JoshuaPundit: One of my Lil' Birdies confirmed this via e-mail. Apparently the Benghazi survivors were under the distinct impression that talking to Congress could result in them being prosecuted by the Obama regime for reveling what was claimed were 'state secrets'.
Apparently some kind of immunity or protection was worked out.
