Missed the Republican Presidential Debate on 10.18.11... Here it is: Parts: 1 -8

Debates have had consequences this time around

The debate was pretty feisty but perhaps it is time to stop beating each other up and focusing on the country’s problems, the GOP’s solutions and Obama mistakes and ideology instead!!

Many feel that Perry was more engaged but probably lost to Romney because of his attack style.

Republican debate

There definitely was a heightened degree of animus in the air, which pushed the usually unruffled Mitt Romney into a series of raised-voice, finger-jabbing confrontations, most dramatically with Texas Gov. Rick Perry.

Ron Paul got his dig in about the Fed; directed at Herman Cain.

Debate topics included: Immigration, foreclosures, job creation, ObamaCare, and a continuation of Perry’s pastor’s attack on Romney for his Mormon religion.

After the debate, Michele Bachmann and Newt Gingrich appeared on Fox’s ‘On the Record’ with Greta Van Susteren.  Cain was also suppose to appear but was somehow held up, so Michele Bachman came back after the break with Wayne Newton in tow, who gave Bachmann a glowing endorsement.

Sarah Palin also appeared on ‘On the Record’ giving her take on the debate.  She gave Cain, Santorum, Bachmann and Gingrich a thumbs up.

Overall vote on GOP debate: Cain and Romney win, including the Washington Post

BTW… one quarter of the population have not seen any of the GOP debates.
