debt, has been an institutional way of life in America. The media, as we know the media has not been at all honest with we the people, it is a programmed unit of information which has been an excellent vehicle for the promotion of free love and immorality. Thinking, is not out of line in terms of the subliminal control that the federal government has over religion, and that is through the granting of "501 c3 non profit status" from the Internal Revenue Service, chances are and to some extent, your beliefs are being covertly controlled through government laid "political speech". This is most prevalent in today's events. This scenario also plays into the applying for and acceptance of government grants. If the Mafia does you a favor, then you will be expected to repay that favor with a favor; no questions asked. This is a most dangerous element of our policing departments.

The greatest tool used by the Elite, are the people of the labor force. These people have been sucked into the plot of the Elite. This is where the ideology of a people being engaged in a battle against the "Capitalist". The labor movement has and is being used as a tool that is very subversive in design to harass the middle class owned businesses. How you say? Our most recent uprisings as demonstrated in Wisconsin, and Minnesota for example. This is nothing new, as the labor movement, not only in today's events but in the early 20th Century, has been captive of the Communist element as during the very early days of the 20th Century, the minority workers as well as the skilled trades has been severely influenced to have disregard for "Capitalism". That the capitalist mind set is totally against the middle class and is the thief and enemy of the working middle class. Any person(s) desirous of being in business for them selves becomes a Capitalist. Investing in stocks and bonds makes you a Capitalist. Capitalism causes growth and enhanced economics for all. Greed, and Communism destroys Capitalism.

In order for we the people to survive as a free republic, we must study, and learn about how engrained the Communist element is within our government and social structure. We must think outside the "Marxist box" that has been built around all of us either as individuals or groups. Most people in America are working full time jobs where we have middle class husband and wife. People should not be burdened to the point where life is all work. Accordingly, this gives little time to spend with family and other pleasures of life. An immediate cause of this epidemic is over taxation, and that is due to the "Neo-Slavery" conceived by the World Elite -"Communism".

Subversive Neo-Slavery via a Monetary Criminal enterprise:

Social Engineering through the monetary system as administered through a Cabal of political’s and bankers, thus enters the “THE GREAT DEPRESSION”, an example of what we are being faced with in today's unraveling of government corruption and collusion with the banking system as managed by the nefarious Federal Reserve and controlling bankers.

P 10

Meanwhile and on account of it, we ourselves are about to enter into the midst of the greatest depression we have ever known. From the Atlantic to the Pacific, our Country has been ravaged and laid waste by the evil practices of the Fed and the interests which control them. At no time in our history, has the general welfare of the people been at a lower level or the minds of the people so full of despair.

History is the best teacher but most often ignored:

"Recently in one of our States, 60,000 dwelling houses and farms were brought under the hammer in a single day. 71,000 houses and farms in Oakland County, Michigan, were sold and their erstwhile owners dispossessed. The people who have thus been driven out are the wastage of the Fed. They are the victims of the Fed. Their children are the new slaves of the auction blocks in the revival of the institution of human slavery.
Constitutional Union:

In order to better understand the function of our present demise as in government control and to break through the Marxist lies of which we are fed, we have got to become cognizant of legal and historical information in order to set a solid foundation for understanding the problems we face and how we got into this quagmire of Neo-Slavery. First off, it must be understood that the position as originally relegated to the federal government is that it was not, is not to do business with the people of the several republics, those republics are, or as intended, the states as in the now 50 states of the United States of America. This is where states sovereignty comes in or the meaning there of. By reviewing Article 1, section 8 of the original (organic) Constitution. It is also imperative that you understand the Ninth and Tenth Articles in Amendments as in the organic Constitution. Understand the term "organic" is in reference to the original Constitution. These Amendments were to protest the peoples (the several states) of America from the Union government.

