Only 6% of all Americans believe that the Stimulus Bill did any good creating or saving jobs, while 7% of Americans believe that Elvis is still alive… Think about it~
In a new poll, only 40% of Americans said that Obama deserved as second term as President and 52% said he did not…
And the majority of Americans do not want Cap and Trade (Climate Change) legislation, government-run Healthcare (ObamaCare, Card Check, National ID Cards, Amnesty or another Stimulus Bill… no matter what they call it. They also want much of the legislation revoked or over-turned that Obama has passed through Executive Order or by the Progressive Congress using arm-twisting and bribes or hiding in other non-related legislation, including the hate crimes bill that is being used by radicals to go after anyone or any group they do not like.

David Letterman just can't keep his mind off Sarah Palin.
On Monday, the "Late Show" host used his Top Ten list to disparage the former governor of Alaska claiming that George Washington would roll over in his grave if Palin were elected president. Never mind that she hasn't announced her candidacy or that the presidential election is more than two and a half years away.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton responds if she thinks Sarah Palin will be President and if she would move to Canada: "Well, the short answer is no. I will not be emigrating. I will be visiting as often as I can. All Ican say is “darn”. When I heard Progressive lefty Hillary said she would leave the Country if Palin was elected President, I was ready to start campaigning for her tomorrow, even if she hasn’t announced her candidacy.

For anyone that is too young, you might want to read up on the background of the Clintons. Pretty scary stuff. At least rent the movie Primary Colors, it touches on their corrupt rise to power.
And then let us not forget the (another) distasteful jab at Palin’s special needs son the none other than Fox’s “The Family Guy”.

Clinton Plotting Tea Party Counterattack
Let's see if the Tea Party movement has what it takes to withstand or prevent internal party subversion.
Last week, former President Clinton was rushed to the hospital in New York for an emergency heart operation. Medical experts said the procedure was “relatively routine” and predicted Clinton would make a full recovery and be back to his regular schedule soon. To the public, at least, that schedule revolves chiefly around earthquake relief efforts in Haiti. In fact, some Clinton associates cited the work in Haiti as exacerbating his heart condition. Clinton money man, Terry MacAuliffe, even noted that Clinton’s Haiti work continued right up until the operation:
Democrat colleague Terry McAuliffe said Mr Clinton had participated in a conference call on earthquake relief efforts as he was wheeled into the operating theatre.
We’ll take Terry’s word on that. But, Big Government has learned of at least one other conference call/meeting around this time. A meeting of former Clintonistas and senior Democrat political operatives to coordinate a push-back to the burgeoning tea party movement. Consider it a Democrat party relief effort.
When tea party, 9/12 and townhall protests and rallies first erupted on the national scene, they were derided by national politicos as astroturf or a small fringe movement. Lefty journalists at MSNBC, CNN and elsewhere laughed away the movement with derogatory, pornographic references.
Then, Scott Brown won election to the U.S. Senate from Massachusetts. No one is laughing anymore. In fact, Democrats are facing political annihilation this November. Not only do Democrats face the possibility of losing their congressional majorities, massive losses in state house races could jeopardize redistricting next year and set back the progressive agenda for at least a decade.
So, the Clinton Empire is planning to strike back.
Big Government has learned that Clintonistas are plotting a “push/pull” strategy. They plan to identify 7-8 national figures active in the tea party movement and engage in deep opposition research on them. If possible, they will identify one or two they can perhaps ‘turn’, either with money or threats, to create a mole in the movement. The others will be subjected to a full-on smear campaign. (Has MSNBC already been notified?)
Big Government has also learned that James Carville will head up the effort.
Obviously, there is no love lost between Obama and the Clinton machine. It may at first seem odd that Clinton would rush to Obama’s defense, but the tea party movement poses a threat far beyond the immediate goals of the Obama Administration.
The tea party movement could evolve into a new political realignment, one founded on a belief in limited government and less government interference in the economy. The Progressive agenda, which has been painstakingly built up over the last three decades, could be left in tatters.
As the Clinton’s know, “politics ain’t beanbag.” Expect the counterattack soon. Don’t say you haven’t been warned.

Today is a landmark day for conservatives!
History was made today when more than 80 conservative leaders – including MRC founder Brent Bozell – signed “The Mount Vernon Statement”, a document defining the conservative movement’s principles, beliefs, and values in light of the blistering, radical attacks that are threatening our liberty and way of life.
This historic gathering at Mount Vernon recommits conservatives to constitutional authority, declaring a philosophical war against big government, and radical attempts to recast our nation into a socialist state.
Fifty-years ago, a similar moral and political crisis gripped our nation when a group of young conservatives gathered at the home of Brent’s uncle, William F. Buckley, Jr., to sign “The Sharon Statement” a keystone document that launched the modern conservative movement. The Mount Vernon Statement is intended create a renewed sense of common purpose among conservatives. As Brent says,
“The Mount Vernon Statement solidifies the conservative movement as vibrant and energized, ready to lead America into a renewed era of liberty and self government.”

The Mount Vernon Statement gives conservatives across the nation an opportunity to sign on and be part of this recommitment to a Constitution-based conservatism.
Brent says, “Conservatives must reinstitute the great principles that defined us by our nation’s founders. Conservatives must work to fight the radical agenda that threatens our jobs, our security, our values and our security. And conservatives must do it together.”
As a nation and a people, it’s time to get back to those first principles, and that’s precisely what The Mount Vernon Statement does.
What happened today at Mount Vernon needs to happen throughout the nation, as hundreds of thousands of conservatives add their name to this historic document.
