"To effectively communicate, we must realize that we are all different in the way we perceive the world and use this understanding as a guide to our communication with others." …Anthony Robbins, is an American self-help writer & professional speaker
What if Ronald Reagan sent his famous demand to Gorbachev via text message: tr dn ths wall ;-) ...Or if Martin Luther King could have delivered his famous "I Have a Dream" speech via mass email. Those are preposterous examples that would never have happened — because leaders know that nothing replaces the spoken word. But no matter what your choice of communication, whether you're talking or texting, realize that all communication leaves an imprint of ourselves on others.