True Country and Nation of Americans:

Strange as it may seem, most American s are unaware that their true country and nation is that of the following: 1. Native state, which is a natural national(your) domicile, or 2. Chosen state, which is considered an acquired national domicile (home of residence). Should you consider confirmation as representative of this fact, you would do well to read what Bouvier's Law Dictionary, 1856 has to say about it. You can Google up the dictionary as many other article's or definitions on line with out leaving the house.

P 11

Country: By country, is meant the state of which one is a member. Every man's country is in general, the state in which he happens to have been borne. Now, if you go to Black's Law Dictionary, looking under Country, you will find described as - The territory occupied by an independent nation of people, or the inhabitants of such territory. In the primary meaning "country" it denotes the population, the nation, the state, or the government, having possession and dominion over a territory. (Somewhat vague?)

It must be understood that the change of definition is not due to modernization. Further, it does get old hearing people say "Times have changed" or "the Constitution is old" or is "fluid" to meet the more modern times. It is evident they have been programmed by Communist dicta. This remindes me, of a time that I asked a deputy sheriff of his opinion, or thoughts on the Constitution. He was also previously a Marine prior to becoming a deputy. His remark was-"Oh that, the Constitution, was for those people way back then in the early years and doesn't fit our modern times. Our modern times? How about a hundred years from now in another modern time? A new constitution of today wouldn't be fitting then? This is a premium example of programming, brain washing, and the scary part of law enforcement as it is infiltrated with Marxist logic. You need to understand that your state is your true country and nation. You more than likely never gave that a bit of thought nor did you ever realize that at a matter of fact because you/we, have been lied to. This is the failure, failure by design of our public schools as they are tax supported thus government controlled. It must be further understood that de jure state nationals, not United States citizens, are the sovereign power of their countries.

Pursuant to the fact of disinformation, the Constitution does not give the several states a Democracy. How often in today's lingo do you hear the term Democracy? All too often and there is a reason for that dummying down. The Constitution guarantees a republic government. Such a government can be evidenced in Article IV, section 4, of the Constitution. Rome became a so-called Democracy, what you live in now. The Roman Empire collapsed due to its people over indulging in sporting events (distractions), dictatorships(executive orders), corruption, military aggression(nation building), etc. Does this sound familiar when looking at the events of the last century and this, the 21st century?
Local Control:

Local Control is Key to happiness just as Jean Jacques Rousseau wrote in 1762: "The Social Contract or principles of Political Right," In this particular writing he stated the following about the political rights of people: "...the political rights of people would be best guarded if they were kept very local, not broad."

P 12

I would take that to mean, as in a political spectrum, local to mean within one's own community rather than out side of that community or within one's own state rather than not as a broad since of the word, the United States in total of all states as United States government, "the state."

The Republic political premise under the Constitution is based on the premise of local principles as noted by Jean Jacques Rousseau. These principles are fundamentally noted as:

1. The several states of America-which are American republics and /or nation, i.e. entitled 'the people, as a collective unit are but separated from each other as Oklahoma is separated from Louisiana who is separated from Texas and so forth.......

~ All people of a particular state were citizens (nationals) of the particular state in which they lived (American national, e. g. Ohio national, Iowa national, etc....) This means that "Legally", your state or country of birth is where your lawful (Constitutional) allegiance is! Se Title 8 USC~1101(a)(21). The term 'national' means a person owing permanent allegiance to a state. For further information on state nationalities, based on the Law of Nations, see 1984 U.S. Government Style Manual, chapter 5.22/5.23.

2. The United government is separate from peoples of the several republics.

Furthermore, to continue this political curriculum, Alexander Hamilton set forth this in Federalist Paper number 9 in reference to the proposed government of the federation; it was the premise of the United States, non-interference in the affairs of the several American republics otherwise known as the individual states as independent republics:

"As this government is composed of small republics, it

enjoys the internal happiness of each." (Alexander Hamilton)

Following the Republic, political reasoning found in the Federalist Papers, the Founding Fathers fully outlined what a Republic Form of Government was to consist of in the Papers.

Again, the Republican Form of Government is guaranteed to the states by the union, i.e. via the federal government, in Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution. Such form of government is clearly noted by the following statement by James Madison in the Federalist Paper 10:

"The two great points of difference between a Democracy and a Republic are:

1. First, the delegation of the government, in the latter, to a

small number of citizens elected by the rest;

2. Secondly, the greater number of citizens, and greater sphere of

country, over which the latter may be extended."

P 13

In other words: The several republics make up the federal government; many local controlled governments extending outward from the counties of each republic; not inward as it is now. Currently, money is taken from each republic, then is distributed amongst the several States as the federal government sees fit. The federal government uses such power as leverage against the States to dictate "ITS" policies to them. These measures destroy the fundamental purpose of the Ninth and Tenth Articles in Amendment, which protected the states.

Moreover, a nation which does not contribute as much as another takes from one that is more productive, thus destroying the internal happiness of each republic as originally outlined by the founding fathers. The none-productive have to become more productive, and the productive have less incentive to remain productive to the benefit its society. ( So now, you have what can be termed as "Cooperative Federalism", thus entering the realm of Socialism within the United States Government.) This does not take any brains to figure out how states (independent nations) have been usurped and taken over by a socialist form of government, and a government with an out of control fiscal appetite. Just from this little bit of exposure of truth as intended, or fact, you can see as in our present debate of the national debt just how corrupt and uneducated the members of congress are, regardless of their degrees or political B.S. Because of the way the U.S. government has been allowed to usurp the Constitution and abridge the states of nations, (we are now entering a phase of "Economic Armageddon", a declared war on the American public. )

As noted by Major General Paul Vallely:

“ The U.S. government is the people residing within 50 states. If the Congressional Evangelist are not focused on the plan, it should be immediately identified and noted and constantly addressed by the state government and state watchdog groups and local media. (‘always keep score’)”…. So, you see, it is back to local control, the people of the free and independent states, nations within their own rights that should have and should control our out of control congress, the legislative branch of the federal government. The states have got to take charge and express their sovereignty thus emphasizing the power of local control.

Land Ownership and Suffrage:

Just what is "Land Ownership, and what is meant by Suffrage"? The objective of the people of America gaining and having control of the politics of the nation, state suffrage had originally come from the ownership of land. Each republic established its own dictates in regard.

P 15

These premises were established in the Federalist Paper, 35 by Alexander Hamilton. There is logic behind his premise:
"Nothing remains but the landed interest; and this, in a political view, and particularly in relation to taxes, it can be taken to be perfectly united, from the wealthiest landlord down to the poorest tenant. No tax can be laid on land that will not affect the proprietor of millions of acres as well as the proprietor of a single acre. Every landholder will therefore have a common interest to keep the taxes on land as low as possible; and common interest may always be reckoned upon as the surest bond of sympathy."....

Hamilton further stated in Federalist Paper 35:

"It is said to be necessary, that all classes of citizens should have some of their own number in the representative body, in order that their feelings and imam be the better understood and attended to. . . Will not the landholder know and feel whatever will promote or insure the interest of landed property? And will he not, from his own prejudice or incumbents? There is no part of the administration of government that requires extensive information and a thorough knowledge of the principals of political economy, so much as the business of taxation. The man who understands those principles best will be least likely to resort to oppressive expedients, or sacrifice any particular class of citizens to the procurement of revenue."

Socialism Promotes Irresponsibility:

How does one identify a corrupt state??

"Obviously, the more corrupt the State, the more numerous the laws." This theory of fact filters down to and through the state legislature as well. State Legislatures and the U.S. congress are in the business of control and for the self, make work legislation in order to collect a pay check. Think about it.

We are now experiencing the making, application, and institutionalizing of Socialism within the United States today, and there is no slowing it down as it is racing at break neck speed liken to that of a run a way train.

The current bastardized government - instituted just after the so-called Civil War; is based on Socialism / Communism. I have harped on the Communistic encroachment for many years only to be preaching to deaf ears; especially since the downing of the Berlin Wall, which brought an end to the "Cold War" and Communism. Not hardly an end to Communism as it is, it is alive and well and, "as you can see, if you open your eyes and mind Morpheous, again, I can only show you the door, you have to walk through it.

P 16

Maybe you have heard the Marxist expression: "Pay Your Fair Share". A common sense consensus of paying your fair share is not that of taking from "haves" and "contributors" and giving it to "have-nots" and "non-contributors", hence, raising taxes for welfare to maintain shiftless people who care not to truly contribute to the peoples of a specific American republic. This tacit political formula is simply a ;lot to destroy---or bring down----people of the middle class, hence creating a nation of serfs. i.e. servitude. Accordingly, these measures transfer all land and wealth to the control of the World Elite for their benefit.

These matters are in parallel to what Thomas Jefferson once said:

"If we can prevent the government from wasting the labours of the people

under the pretense of caring for them, they will be happy."

Americans are being usbversively and intentionally over taxed. It can be stated with conviction that not too man American are happy aboutwhat has transpired. This secretly imposed adult baby-sitting service has cost American their freedom, and accordingly their true sovereignty.

Without question such losses are primarily caused by the Fourteenth Amendment.

Insurgent Democracy:

There are several cases on the Fourteenth Amendment ranging from such a case as the Dred Scott to the Slaughterhouse cases. As both cases are quite extensive, and convincing tht all such case law was orchestrated drivel to substantiate the necessity for the existence, and the passage of; the Fourteenth Amendment, which is fallout from the Civil War.

The so called Civil War is commonly said to be over the issue of slavery. Slavery as an issue of the

cause of the war can be construed in fact as a White Flag being raised as you will or have to come to the realization that the Slaves were transfered over to the control of the United States, the "State". Further understanding that under this transfere from private ownership to federal ownership does not, did not limit itself to the black slave as we know slavery, but to all person's regardless of race, creed, or color who were then classified as citizen's of the Union-the United States government.

So, in short, reference is being made to all American being tacitly enslaved by the purported government of the Union: again, the "United States." It get even better and with better meaning as to how the transfere was made.

P 17

Hegelian Dialectic:

Now comes the excuse or the engineered need of reason for the Civil War.
In reality, the slavery issue was just a mechanism used to implement the Civil War; this was accomplished by using a thing called the Hegelian Dialectic. By being cognizant of today's fact of happening, you will see this theor applied many times over. Does Iraq, Afghanistan, and Libya sound familiar? There are many more such examples past and present but in this Century , these are the best examples. The Hegelian Dialectic is a technique named after the German philosopeher, Hegel. A perpetrator uses the heglian process to bring about a desired result by using mob psychology. the process is in three parts and is illustrated as follows:

1. Thesis: A problem is intentionally created: The immorality of slavery.

2. Antithesis: Opposition to the problem is created: The Civil War.

3. Synthesis: The desired result is the "solution": The Fourteenth Amendment, i.e. the "Reconstruction Amendments", the 13th, 14th, 15th.
This can be regarded as the Conversion of the Republic!

The Great Depression of the 1930's was an incident orchestrated according to the Hegelian Dialectic. But note that the Hegelian Dialectic is not just confined to America. The anti-terrorist legislation of Adolph Hitler in the 1930's Germany is a perfect example. Hitler wanted the capability to detain people without question and hold them in custody without a court hearing. "Could there be a re-occurrence of such an event in our day of combating terrorism?" The people of Germany desired no such thing; so Hitler's minions burned the Reichstag building to the ground. He blamed terrorists for the incident. The media portrayed the event to be a danger to society and the well being of the German people. The demanded that something be done, so Hitler introduced his anti-terrorist legislation and did so with the enthusiastic consent of the people. Does such an incident sound familiar to you? Are you ready for your ID chip? You do remember the "Patriot Act" ?? Was there a particular incident that brought about the Patriot Act legislation??

De Facto and De Jure:

My goodness, what are De Facto and De Jure?? Now that it has been established how a planned societal change is brought about, we can better address the issue of the unlawful government that are not present in the republics. First, you must understand the precise difference between de facto and de jure. Simply put: defacto is not according to law; and, dejure is according to law.

P 18

Hence, the legal definitions:

De Facto: In fact (of fact); as distinguished from "de jure", by right.

De Jure: By right; by lawful right; rightfully; complying with the law in all respects; valid in law. (i.e. constitutional; in conformity with the law of nations.)

To apply the above definitions of defacto and de jure, you must first be aware that after the Civil War (co-called) the federal government gained dominion (it conquered and controlled) over all states in guise of the Union. A governmental system de facto was then created by the passage of the Fourteenth Amendment. The amendment stealthily and politically fabricates all several States i the Union to be quasi-political subdivisions of the "United States". It should be noted that the quasi-political subdivisions of the "United States" would or is best described as " The ultimate ownership of all peroperty is in the State; individual so-called "ownership" is only by virtue of Government, i.e. law, amounting to meere user; and use must be in accordance with law and subordinate to the necessities of the State-"the Union; the United States Government, the State". The fact that citizens, at a given time may prefer speci to currency, or vice versa. So, in reality, you do not own your property, you own it but only by virtue, perhaps as a "share cropper?" "A lessee?", what you think you own can be sold for taxes, or condemned for-what ever reason for another use, but not by you. Think in terms of the U.N. Agenda 21, or think in terms of your automobile; you do not own it, the state owns it and instead of you having a clear title, you are issued a "certificate of title" while the state keeps the real title. Sad but so true.

Simply put, all previous, is all dicta, which is established by the Communist Manifesto. "Review the Communist Manifesto."

De Facto government(s) will be discussed as this discovery of U.S. Government usurpation progresses.

1. The federal and state governments are not your "constitutional" governments.

2. As a matter of law, they are not governments "IN FACT".

3. They are, as a matter of law, INSURGENT. In other words: An Insurgent Democracy.

Actually, they are military style governments, which will be described in more detail later.

Insurgent Governments:

As defined by the United States Supreme Court, the legal description that is attached to the insurgents' governmental system under the Fourteenth Amendment is as follows:

P 19

Government De Facto: A government of fact--Government "of fact" not "in fact" Definition source: Black's Law Dictionary, Sixth Edition Deluxe...

1. A government actually exercising power and control, as opposed to the true and lawful government; a government not established according to the Constitution of the nation, or not lawfully entitled to recognition or supremacy, but which has nevertheless supplanted or displaced the government de jure.

2. A government deemed unlawful, or deemed wrongful or unjust, which, nevertheless, receives presently habitual obedience from the bulk of the community.

3. There are several degrees of what is called "de facto government". Such a government, in its highest degree, assumes a character very closely resembling that of a lawful government.

(a) This is when the usurping government expels the regular authorities from their customary seats and function, and establishes itself in their place, and so becomes the actual government of a country.

( Not unlike an evil spirit that takes over the soul causing a person to become who they are not. (Injected lustration)

(b) The distinguishing characteristic of such a government is that adherents to it in war against the government de jure do not incur the penalties of treason; and, under certain limitation, obligations assumed by it in behalf of the country or otherwise will, in general, be respected by the government, dejure when restored.

4. Such a government might be more aptly denominated a "government of paramount force,” being maintained by active military power against the rightful authority of an establi9shed and lawful government; and obeyed in civil matters by private citizens.

5. They are usually administered directly by military authority, but civil authority, supported more or less by military force, may administer them, also.

The above is not just a general definition. In its dictum, the court silently described the current insurgent governmental system. It is recommended that you study the content of its dissertation and compare it with what will be put forth in explanatory fact in this treatise. Legal evidence will be set forth later on that supports that the Fourteenth Amendment actually creates "Quiet Wars" within the several republics (states, your state) of America; this having people act in treason to their countries, (their state of domicile).
